INTRODUCTION
The goal of this manual is to provide assistance in the custom programming, operations,
and repair of your washer.
The manual is intended for use by engineers and technicians authorized to work on the
washer.
Before performing any work, please carefully read the advice and recommendations
contained herein, which have been written for your benefit.
This manual contains the steps to access to the programming, the common times, the
preprogramming, and the machine test. Access codes are required to enter all levels of
the programming. In order to protect the security of the access codes, they are supplied
in a separate document.

/ USER Access code is required.

The programming phase of hot demi. involved automaticaly a drying and a cooling
phase after draining which is integrate in this phase.
The parameters (time / temperature) are not adjustable and fixed in the program.
USER MUST CONTROL THAT EQUIPEMENTS TO BE WASHED
AND DRIED ARE COMPATIBLE TO WASHING AND DRYING
TEMPERATURES.
* Demi. = demineralized, DI, RO water.

This chapter provides information to check that your washer operates properly.
Using the LEVEL 2 / TECHNICIAN Access code, you can operate the output relays, verify
input states, and perform calibration of temperature probes.

Each press on button activates or inactivates the relay. Relay numbers
correspond to the Electrical Control Diagram.

Special Note :
The "ON" position of relay 7 is not limited and can damage the heating elements if heating without
water.
It is necessary to have the heater completely submerged in water at the bottom of
the basin to check the functioning of the heaters.
To leave the relay test, select relay 0and validate with button.
The following display enables viewing of the state of the inputs.
Correspondence of the inputs :
INPUT 1 : CHAMBER FULL
INPUT 2 : CHEMICAL TANKS FULL (if washer is equipped with chemical liquid
level sensors)
INPUT 3 : DOOR LOCKING (only for 810 LX equipped with door locking system
option)
INPUT 4 : N/A
A value of "1" indicates that the switch is closed and the input is connected to
ground (On). A value of "0" indicates that the switch is open and that the input is
not connected to ground (Off).
