INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT AND INSTALLATION METHODS
Installation Environment
Electric water heaters should be installed based on the user's environmental conditions and
considering the following points:
a. To avoid places where flammable gas leaks, or has a strong corrosive gas environment.
b. To avoid the influence by strong power, and strong magnetic field.
c. Try to avoid the vibration as much as possible.
d. Try to shorten the distance between water heater and water intake points as much as
possible.
While installing water heater, ensure that there is 250mm free space up and down and at least
700mm free space on both left and right sides of the water heater for future maintenance.
The installation should be carried out by qualified professionals.
Step One: Body Fixation
 Drill two holes with impact drill according to the installation size in the horizontal direction.
The hole depth is 100mm. For hole distance please refer to above bracket distance.
 Insert the expansion bolt to the hole and tighten the hook, and keep the hook up (Figure A).
 Hang the pylon of the electric water heater to the targeting expansion bolt hook, hanging
tight.
Step Two: Water Pipe Connection
 All pipe fittings are threaded G1 / 2 ". Connect the mixing valve, safety valve, inlet and outlet
pipe according to the right connections in the figure B. All connections will be with plastic
tape and gasket. After all pipes are connected, open water inlet and water outlet. When
water outflow is like normal tap water, then you can turn off the outlet valve.
 If bathroom space is not enough to install, water heaters can be installed in other places to
avoid sun and rain. But in order to avoid heat loss, installation should be close to the water
points as much as possible.
※ Note:
1. If the water pressure> 0.8MPa, when the safety valve release the water frequently, the
water pipe is needed to install one more pressure relief valve. The relief valve should be
installed far from water heater as much as possible.

2. Keep the safety valve in the downward-sloping position. Keep the drainage tube installed
in frost-free environment, and connect to the air. It should be properly fixed to prevent hurts
from the drop out hot water or steam; and periodically clean the safety valve in order to
remove the scale of the calcium carbonate, and insure that there is no block.
Step Three: Power Supply Connection
 Must select 16A/250V three-hole electric socket which is in line with national standard. The
power outlet of the earthing must be reliable, and water pipes shall not be used in place of
earthing. Live line and neutral line are in the outlet position. The earth line and neutral line
shall not be connected together in the installation. The earth line is forbidden to be live,
otherwise, electrical shock accidents will happen.
 Before use, check the water heater power matches with the supply power meter and wire
capacity or not.
Note: Do not connect to the electric power until water heater is filled with water.
Step four: Check and Operation
After installing the water heater, please check if it is completed. Pay attention to:
a) Pipe connections are reasonable and no leakage of water.
b) Electrical configuration should be safe and accurate. Plug and socket connected well.
c) Mechanical connections should be solid and reliable.
d) All control components are in normal operation.
e) Water heater should be carried out in accordance with this manual.
Warning:
 Before installing the water heater, please check whether the wall is solid and can withstand
the weight which is four times of the electric water heater filled with water
 Expansion bolt can not be installed in the brick sew.
 Water inlet pipes and hot water outlet pipes must bear the pressure≥0.8Mpa and
temperature 100℃.
 It is required to use hard metal pipe, such as galvanized pipe or brass tube.

USAGE
Work Status indication
Heating: heating indicate lamp will be on.
Warm: warm indicate lamp will be on.
1. First of all, turn on any of the outlet valve, then turn the mixing valve to hot water outlet
position, and turn on the water inlet valve to fill the water in the inner tank. Turn off the outlet
valve till the outlet pipe water running like tap water. Inlet valves should be always open in
normal use.
2. Plug in the power plug, press the reset button. The water temperature table shows the
status of inner heating.
3. Adjust the knob to set the temperature you need. The temperature increases by clockwise
rotation and goes down by counter-clockwise. When the water temperature reaches set
temperature, heating elements will stop working and indication lamp of warm will light up.
When water temperature drops to a certain temperature, heat element will start to heat
automatically, and the indication lamp of heating will light up.
4. When the water heater is in use, safety valve will drop some water. This is normal state.
Please use one plastic water pipe channeled to the proper places.
5. Adjust the mixing valve to get the temperature you want. There is no need to adjust the
mixing valve frequently since the water temperature is constant. Only when the hot water is
running out, slightly adjust the mixing valve handle.

FUNCTIONS OF THE MIXING VALVE (FIG. D)
SPECIAL ADVICE
For the first time use, you must fill the water heater fully with water before connect to
power supply.
In case of any equipment grounding system is in abnormal situation, you should
immediately stop using the electric water heater, unplug the power cord or disconnect the
power supply circuit of all connections, and contact with maintenance staff to fix it.
Plug socket rated electric current should be matched with the water heater.
Electric water heaters should not be used when there is no water supply.
In cold regions where easy to freeze, if long time not in use, water should be emptied
from water heater.
Damaged power cord must be replaced by dedicated power cord provided by the original
manufacturers, and carry out by professional personnel.
Water heater must use independent, reliable and effective grounding socket.
SAFETY PRECAUTION
Must use 230V ~50Hz AC power supply only
Water heater should be a separate connection. Do not share a circuit with other
appliances. Capacity of the electrical wire should be 1.5 times larger than the rated
capacity of the water heater.
Keep plug socket dry to prevent electric leakage.
Cold water inlet pipe must be fitted with safety valve.(Figure G)
 For the first time use, water heater must be filled with water before connected to the
power supply. During the injection, turn on any of the outlet valve open to discharge the
air inside. Then close the inlet valve after finishing the water filling.
During heating, safety valve may drop out water, this is a normal situation. It must not be
blocked, so as to avoid accidents.
 If the set temperature exceeds 50℃, cold water must be mixed before use, or you will get
burn.
Plug socket should be install 1.6 meters above ground and in dry place. Ensure that
during use, the water splashing won't touch the plug socket.

MAINTENANCE
In order to ensure the water heater works with high efficiency, it is best to regularly clean up
the heating element to remove the scale on the heating element and at the bottom of the inner
tank. When unscrew the nut to drain the sewage from the outfall, the mixing valve should be
placed at the highest water position. After finished the sewage discharge, you can put in clean
and cold water inlet once again to do second cleaning until satisfied.
If the magnesium rod has been used up, you can replace it with same model and size. During
replacement, fix the nut of the new magnesium rods tightly, then put one washer, tighten the
nut of the outfall. In high-scale areas, users can install a descaling device before the cold
water inlet in order to extend the service life of the heating element. If the water heater will not
be used in long time, please release the water inside to avoid damage of the internal
components.
Caution:
1.Please periodically check the effectiveness of the one-way valve every quarter.
Method is:
When the current is switched on, close the inlet and outlet valve, till the temperature
reaches a certain degree, one-way safety valve will automatically release the pressure
and the water will discharge from the hose which is normal state. If there is no such state,
please stop using immediately and send to the maintenance for repair.
2.Please periodically check the one-way pressure relief valve port every quarter.
Method is:
Open the inlet valve, turn the screw off the handle of the safety valve with screwdriver, and
then pull up the handle. There should be water flowing out from the pressure relief valve
port. If not, you must stop using it immediately and send to the maintenance for repair.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
 Stick the invoice on the warranty card and keep it properly.
 Warranty period of the product is 2 (Two) years (On electrical components) & 5 (Five) years on
inner tank ( counting from the purchasing date). By warranty card and invoice, products can
be repaired free of charge at the maintenance center within the warranty period.
 Decorative appearance of this product is subject to change without notice.
 The water heater will not be repaired free of charge if following situations occur:
1.Improper use or self-disassembly and damage.
2.Without original purchase invoice and warranty certificate.
3.The warranty number and product serial number. do no match.
4.The invoice or warranty card has been altered without authorization.
