Start at the bottom level an insert a rail into the right si e
bracket. Use a bolt to attach the rail to the si e. Next, use a bolt
to attach the rail to the left si e. Repeat the step for the other
rail at the bottom level. Do not tighten screws an bolts com-
pletely until all the rails are attache .

Use the screws to attach the rail en s to the brackets.

Repeat steps 1-2 for remaining rails.

Gently lay the cart on its si e. Use the caster wrench to attach the
locking an free-rolling casters to the unit. To ensure stability,
place the locking casters on iagonal corners of the cart.

Stan the cart upright an place the paper tray on the unit so
that its hooks rest on the top rails.
