available. 55-PSI maximum operating pressure rating. Counterbalanced manual tilt. Reinforced bar rim and easy-pour lip. Hand-polished
stainless steel for easy cleaning. Available in 10, 20 and 40 quarts.

display-cooking kitchens and any kitchen with direct steam available. Choice of remote steam source, gas steam generator or electric steam
generator. Front-mounted steam generator, steam valve and faucet controls. Easy-to-clean stainless steel cabinet provides compact 36”
workstation. Hot & cold water fill faucet. Pouring sink with drain and splash screen.
STATIONARY LOOR MODEL PT (PEDESTAL) & T (LEG): For large restaurants, prisons, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and
any kitchen with direct steam available. 25-PSI maximum operating pressure rating. Large 2” product drawoff valve. Energy-saving hinged
cover standard. Choice of pedestal (PT) or tri-leg (FT) mounting. Hand-polished stainless steel for easy cleaning. Available in 20, 40, 60, 80,
100, 125 and 150 gallons.
