A. Connect RPM sensor wire as below.
B. The default value of resistance is 6 before connecting
the tension steel wire, please shift the gear to level 1
after connection.(As below)
C. Put all connections in proper position.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Leveling the treadmill.
To adjust the Universal adjustable pad in the bottom of main frame until pads firmly flat on the ground
or floor.
WARNING: It’s extremely important that pads are correctly adjust to proper postions. An
unbalanced unit may cause running belt misalignment or other issues.
WARNING: Please pay attention to the wires in case of the broken damage by assembling
the upright post on the main frame.
Step 2. Connect RPM sensor wire and tension steel wire, then assemble the right upright
post on the main frame.

Step 3. Mount the left console mast to the main frame.

NOTE: Please put all connections in proper position before assemble the console mast.



DISPLAY OVERVIEW
A. Input Power:
Install 4 pcs NiMH batteries, there will be a beep sound then turn on the computer at
standby mode.
B. Sleep Mode:
The computer will enter Sleep Mode (LCD off) when there is no signal input or no key is
pressed after 1 minute. Press any key or running to wake up system from Sleep mode.
It will also be waked up once receiving the RPM signal input.
C. Functions & Features:
READOUT
SPEED : Display your workout speed value in km per hour from 0.0 to 99.99
TIME : Show your workout time in minutes and seconds. your computer will automatically
count up from 0:00 to 99:59 in one second intervals.
PACE : Your pedal cadence
DISTANCE : Display the accumulative distance traveled during each workout up to a
maximum of 99.99 km.
CALORIES : Your computer will estimate the cumulative calories burned at any given time
during your workout.
WATT : The energy generated by running during workout
LEVEL : There are 6 segments for adjustment, the value is larger on behalf of the greater
resistance.
BPM : Display your current heartbeat when you are workout.
HEART RATE 80% : Display suggested upper limit of heart rate based on the age you
entered.
HEART RATE 60% : Display suggested lower limit of heart rate based on the age you
entered.

KEY FUNCTIONS

KEY FUNCTIONS
QUICK START
Once moving the running slats, the console turns on automatically, press “Start” to enter
“Quick Start” function.
During running, “Time/Distance/Calories” begin to accumulate.
PROGRAMS
Press “Up” and “Down” keys to choose time / distance/ calories / interval 20/10 / interval
10/20 / interval custom.
Stop : First pressing is to pause the function, press “Start” to continue the
function or press “Stop/Reset” back to standby mode.
Enter : During the setting mode (after pressing program key), press the
key to save the setting.
Start : Press “Start” key to begin your workout.
Up : During the setting mode (after pressing program key), press the key
to increase the value.
Down : During the setting mode (after pressing program key), press the
key to decrease the value.

Press “Up” and “Down” keys to enter “Time” program, when “Time Enter”
key to begin time program.

B. Target Distance Program
Press “Up” and “Down” keys to enter “Distance” program, when “DISTANCE
press “Enter” key to begin distance program.

2. Press “Enter” to save the setting.
3. Press “Start” to begin your workout.
C. Target Calories Program
Press “Up” and “Down” keys to enter “Calories” program, when “Calories
“Enter” key to begin calories program.
Calories Setup
1. Up”
and “Down” keys.
2. Press “Enter” to save the setting.
3. Press “Start” to begin your workout.
D. Target Heart Program
Press “Up” and “Down” keys to enter “Heart” program, when “HeartEnter”
key to begin heart program.
Age setup
1. “Up” and “Down”
keys.
2. Press “Enter” to save the setting.
3. Press “Start” to begin your workout.

E. Interval 20/10 program
Press “Up” and “Down” keys to enter “Interval 20/10” program, when “20/10
press “Enter” key to begin interval 20/10 program.
Interval 20/10 setup – working 20 secs and getting 10 secs rest
1. When preset value is interval 0/10 Up”
and “Down” keys.
2. Press “Enter” to save the setting.
3. Press “Start” to begin your workout.
F. Interval 10/20 Program
Press “Up” and “Down” keys to enter “Interval 10/20” Program, when “10/20
press “Enter” key to begin interval 10/20 program.
Interval 10/20 setup – working 10 secs and getting 20 secs rest
1. When preset value is interval 0/10 Up”
and “Down” keys.
2. Press “Enter” to save the setting.
3. Press “Start” to begin your workout.
G. Interval Custom Program
Press “Up” and “Down” keys to enter “Interval Custom” program, when “Custom
press “Enter” key to begin interval custom program.
Work Time
1. When preset value WORK 0:00
“Up” and “Down” keys.
2. Press “Enter” to save the setting.
Rest Time
1. After above setup of work time, set up the value of rest time when REST 0:00
by pressing “Up” and “Down” keys.
2. Press “Enter” to save the setting.
Interval Round
1. After above setup of rest time, set up the value of round when interval 0/10
by pressing “Up” and “Down” keys.
2. Press “Enter” to save the setting.
