DF-500 DigiFan may be suspended from a suitable
spport such as a truss, sitting on strong support
such as stand, or standing alone by its steel bracket.
Suspending from a Support
Block access below the work area and work from a
stable platform when installing, servicing or
removing the machines.
Always use a secure secondary attachment that can
hold at least 10 times the weight of the machine.
Rigging clamps are available as accessories from
KUPO Co.,Ltd.
Rigging clamps:
(a) KCP-836 stud coupler, which is incorporate a
16mm(5/8") stud

spigot or 16mm baby stud to horizontal or
vertical pipes
(c) KCP-100 TV clamp, which is with 29mm ( 1-1/8")

Sitting on a Supporting
Using a stand as a supporting for the Fan is more in
Grip Industry.
Stands supporting Fan to stand alone must be composed
by strong legs, and can afford the weight of the Fan.
(weight of the fan is 12.5kg, so the supporting
weight of the stand must be higher than 12.5kg) The
stand would be available to have from KUPO Co.,Ltd.
Stands:
(a) 310M Low Mighty Stand (supporting weight:35kg)
(b) 350 Runway Base Stand (supporting wieght:70kg)

Using Fan with Smoke Machine:
When using a fan in combination with a smoke machine,
fog machine or hazer place the fan behind or beside
the machine as illustrated below ( photo A & B).
Do not place the fan in front of the fog machine
(Photo C) and direct the output from the fog machine
into the fan, as this will cause undesirable residue
build-up and the fan blades will degrade the quality
of the smoke.

Periodic cleaning of the fan blades and grills is
necessary to maintain peak performance. Cleaning
intervals will depend on the operating environment.
Inspect the fan regularly for dust and smoke residue
