Quadpacer: an interval timer that briey pauses every 30 seconds to remind you to
brush the 4 sections of your mouth.
Smart timer: signals when you have completed 2 minutes brushing with a double

Before rst use charge (see charging page 9)
Press on/off button once for sonic technology and LED lights - Whitening mode
Press on/off button twice for sonic technology - Cleaning mode
Press on/off button a third time to turn off
Brush 2 times per day, once in the morning, once in the evening for 2 minutes
Use in whitening mode with L(A)B 2 Step Foam with Active Oxygen Formula or
in Cleaning mode, with your preferred toothpaste
Brushing with L(A)B Teeth Whitening Toothbrush
Move the brush head slowly and gently across the teeth in small back and forth
motions. Do not scrub like a manual toothbrush.Apply light pressure to
maximise effectiveness and let the L(A)B toothbrush do the work for you.

How to use in whitening mode with L(A)B 2 Step foam
Apply step 1 cleaning foam to brush head
Press on/off button once to turn on LED lights and sonic technology.
Brush normally for 1 minute, using the quadpacer to brush for 30 seconds the
top teeth and 30 seconds the bottom teeth. Expectorate, do not rinse.
Press on/off button two further times to turn off brush
Apply step 2 whitening foam to brush head.
Press on/off button once to turn on LED lights and sonic technology.
Brush for 1 minute, using the quadpacer. Expectorate. Do not rinse with water
or drink for 15 minutes
Turn off brush
You do not need to brush teeth separately with toothpaste.
Brush 2 x per day for 2 minutes for at least 1 week and up to 3 weeks to see
best results

How to use in cleaning mode with your preferred toothpaste
Apply preferred toothpaste to brush head.
Press on/off button twice to turn on sonic technology and brush for a
minimum of 2 minutes.The quadpacer reminds you to brush the 4 quarters of
your mouth and the smart timer will let you know when you have completed 2
minutes brushing.
Press on/off button a third time to turn off.
Brush 2 x per day for 2 minutes.
Care and Maintenance
Clean the L(A)B Toothbrush periodically. Rinse the handle and the brush head.
under water.Wipe down all surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap, if desired. Do
not use sharp objects to clean. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
We recommend to use a L(A)B UV Sanitizer to kill up to 99.9% of bacteria

Quick start guide
Charge fully for 2 hours before rst use
Press on/off button once for LED lights + sonic technology, twice for sonic
tehcnology, and three times to turn off.
Brush for 2 minutes, 2 x per day.
Replace brush head at least every 3 months
TIPS + FAQs
Carefully apply foam to brush head - 1 pump is plenty
Do not brush with water when using the L(A)B whitening foams: water is
included in the active oxygen formula so is not necessary, and will dilute the
effects.
The brush head is specically designed for maximum coverage of the tooth
surface and efcient and gentle cleaning.
The brush may feel tickleish the rst time used.
Brushing with L(A)B Toothbrush - do not push too hard, move brush head along
entire tooth surface and let the sonic and LED technologies do the work.
You can use in whitening mode or cleaning mode with your preferred
toothpaste including sensitive, enamel and charcoal toothpastes

Charging
When you receive your toothbrush their may be some residual charge, however
a full charge is required before rst use..
A complete charge takes 2 hours.
A complete charge will last 30 days when used twice per day for 2 minutes
To Charge:
1.Twist the base of the toothbrush
from the locked to unlock position,
and pull away base.
2. Connect Micro-USB end of charging
cable in to the base of the toothbrush and
connect USB end of charging cable in to
laptop or USB mains adaptor.

Changing Brush Heads
When turned off
1. Carefully pull the brush head away from the
brush handle to reveal the LED light panel.
Do not bend LED light panel.
2.Take new brush head, line up the brush head
opening and gently push the LED light panel in
to the opening on the new brush head.
Change brush head at least every 3 months.
Use with L(A)B Standard brush heads or
Silicon brush heads.

Keep out of the reach of children. In case of excess ingestion, seek medical aid. Do not use on child-
ren under 12 years of age. In case of sore gums, stop use and get your dentist advice.The use of this
product is not recommended to those suffering from gingivitis or highly sensitive gums.

Warranty
L(A)B LED toothbrush is under warranty for one year following purchase under normal usage when
purchased from an authorised retailer. Please retain your receipt to validate you warranty.

Accident, misuse, improper care or commercial use, servicing by unauthorised persons or alteration

- Do not use whilst on charge or plugged into mains
- When micro-USB charging connector is exposed keep away from water
- Keep charging cable and connectors away from water
- If dropped in water while on charge turn o power immediately and before touching the units
- Keep device away from ammable aerosol products or where Oxygen is being administered
- If device fails to work contact L(A)B for advice
- Failure to use and/ or maintain the device in accordance with these instructions will invalidate
the warranty.
