Instruction Manual
TRIPOD ASSEMBLY
The tripod assembly consists of 3parts:
1. T-bracket
2. Extension Pole
3. Leg Base
To assemble quadpod:
1. Begin by placing the legs in a flat level area.
2. Extend the legs to hold up the tripod.
3. Loosen legs and slide down until fully deployed. Tighten hand screw.
4. Finally, attach T-bracket over the top Extension Pole and tighten hand
screw.
Use appropriate measures to attach equipment tothe top of T-bracket.Predrill holes through top and
bottom and utilize bolts for mounting heavy equipment.
WARNING: Use caution before tilting tripod with aheavy load. For heavyloads, itis recommended
to remove the T-bracket prior to transporting!Failure to do so may cause serious injury. Larson
Electronics shall notbe held liable for injuries caused by misuse.
1. Place tower in desired location that isflat andable to support the tripod without falling over.
2. Loosen hand screw and lower legs until firmly stabilizing tripod.
3. Tighten hand screw to secure legs.
4. With help, place the T-bracket over top pole and tighten hand screw.
Light weight devices can be attached by tilting tripod toward the ground with the legs up. Attach T-
bracket to pole, tighten hand screw and tilt back to its vertical position. DO NOT tilt tripod while
extended tomax height. It isrecommended to have another person hold the tripod while tilting
vertically.
For heavyequipment, use a ladder and extra help for attaching T-bracket to pole.
Double check that allhand screws are tight before continuing useof the tripod tower.

EXTENDING
1. Loosen hand screw for extending the T-bracket.Once loose, extend T-bracket untildesired height
is achieved with at least 1ft - 2ft remaining inside pole for support.
WARNING: DO NOT over extend T-head completely allowing extension pole to free from base! If the
T- bracket becomes free, serious injury or death can occur. Larson Electronics shall not be held
liable for injuries caused by misuse.
2. When desired height isachieved, tighten hand screw to secure T-bracket.
LOWERING
1. To lower mast, grasp T-bracketand slowly loosen hand screw. Lower the T- bracket and tighten
hand screw.
WARNING: DO NOT loosen hand screw allowing T- bracket to fall freely. This can damage the unit
and cause serious injury or death. Always grasp T-bracket before lowering. Larson Electronics shall
not be held liable for injuries caused by misuse.
The tripod mount tower can be disassembled for storage or transporting. Unplug attached
equipment from power source and remove T-bracket following previous steps for attaching.
Once the T-bracket has been removed, loosen hand screw for legs andfold them up. Wheel to
desired location or remove from wheel base for complete disassembly.

MAINTENANCE
1. Perform visual, mechanical and electrical inspections on a regular basis. We recommend
routine checks to be made on a yearly basis. Frequency of use and environment should
determine this.
2. Do not operate if any part of the quadpod is cracked or damaged. All fasteners should be
properly seated.
