Cordon :
Il faut examiner attentivement le câble d’alimentation
avant chaque utilisation. Si celui-ci est endommagé, il ne
faut pas utiliser l’appareil.
Le cordon ne doit être remplacé que par le fabricant, son
service après-vente ou une personne qualifiée et agréée
par le fabricant afin d’éviter un danger.
Cet appareil est conforme aux Directive 73/23/CEE,
89/336/CEE et 93/68CEE
Avant d’utiliser l’appareil
Lire attentivement ce mode d’emploi et le conserver
afin de pouvoir le consulter ultérieurement.
Sécurité
• Ne laissez jamais votre bouilloire fonctionner sans sur-
veillance, ne la laissez pas à la portée des enfants ou
des personnes non responsables.
• Ne placez jamais votre bouilloire sur des supports non
stables, inclinées, souples ou fragiles (toile cirée, verre,
bois vernis etc…).
• Placez toujours votre bouilloire la
plus éloignée possible du bord du
plan de travail et réglez la longueur
du cordon en l’enroulant sous le
socle, coincez le cordon dans l’en-
coche prévue à cet effet. (voir fig 1).
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil s’il est tombé et s’il présente
des détériorations visibles, ceci afin d’éviter un danger.
Dans ce cas, retournez-le au service après-vente.
• Ne jamais utiliser la bouilloire
sans le filtre en place et ne
dépasser pas le niveau maxi-
mum, ceci afin d’éviter des
projections d’eau en ébulli-
tion par le bec (voir fig 2 et 3).

• Cette bouilloire a été conçue exclusivement pour faire
bouillir de l’eau.
• Attention à la vapeur qui sort du bec verseur, elle est
très chaude.
• N’utilisez que la base d’alimentation fournie avec l’ap-
pareil et gardez la propre et sèche.
• Avant de remplir la bouilloire d’eau, enlevez-la de son
socle.
• Vérifiez que le couvercle est bien clippé avant de faire
chauffer.
• N’enlevez jamais le couvercle pendant la chauffe ou
tant que l’eau est chaude.
• Raccordez votre appareil à une prise 10/16 A équipée
d'un contact de terre et vérifiez que votre installation
est conforme aux normes en vigueur et compatible
avec la puissance et la tension indiquées sur votre
bouilloire.
• Ne placez jamais votre bouilloire ou son socle sur une
plaque de cuisson électrique ou au gaz.
• Ne plongez jamais dans l’eau ni la bouilloire, ni la base,
ni le cordon.
• Il est recommandé de raccorder l’appareil à une instal-
lation comportant un dispositif à courant différenciel
résiduel ayant un courant de déclenchement n’excé-
dant pas 30mA.
• Ne déplacez pas votre appareil pendant son fonction-
nement.
• Avant toute opération de nettoyage, débranchez et
laissez refroidir l’appareil complètement.
• Ne touchez pas les parties autres que la poignée
latérale en cours de fonctionnement car elles sont
très chaudes (risques de brûlures).
• Ne pas utiliser sans eau
• Cet appareil est exclusivement réservé à un usage
domestique.
Mise en service et utilisation
1 Première utilisation
• En déballant votre appareil, veillez à enlever soigneuse-
ment tous les éléments de calage.
• Rincez l’intérieur de votre bouilloire.
• Remplissez votre bouilloire jusqu’au repère Max, faîtes
bouillir, jetez l’eau dans l’évier.
• Répétez l’opération deux fois.
2 Mise en route
• Après avoir oté le couvercle, remplissez la bouilloire
d’eau au niveau souhaité entre Min et Max ( voir hublot
transparent).
• Remettez bien le couvercle en le clippant.
• Posez la bouilloire sur son socle.
• Branchez le cordon.
• Actionnez le bouton de mise en route, le voyant s’allu-
me. La bouilloire va s’arrêter automatiquement quand la
température d’ébullition sera atteinte.
• Votre bouilloire est équipée d’un filtre qui va retenir les
particules de calcaire.
• Videz votre bouilloire après chaque utilisation.

Fonctionnement à sec :
Si vous utilisez votre bouilloire sans eau, elle va se mettre
en sécurité et ne plus fonctionner. Laisse-là refroidir pen-
dant 15 minutes avant de l’utiliser à nouveau.
Ne vous inquiétez pas si vous trouvez quelques gouttes
d’eau en dessous de votre bouilloire qui résultent de la
condensation.
Entretien
Toujours débrancher et laisser refroidir complètement
votre bouilloire avant le nettoyage.
N’utilisez jamais : éponges abrasives, solvants, poudre à
récurer et décapant à four qui endommageraient sérieu-
sement votre produit.
• Corps extérieur : nettoyez avec un chiffon humide et
sèchez bien.
• Base avec cordon : nettoyez avec un chiffon sec.
• Intérieur de la bouilloire : rincez à l’eau du robinet.
• Filtre : une fois par mois laissez-le tremper une nuit dans
du vinaigre blanc, rincez et remettez le en place.
Selon la région où vous habitez, l’eau est plus ou moins
calcaire. L’eau après ébullition peut être troublée et laisser
des dépôts calcaires sur les parois de la bouilloire ; cela
est normal et ne gênera pas le fonctionnement. Selon la
quantité de calcaire, il vous faudra prévoir un détartrage
plus fréquent.
• Détartrage : Une fois par mois remplissez votre bouilloi-
re avec du vinaigre blanc dilué à l’eau (1/3, 2/3), laissez
agir pendant 2 heures ou plus à froid, rincez plusieurs fois
à l’eau du robinet.
Vous pouvez également utiliser du détartrant pour machi-
ne à café en suivant les instructions du fabricant.
Attention de ne pas faire couler de l’eau sur les parties
électriques . Ne trempez jamais votre bouilloire ou sa
base et son cordon dans l’eau.
Conditions générales de garantie
La garantie couvre tout défaut de fabrication ou vice de
matière.
Elle ne couvre pas :
• les bris de l’appareil par chute ou choc
• les détériorations provoquées par un emploi anormal
de l'appareil ou les erreurs de branchement
Cet appareil est garanti 2 ans (pièces et main d'oeuvre)
Aucun appareil utilisé (même une seule fois) ne sera
échangé, mais remis en parfait état de fonctionne-
ment.
Pour que vos droits à la garantie soient totalement préser-
vés, complétez le volet 2 du bon de garantie et adressez-
le à notre Service Garantie dans les 30 jours qui suivent
l'achat.
Port : Pendant la période de garantie, vous n'aurez à sup-
porter que les frais de port retour en usine, la réexpédi-
tion sera faite à nos frais dans les meilleurs délais.
Nous précisons que la garantie sera dénoncée et non
valable, en cas de mauvaise utilisation.
Usage professionnel ou semi-professionnel : cet appareil
n’est pas conçu pour un tel usage. Aucune garantie ne
sera accordée.

Cord:
Before you use the unit each time, you must examine the
power supply cable carefully. If it is damaged, you must
not use the appliance.
In order to avoid any danger, the cord should only be
replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service, or a
qualified person approved by the manufacturer.
This appliance complies with Directives 73/23/EEC,
89/336/EEC and 93/68EEC.
Before using the appliance
Carefully read these user instructions and keep them
so you can consult them at a later date.
Safety
• Never leave your kettle operating unattended, and do
not leave it within reach of children or people who are
not responsible.
• Never place your kettle on supports that are unstable,
not level, flexible or fragile (oilcloth, glass, varnished
wood, etc.).
•Always place your kettle as far away as possible from
the edge of your benchtop and adjust
the cord’s length by rolling it up under
the base and fastening the cord using
the slot designed for this purpose.
(see Figure 1).
• In order to avoid any danger, do not use the appliance
if it has fallen on the floor or if it
shows visible signs of damage.
Should this have happened,
return it to the after-sales service.
•Never use the kettle without
the filter fitted, and do not exceed
the maximum water level in order to
avoid boling water splashing out of the spout (see
Figures 2 and 3).

• This kettle was designed solely for boiling water.
• Be careful of the steam that comes out of the spout - it
is very hot.
• Only use the power supply base provided with the
appliance, and keep it clean and dry.
• Before filling the kettle with water, remove it from its
base.
• Check that the cover is properly clip-fastened before
using the kettle to heat water.
•Never remove the cover when heating water, or so
long as there is hot water inside.
• Connect your appliance to a 10/16 A socket fitted with
an earth contact and check that your installation
complies with the standards in force and is compatible
with the power and voltage levels indicated on your
appliance.
• Never place your kettle or its base on a gas or electric
cooking plate.
• Never submerge either the kettle, its base or the cord in
water.
•
We recommend you connect the appliance to an instal-
lation that has a device with a residual differential current
with a breaking current that does not exceed 30mA.
• Never move your appliance while it is in operation.
• Before any cleaning operation, unplug the appliance
and let it completely cool down.
•Do not touch the sides (other than the handle) when
the kettle is operating, as they are very hot (there is
a risk of being burnt).
• Never use the kettle without water.
• This appliance is solely for domestic use.
Start-up and use
1 First use
• When unwrapping your appliance, make sure you care-
fully remove all the packing.
• Rinse the inside of your kettle.
• Fill your kettle up to the maximum water mark, boil the
water, and then empty it into the kitchen sink.
• Repeat the operation twice.
2 Start-up
• Remove the cover and fill the kettle with water to the
desired level between the Min. and Max. marks (look at
the window).
• Put the cover back on by clipping it securely into place.
• Place the kettle on its base.
• Plug in the cord.
• Press the On button and the indictor will light up. The
kettle will switch off automatically when boiling tempe-
rature is reached.
• Your kettle is fitted with a filter that will catch calcium
particles.
• Each time you use your kettle, empty it afterwards.
Operation without water:
If you use your kettle without any water in it, it will switch
to safety mode and stop operating. Leave it to cool down
for 15 minutes before using it again.
Do not worry if you find a few drops of water undernea-
th your kettle - this is the result of condensation.

General warranty conditions
The warranty covers any manufacturing fault or materials
defect.
It does not cover:
• Breakage of the appliance due to dropping it or impacts
suffered by it.
• Damage caused by abnormal use of the appliance or
incorrectly plugging it in.
This appliance is subject to a 2-year warranty (parts and
labour).
Appliances that have been used (even once) will not
be exchanged, but they will be restored to perfect
operating condition.
In order to fully maintain your warranty rights, fill in section
2 of the warranty form and send it to our Warranty Service
within 30 days of purchase.
Carriage costs: During the warranty period, you will only
have to pay for carriage costs for returning the product to
the factory. We will send the product back to you at our
expense as soon as possible.
Please note that in the event of misuse, the warranty
will be declared null and void.
Professional or semi-professional use: This apparatus is
not designed for such use and no warranty will be
granted for it.
Cleaning
Always unplug your kettle and let it cool down com-
pletely before cleaning it.
Never use abrasive sponges, solvents, scouring or caustic
oven powder, which could seriously damage your pro-
duct.
• External body: clean using a damp cloth, and dry pro-
perly.
• Base and cord: clean using a dry cloth.
• Inside the kettle: rinse using tap water.
• Filter: Leave the kettle to soak in distilled vinegar one
night every month, then rinse it and put it back in place.
Depending on the region where you live, the water will
have a greater or lower level of calcium in it. After boiling,
water can be clouded and may leave calcium deposits on
the kettle’s walls; this is normal and will not disrupt ope-
ration of the appliance. You may have to remove scaling
more frequently, depending on the amount of calcium.
• Scaling removal: Once a month, fill your kettle with dis-
tilled vinegar diluted in water (1/3, 2/3). Leave it to act
for two hours or more (cold) and then rinse several
times using tap water. You can also use a scale-removing
agent for coffee machines (follow the manufacturer’s
instructions).
Be careful not to pour water on the electrical compo-
nents. Never soak your kettle or its base and cord in
water.

Cordón:
Antes de utilizar el aparato es necesario examinar atenta-
mente el cable de alimentación eléctrica. Si el aparato está
dañado noutilizarlo.
El cordón sólo debe cambiarlo el fabricante, su servicio
posventa o una persona cualificada y homologada por el
fabricante para evitar cualquier peligro.
Este aparato se ajusta a la Directiva 73/23/CEE,
89/336/CEE y 93/68CEE
Antes de utilizar el aparato
Leer atentamente el modo de utilización y guardarlo
para poder consultarlo posteriormente.
Seguridad
• No dejar nunca que el hervidor funcione sin vigilancia,
no dejarlo al alcance de los niños o de personas no res-
ponsables.
• No colocar nunca el hervidor sobre soportes no
estables, inclinados, blandos o frágiles (hule, vidrio,
madera barnizada, etc...).
•Colocar siempre el hervidor lo más
alejado posible del borde de la enci-
mera y ajustar la longitud del cordón
envolviéndolo debajo de la base,
encajar el cordón en el hueco previsto
a tal efecto. (véase fig 1).
• Para evitar cualquier peligro, no utilizar el aparato si se
ha caído y presenta deterioros
visibles. En este caso, devolverlo
al servicio postventa.
•No utilizar nunca el hervidor
sin el filtro existente y no
superar el nivel máximo para
evitar salpicaduras de agua en ebullición
por el pico (véanse fig 2 y 3).

• Este hervidor ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para
hervir agua.
• Prestar atención al vapor que sale por el pico vertedor,
está muy caliente.
• Utilizar sólo la base de alimentación suministrada con el
aparato y guardarla limpia y seca.
• Retirar el hervidor de su base antes de llenarlo de agua.
• Comprobar que la tapa está encajada correctamente
antes de calentar.
•No retirar nunca la tapa mientras se está calentando
o mientras el agua está caliente.
• Conectar el aparato a un enchufe 10/16 A provisto de
toma de tierra y comprobar que su instalación está en
conformidad con las normas vigentes y que es compa-
tible con la potencia y voltaje indicados en el hervidor.
• No colocar nunca el hervidor o su base sobre una placa
eléctrica o de gas.
• No introducir nunca en el agua el hervidor, ni la base, ni
el cordón.
• Se recomienda conectar el aparato a una instalación
que tenga un dispositivo de corriente diferencial resi-
dual con una corriente de activación que no supere
30 mA.
• No desplazar el aparato mientras está funcionando.
• Antes de realizar cualquier operación de limpieza
desenchufar y dejar que el aparato se enfríe completa-
mente.
•Durante su funcionamiento no tocar otras partes
que no sea el asa lateral, ya que están muy calientes
(riesgo de quemaduras).
• No utilizar sin agua
• Este aparato está reservado exclusivamente para un uso
doméstico.
Puesta en funcionamiento y utilización
1 Primera utilización
• Al desembalar el aparato retirar con cuidado todos los
elementos de fijación.
• Aclarar el interior del hervidor.
• Llenar el hervidor hasta la señal Máx., hervir y tirar el
agua al fregadero.
• Repetir la operación dos veces.
2 Puesta en marcha
• Después de haber retirado la tapa, llenar el hervidor
con agua hasta el nivel deseado entre Mín. y Máx.
(véase visor transparente).
• Volver a colocar la tapa correctamente encajándola.
• Colocar el hervidor sobre su base.
• Enchufar el cordón.
• Pulsar el botón de puesta en marcha, se enciende el
indicador. El hervidor se detendrá automáticamente
cuando alcance la temperatura de ebullición.
• El hervidor está provisto de un filtro para retener las
partículas de cal.
• Vaciar el hervidor después de cada utilización.

Funcionamiento en seco:
Si se utiliza el hervidor sin agua se pondrá en seguridad y
ya no funcionará. Dejar que se enfríe durante 15 minutos
antes de utilizarlo de nuevo.
No preocuparse si se encuentran algunas gotas de agua
debajo del hervidor debidas a la condensación.
Mantenimiento
Siempre desconectar y dejar que se enfríe completa-
mente el hervidor antes de limpiarlo.
No utilizar nunca: esponjas abrasivas, disolventes, limpia-
dores y decapantes para hornos, ya que dañarían seria-
mente el aparato.
• Cuerpo exterior: limpiar con un trapo húmedo y secarlo
bien.
• Base con cordón: limpiar con un trapo seco.
• Interior del hervidor: aclarar con agua del grifo.
• Filtro: una vez al mes dejarlo una noche en vinagre blan-
co, aclarar y guardar.
Según la región en donde se utilice, el agua es más o
menos calcárea. Después de la ebullición el agua puede
enturbiarse y dejar depósitos calcáreos sobre las paredes
del hervidor; eso es normal y no perjudicará al funciona-
miento. Según la cantidad de cal, será necesario prever
una limpieza más frecuente de la cal.
• Para limpiar la cal: Una vez al mes llenar el hervidor con
vinagre blanco diluido al agua (1/3, 2/3), dejar que actúe
durante 2 horas o más en frío, aclarar varias veces con
agua del grifo. También se puede utilizar desincrustante
para cafeteras siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante.
Prestar atención para que no escurra agua en las
partes eléctricas. No introducir nunca en agua el her-
vidor, su base o su cordón.
Condiciones generales de garantía
La garantía cubre cualquier defecto de fabricación o vicio
del material.
No cubre:
• las roturas de aparato debidas a caídas o golpes
• los deterioros provocados por un uso anormal del apa-
rato o los errores a la hora de enchufarlo
Este aparato está garantizado 2 años (piezas y mano de
obra)
No se cambiará ningún aparato utilizado (incluso una
sola vez) sino que se pondrá en perfecto estado de
funcionamiento.
Para que los derechos de la garantía sean totalmente váli-
dos rellenar la parte 2 de la hoja de garantía y enviarla a
nuestro Departamento Garantía dentro de los primeros 30
días después de la compra.
Portes: Durante el periodo de garantía sólo correrán a su
cargo los portes de devolución a la fábrica, la reexpedi-
ción correrá a nuestro cargo lo antes posible.
La garantía perderá su validez en caso de una utiliza-
ción incorrecta.
Uso profesional o semiprofesional: este aparato no está
diseñado para tal uso. No se otorgará ninguna garantía.

Snoer:
Voor gebruik moet het snoer zorgvuldig gecontroleerd
worden. Als het beschadigd is, moet u het apparaat niet
gebruiken.
Het snoer mag alleen door de fabrikant, zijn serviceafde-
ling of een bevoegd persoon worden vervangen om alle
risico's te vermijden.

Voordat u het apparaat gebruikt
Lees aandachtig de gebruiksaanwijzing en bewaar
deze om ze later te kunnen raadplegen.
Veiligheid
• Laat uw waterketel nooit zonder toezicht werken. Hou
hem buiten het bereik van kinderen of onbevoegde per-
sonen.
• Plaats uw waterketel nooit op een wankel, hellend, buig-
zaam of breekbaar oppervlak (wasdoek, glas, gevernist
hout, etc…).
•Plaats uw waterketel steeds zo ver
mogelijk van de rand van het werk-
blad en regel de lengte van het snoer
door deze onder de bodem op te rol-
len. Zet het snoer vast in de daarvoor
bestemde inkeping. (zie fig. 1).
• Gebruik het apparaat niet wanneer het gevallen of zicht-
baar beschadigd is om alle risi-
co's te vermijden. Stuur het in
dit geval naar de serviceafde-
ling terug.
•Gebruik de waterketel nooit
zonder de filter enoverschrijd het maxi-
mumniveau niet om opspatten van kokend water
door de tuit te vermijden (zie fig 2 en 3).
• Deze waterketel mag alleen voor het koken van water
worden gebruikt.

• Pas op voor de stoom die uit de tuit komt: deze is
gloeiend heet.
• Gebruik alleen het verwarmingsonderstel dat bij het
apparaat hoort en hou dit schoon en droog.
• Neem de waterketel van het onderstel voordat u hem
met water vult.
• Controleer of het deksel er goed op zit voordat u het
water verwarmt.
•Verwijder nooit het deksel tijdens het verwarmen of
zolang het water heet is.
• Sluit het apparaat aan op een geaard stopcontact van
10/16 A en controleer of het stroomnet voldoet aan de
geldende normen et compatibel is met het op uw
waterketel aangegeven vermogen en spanning.
• Plaats uw waterketel of zijn onderstel nooit op een elek-
trische of op gas werkende kookplaat.
• Dompel de waterketel, het onderstel of het snoer nooit
in water onder.
• Het apparaat moet bij voorkeur op een met een diffe-
rentiële reststroominrichting uitgerust stroomnet wor-
den aangesloten waarvan de uitschakelstroomsterkte
minder dan 30mA bedraagt.
• Verplaats nooit uw apparaat zolang het in bedrijf is.
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat
afkoelen voordat u het schoonmaakt.
•Raak tijdens het gebruik geen andere delen dan het
handvat aan, want deze zijn gloeiend heet (kans op
brandwonden).
• Niet zonder water gebruiken
• Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bestemd voor huishoudelijk
gebruik.
Inbedrijfstelling en gebruik
1 Eerste gebruik
• Verwijder bij het uitpakken zorgvuldig alle elementen
waarmee het apparaat vastzit.
• Spoel de binnenkant van de waterketel.
• Vul de waterketel tot het merkteken Max, breng aan de
kook en gooi het water in de gootsteen.
• Herhaal dit twee keer.
2 In werking stellen
• Verwijder het deksel, vul de waterketel met water tot
het gewenste niveau tussen Min en Max (zie doorzichtig
venster).
• Zet het deksel er weer op en clip hem vast.
• Plaats de waterketel op zijn onderstel.
• Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
• Druk op de schakelaar; het lampje brandt. De waterketel
wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld wanneer de kooktem-
peratuur is bereikt.
• Uw waterketel is uitgerust met een filter die kalkdeeltjes
tegenhoudt.
• Maak uw waterketel na ieder gebruik leeg.
Droog gebruik:
Wanneer u de waterketel zonder water gebruikt, zorgt de
beveiliging ervoor dat de waterketel niet meer werkt. Laat
hem 15 minuten lang afkoelen voordat u hem opnieuw
gebruikt.
Maak u geen zorgen wanneer u enkele waterdruppels
onder de waterketel aantreft. Deze worden door conden-
satie veroorzaakt.

Onderhoud
Haal steeds de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat de
waterketel volledig afkoelen voordat u hem schoon-
maakt.
Gebruik nooit: schuursponsjes, oplosmiddelen, schuur-
poeders en schoonbijtmiddelen voor ovens. Deze zullen
uw product ernstig beschadigen.
• Buitenkant: schoonmaken met een vochtige doek en
goed drogen.
• Onderstel met snoer: schoonmaken met een droge
doek.
• Binnenkant van de waterketel: spoelen met kraanwater.
• Filter: één keer per maand een nacht in witte azijn laten
weken, spoelen en opnieuw plaatsen.
Het water is min of meer kalkhoudend al naar gelang de
streek waarin u woont. Na het koken kan het water troe-
bel zijn en kalkaanslag op de wanden van de waterketel
achterlaten; dit is normaal en brengt de goede werking
niet in gevaar.
Hoe harder het water des te vaker u moet ontkalken.
• Ontkalking: Vul één keer per maand uw waterketel met
witte azijn aangelengd met water (1/3, 2/3), laat 2 uren
lang inwerken of langer wanneer hij koud is en spoel meer-
dere keren met kraanwater. U kunt ook een ketelsteeno-
plosmiddel voor koffiezetapparaten gebruiken.
Volg de instructies van de fabrikant op.
Opgelet: laat geen water over de electrische onderde-
len lopen. Dompel uw waterketel, het onderstel of het
snoer nooit in water onder.
Algemene garantievoorwaarden
De garantie dekt alle fabricagefouten of verborgen
gebreken.
Zij dekt niet:
• het breken van het apparaat door vallen of schokken
• beschadigingen die door abnormaal gebruik van het
apparaat of verkeerde aansluiting worden veroorzaakt
Dit apparaat heeft een garantie van 2 jaar (onderdelen en
arbeidsloon)
Gebruikte apparaten (zelfs één enkele keer) worden
nooit door nieuwe vervangen, maar volledig gerepa-
reerd.
Om uw rechten op garantie niet te verliezen, moet u deel
2 van de garantiebon invullen en binnen 30 dagen na aan-
koop naar onze Garantieafdeling opsturen.
Portokosten: Tijdens de garantieperiode moet u alleen de
portokosten voor het verzenden naar de fabriek betalen.
Het terugzenden gebeurt zo spoedig mogelijk op onze
kosten.
Wij leggen de nadruk op het feit dat de garantie bij
onjuist gebruik vervalt.
Professioneel of semi-professioneel gebruik: dit appa-
raat is niet bestemd voor een dergelijk gebruik. Er wordt
hierop geen enkele garantie verleend.

Cordone :
Prima di qualsiasi uso si deve esaminare attentamente il
cavo d'alimentazione. Se il cordone è danneggiato, non si
deve utilizzare l'apparecchio.
Il cordone deve essere sostituito unicamente dal fabbri-
cante, dal servizio dopo vendita o da un tecnico qualifi-
cato e autorizzato dal fabbricante per evitare qualsiasi
pericolo..
Questo apparecchio è conforme alle Direttive 73/23/CEE,
89/336/CEE e 93/68CEE
Prima d'utilizzare l'apparecchio
Leggere attentamente le presenti istruzioni e conser-
varle per poterle consultare in seguito.
Sicurezza
• Non lasciare mai funzionare il bollitore senza sorveglian-
za, non lasciarlo alla portata dei bambini o di persone
incapaci di poterlo controllare.
• Non mettere mai il bollitore su supporti instabili, inclina-
ti, non rigidi o fragili ( tela cerata, vetro, legno verniciato,
ecc…).
•Mettere sempre il bollitore il più lontano possibile
dal bordo del piano di lavoro e rego-
lare la lunghezza del cordone avvol-
gendolo sotto la base e bloccarlo
nell'intaccatura prevista per tale
scopo. (ved. fig 1).
• Non usare l'apparecchio se è caduto e se presenta
danni visibili e ciò per evitare dei rischi. In tal caso, res-
tituirlo al servizio dopo vendita.
•Non usare mai il bollitore
senza che il filtro sia montato
e non superare il livello massi-
mo allo scopo d'evitare gli
spruzzi dal becco dell'acqua
in ebollizione (ved. fig. 2 e 3).

• Il bollitore è stato concepito
unicamente per far bollire l'acqua.
• Fare attenzione al vapore che fuoriesce dal becco ver-
satore, perché è bollente.
• Usare unicamente la base d'alimentazione fornita con
l'apparecchio e mantenerla pulita e asciutta.
• Prima di riempire d'acqua il bollitore, toglierlo dalla
base.
• Controllare che il coperchio sia ben agganciato prima di
riscaldare.
•Non togliere mai il coperchio durante il riscaldamen-
to o fintantoché l'acqua è calda.
• Collegare l'apparecchio a una presa 10/16 A munita di
un contatto con la terra e controllare che il vostro
impianto sia conforme alle norme in vigore e compatibi-
le con la potenza e la tensione indicate sul bollitore.
• Non posare mai il bollitore o la sua base su una piastra
di cottura elettrica o col gas.
• Non immergere mai nell'acqua né il bollitore, né la base
e nemmeno il cordone.
• Si consiglia di collegare l'apparecchio a un impianto
munito di un dispositivo con corrente differenziale resi-
dua e con corrente d'interruzione non superiore a
30mA.
• Non spostare l'apparecchio mentre è in funzione.
• Prima di qualsiasi operazione di pulitura, scollegare e
lasciar raffreddare completamente l'apparecchio.
•Quando l'apparecchio è in funzione, toccare unica-
mente il manico laterale, perché tutte le altre parti
sono caldissime (pericolo di bruciature).
• Non usare senza acqua.
• L'apparecchio è riservato esclusivamente per uso
domestico..
Messa in funzione e utilizzazione
1 Prima utilizzazione
• Nell'aprire l'imballaggio dell'apparecchio si abbia cura di
togliere attentamente tutti gli elementi di protezione
della confezione.
• Sciacquare l'interno del bollitore.
• Riempire il bollitore fino al segno Max, far bollire, poi
gettare l'acqua nel lavandino.
• Ripetere l'operazione due volte..
2 Messa in funzione
• Dopo aver tolto il coperchio, riempire d'acqua il bollito-
re fino al livello desiderato tra Min e Max (ved. spia tras-
parente).
• Rimettere bene il coperchio agganciandolo.
• Posare il bollitore sulla base.
• Collegare il cordone.
• Azionare il pulsante della messa in funzione, la spia si
accende.
• Il bollitore si arresta automaticamente quando avrà rag-
giunto la temperatura di ebollizione
