LAMPTAN Smart Switch เปนสวิตซอัจฉริยะที่ทำงานอยางมีประสิทธิภาพ
สูงโดยการเชื่อมตอกับระบบไรสาย Zigbee เขากันกับเครื่องกระจายสัญญาณ
Zigbee ของ LAMPTAN คุณก็สามารถเปดปดและควบคุมระบบไฟในบานของ
คุณไดอยางงายๆ เพียงแคใชงานผานแอพพลิเคชัน LAMPTAN HOME บน
สมารทโฟนหรือแท็บเลตของคุณ ไมวาคุณจะอยูที่ไหน
ขอมูลสำคัญดานความปลอดภัย
1. การติดตั้งตองใชการเชื่อมตอกับไฟฟาระบบ 3 เฟส และเชื่อมตอกับสาย Neutral
2. ไมควรติดตั้งในบริเวณที่มีความชื้น เชน หองน้ำ หรือ เรือนกระจก
3. อุปกรณจะติดตั้งไดตามระยะของกำลังไฟฟาที่กำหนดไวเทานั้น
4. หากทานไมแนใจเกี่ยวกับวิธีการติดตั้งอุปกรณ กรุณาปรึกษากับชางไฟฟา
ที่มีประสบการณ
5. ความลึกของชองฝงสวิตซจะตองไมต่ำกวา 4.5 cm
6. อุปกรณ Smart Switch ไมไดออกแบบมาเพื่อใชรวมกับอุปกรณทางการ
แพทยหรืออุปกรณใดๆที่เกี่ยวกับการชวยชีวิต

Tablet ของทาน ติดตั้งและลงทะเบียนเพื่อสรางบัญชีผูใชของทานให
เรียบรอย

1. ปดการจายไฟภายในบาน โดยสับสวิตชเบรกเกอรของคุณลงกอน
ทำการติดตั้งอุปกรณ LAMPTAN Smart Switch กรุณาใชเครื่อง
ทดสอบกระแสไฟกอนทำการติดตั้งเพื่อใหแนใจวาไมมีกระแสไฟฟา
รั่วไหลออกมาในขณะทำการติดตั้งอุปกรณ
2. เปิดแผงหน้าของ LAMPTAN Smart Switch ออกมาโดยใช้ไขควง
ปากแบนตามภาพด้านล่าง
3. ต่อสายไฟฟ้าตามขั้วที่กำหนดให้ดังต่อไปนี้
- สาย Line ต่อกับข้ัว L
- สาย Neutral ต่อกับขั้่ว N
- สาย Load ต่อกับขั้ว L1/L2/L3
(ขึ้นอยู่กับสวิทช์แต่ละรุ่น)

4. ตรวจสอบอีกครั้งให้แน่ใจว่าเชื่อมต่อสายไฟเข้ากับขั้วอย่างถูกต้อง
และไม่มีสายเส้นใดไม่เชื่อมต่อกับขั้ว
5. ฝังเบ้าสวิตซ์เข้าไปกับกำแพงและทำการยึดติดโดยใช้สลักเกลียวสอด
เข้าไปในสวิตซ์ตามภาพ
6. กดแผงสวิตซ์ให้เข้ากับกรอบด้านหลัง

1. เปิดสวิตซ์ที่อุปกรณ์ Lamptan Smart Switch จะปรากฏแสงไฟกะพริบ
แสดงว่าอุปกรณ์พร้อมแล้วที่จะทำการเชื่อมต่อ
2. เปิดแอพพลิเคชัน LAMPTAN Smart Home และกดเพิ่มอุปกรณ์ โดยทำตาม
วิธีการติดตั้งตามที่ปรากฏขึ้นในแอพพลิเคชันตามขั้นตอน
(เลือก Switch and Outlet เมื่อทำการเพิ่มอุปกรณ์)
3. การตั้งค่า scene (เฉพาะสวิทช์ควบคุมscene) ให้เข้าไป sceneในแอพพลิเคชัน
แล้วตั้ง scene ที่ท่านต้องการ แล้วจึงเพิ่มอุปกรณ์ scene control switch
และตั้งค่า scene ในแต่ละปุ่มกดตามที่คุณต้องการ

4. อุปกรณ์ LAMPTAN Smart Switch จะแสดงไฟสีฟ้าหมายถึงสวิตซ์ปิด
และไฟสีแดงหมายถึงสวิตซ์เปิด หากปรากฎไฟสีฟ้าขึ้นสามจุดบนสวิตซ์
หมายความว่า สวิตซ์ถูกปิดอยู่เช่นเดียวกัน และหากปรากฎสวิตซ์สีแดง
สามจุดมีไฟกะพริบ 1 ครั้งหมายถึงการตั้งค่า scene เปิดอยู่
(เฉพาะรุ่น Platinum และ Aurora)

กดปุ่มใดๆก็ได้บนสวิตซ์ต่อเนื่องกัน 4 ครั้ง รอสักครู่และกดครั้งที่ 5
จนกระทั่งปรากฏไฟสีฟ้ากระพริบเร็วๆ หลังจากนั้น กดปุ่มใดๆก็ได้บน
สวิตซ์อีกครั้ง เพื่อเข้าสู่โหมดพร้อมเชื่อมต่อ

บริการและรับประกันหลังการขาย
1. การรับประกัน ภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ซื้อ โดยนำใบเสร็จรับเงิน /
ใบกำกับภาษีมาแสดง ถ้าซื้อสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน แล้วเกิดสินค้ามีปัญหา
ทางบริษัทฯ ยินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้ ถ้าทางบริษัทฯไม่มีสินค้าใน
คลังสินค้า ทางลูกค้าต้องรอสินค้า และสินค้าต้องไม่อยู่ในสภาพ แตก หัก
หรืออยู่ในสภาพไม่ปกติ
2. การรับประกัน จะไม่ครอบคลุมข้อบกพร่อง หรือความเสียหายจากสาเหตุ
ต่อไปนี้
a. การใช้งานไม่ถูกต้อง หรือนำสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับการ
ใช้งานที่ผิด หรือนอกเหนือจากข้อแนะนำ การใช้ในคู่มือการใช้งาน
b. การซ่อม หรือ ดัดแปลง แก้ไข โดยบุคคลภายนอกที่มิใช่ช่างของบริษัทฯ
c. นำสินค้า ชิ้นส่วนหรือซอฟท์แวร์ของบุคคลอื่นมาใช้ร่วมกับสินค้า
d. หากสินค้า ชารุด หรือ เสียหาย อันเกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี หรือการ
ต่ออุปกรณ์ผิดวิธี การใช้แรงดันไฟไม่ตรงกับมาตรฐานของสินค้าและ
การใช้งานผิดประเภทที่มีเขียนไว้ในฉลากสินค้า

LAMPTAN Smart Switch is a ZigBee wireless control switch,
Working with other ZigBee devices by connecting to ZigBee
Minihub via ZigBeenetwork. Easy turn on/off your lights by just
a simple tap the LAMPTAN HOME App on your smart phone
or tablet, no matter where you are.
Important Safety Information
1. Neutral connection is required.
2. Not for humid places, such as bathroom and greenhouse.
3. Must be used within the range of power allowable.
4. If you are unsure about performing this installation, please
consult with a qualified electrician.
5. The depth of switch box must be not less than 4.5cm.
6. Not for use with medical or life support equipment.

1. LAMPTAN Zigbee Minihub.
2. A slotted screwdriver and a Philips head screwdriver.
3. A circuit tester.
4. iOS or Android smart device and a Wi-Fi network connection
with a router.
5. The "LAMPTAN HOME" App download to your smart device and
register your account.
What You'll Need

1. Turn off power at the circuit breaker that controls the switch
before installation. It is recommended to use a circuit tester
to make sure the circuit is off.
2. Open the switch panel with slotted screwdriver.
3. Connect wires to corresponding
wiring terminals as follows:
(1) Line line to L terminal;
(2) Neutral line to N terminal;
(3) Load line to L1/L2/L3 terminal.

4. Double –check to confirm wirings are correct and no wire
is bare.
5. Place the switch into wall and mount the screws from the
existing switch.
6. Press the switch panel onto the snap plate.

1. Turn on power, the flashing LED lights show that the switch
is in a state of pairing.
2. Open the LAMPTAN HOME app and add your smart device
step by step through the LAMPTAN HOME app.
(Choose Switch and Outlet when add product in App)
3. Scene settings (only for scene control switch), go to the scenes
in app, set scenes for the added devices. Search scene switch in My
devices, set scenes for each button or link it to a certain smart
device and set status for it.

Warranty and after-sales service
1. Warranty period shall be valid for 1 year since the date of
purchase, it’s subject to purchase invoice. For any
malfunction caused by inferior quality (normal usage),
the company will repair it for you free of charge.
Meanwhile, exchange of goods (due to quality problem)
is available to you within 7 days.
2. Exceptions are as follows:
a. Any malfunction or defect caused by improper usage
conditions or environment.
b. Any malfunction or defect caused by improper installation,
usage, unauthorized maintenance, modification, force
majeure or external causes.
c. Any malfunction or defect resulted from applying any
third- party product, software or component.
d. Any malfunction or damage not caused by the product’s
design, technology and quality etc.
Restore Factory Settings
Press any button on switch four times continuously, and hold on
when pressing the fifth time until the blue led light blinks quickly.
Then press any button again after 5 seconds to get into pairing
state.
