Safety Instructions
This exerciser has been designed for home use only. Professional use, commercial
or use in gym centers, will automatically cancel the manufacturers’ and/or importers’
product liability.
Before you start training on your exerciser, please read the instructions carefully.
Be sure to keep the instructions for information, in case of repair and for spare part delivery.
This exerciser is made for home use only.
Follow the steps of the assembly instructions carefully.
Use only original parts as delivered.
Before the assembly, be sure to check if delivery is complete by using the included parts-list.
For assembly use only suitable tools and ask for assistance with assembly if necessary.
Place the exerciser on an even, non-slippery surface. Because of possible corrosion, the usage
of any exerciser in moist areas is not recommended.
Check before the first training and every 1-2 months that all connecting elements are tight fitting
and are in the correct condition.
Replace defective components immediately and/or keep the equipment out of use until repair.
For repairs, use only original spare parts.
In case of repair please ask your dealer for advice
Avoid the use of aggressive detergents when cleaning.
Ensure that training starts only after correct assembly and inspection.
For all adjustable parts be aware of the maximum positions to which they can be
adjusted/tightened to.
This exerciser is designed for adults. Please ensure that children use the exerciser only under
the supervision of an adult.
Ensure that those present are aware of possible hazards, e. g. movable parts during training.
Warning: incorrect/excessive training can cause health injuries.
Please follow the advice for correct training as detailed in training instructions.
Consult your physician before starting with any exercise program. He can advise on the kind
of training and which impact is suitable.
The owner’s manual is only for customers’ reference.
The supplier can not guarantee for mistakes occurring due to translation or change in technical
specification of the product.

Assembly Instruction
Step One:
Fix the Front bottom tube (2) and the Rear bottom tube (3) onto the Main frame (1) with the
Allen pan head screw (7) and the Curved washer (6) as shown.
Step Two:
Attach the Left/Right pedal (37L/R) to the Crank (38) of the Main frame (1).
Note: The Left pedal (37L) should be tighten in the counterclockwise direction, the Right
pedal (37R) should be tighten in the clockwise direction.

Step Three:
Attach the Saddle (29) to the Saddle slider (30) with the Knob nut (33) and the Flat washer
(32).Insert the Saddle post (34) into the post of Main frame (1), and then fix it with the
Pop-pin Knob (36) after adjusting to a suitable height.
Step Four:
1.Insert the Handlebar post cover (14) into the Handlebar post (4) and then connect the
Connection wire (11) well with the Sensor wire (9), and finally connect the Tension wire (10)
with the wire of Tension controller (15) as picture A shown.
2.Fix the Handlebar post (4) on the post of the Main frame (1) with the Allen pan head
screw (12) and the Curved washer (13) as shown.
3.Finally, cover the Handlebar post cover (14) to the joint of Handlebar post (4) and the
Main frame (1).

Step Five:
Pull the Pulse sensor wire (20) out of the console bracket hole of the Handlebar post (4).
Adjust the Handlebar (21) to a suitable position and then fix it on the Handlebar post (4)
with Handlebar chuck cover (24), the spacer (23), the Flat washer (22) and T shape bolt
(25)
Step Six:
Connect the Pulse sensor wire (20) and the Connection wire (11) with the wires of console
(28) respectively, and then fasten the console (28) onto the console bracket of the
Handlebar post (4) with the Cross pan head screw (18) and the Flat washer (19) as shown.

KEY FUNCTION :
MODE/SELECT :
To select the function you want. Hold the key for 4 seconds
to have all function values reset(total reset).
SET(if have) :
To input the target value by the key.
RESET/CLEAR(if have) :
To let the value reset.
OPERATION PROCEDURES :
AUTO ON/OFF .The monitor will be automatically shut off if there is no signal coming in for
4 minutes. The monitor will be auto-powered when start exercise or press the key.

FUNCTION :
TIME (TMR)
Auto-memorize the workout time while exercising.
SPEED (SPD)
Display the current speed
DISTANCE (DST)
Accumulate the distances while exercising.
CALORIES (CAL)
Auto-memorize calories amount consumed while exercising.
ODOMETER (TOTAL)

Display the total distances while exercising.
When the signal input, it start the value up on the original data.
The ODOMETER can’t be reset(by RESET key)except you
replace battery once.
PULSE(PUL)
(if have)
Display the user’s heart rate per minute while exercising.
Remark: You have to hold on reaction planks with both hands
SCAN
Automatically scan through each function between ①TIME
②SPEED (if have) ③DISTANCE ④CALORIES ⑤PULSE (if
have) ⑥ODOMETER (if have).
BATTERY :
If there is a possibility to see an improper display on the monitor, please replace the batteries to
have a good result. This monitor uses two “AA” or one “AAA” batteries or one “1.5V” button battery.
You can replace the batteries at the same time.

instances, simply remove and reinstall the hardware as assembly is required.
