Assembly Instructi ns:
You will need these tools for assembly:
edium phillips or flathead screw driver, pliers or small adjustable wrench.
Step 1 Place fire bowl (H) on its side and attach the three legs (L) with
six 6 x 28 bolts, lock washers and nuts. Tighten bolts
securely.
Step 2 Attach three connector plates (G) to the fire bowl bottom with
three 6 x 20 bolts, lock washers and nuts.
Step 3 Attach the top (F) to the fire bowl and connector plates with
three 6 x 20 bolts, lock washers and nuts.
Step 4 Attach poker hanger (D) on the right side of the top using a lock
washer and nut.
Step 5 Assemble chimney (C) to the top using three 6 x 20 bolts,
lock washers and nuts.
Step 6 Insert grate (J) inside the fire bowl.
Step 7 Place the spark arrestor (B) and cap (A) on the chimney.
Step 8 Attach the door hook ( ) using one 6 x 20 bolt, lock washer
and nut. Place the spark screen (K) on the hook.
Step 9 ake sure all bolts are securely tighened.
Step 10 Enjoy!
Maintenance:
The Pawn Chiminea may be cleaned with water and mild detergent.
Periodic maintenance is required to return painted cast iron surfaces to
original appearance. Remove any rust with sandpaper or steel brush.
Repaint with grill paint for high temperature surfaces. Follow paint
manufacturerʼs instructions.
