1 TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The console CC-1000 provides a user-friendly, easy and intuitive way to manage,
monitor and configure Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems because it works as the
mainframe of the software SIME.
It has a similar architecture as a PC and works with the OS Windows XP Embedded
allowing an easy integration with other technologies and custom made software.
The system has an 8.4’’ touchscreen with an 800x600 resolution to allow an easy
operation without the need of any other peripheral device.
The control unit is designed in flat form with mounting brackets for allowing
installation under the table accordingly occupying the smallest possible space.
The processing unit consists of an industrial system with various optional communication
ports such as Ethernet, USB etc.
It has low power consumption, less than 40W, thanks to the careful selection of
components. Passive ventilation makes operating noise is almost nonexistent.
The CC-1000 includes a CC-MIC microphone which allows recording and voice
message playback and a sound card to use it has music server for background music.
2 FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION
The system is designed to use it with a custom made software or with the SIME
software. Please consult the appropriate manual for more detailed information regarding
functionality.
2.1 Control description
The system is provided with automatic start in case of power failure.
The display will turn on automatically, however it can be turned off and on with the
button on the frame labeled POWER LED.

From the touchscreen monitor we access to the
configuration menu and adjust the frame size and
refreshment to adapt it to the resolution used by the program.
The control software should start automatically after
power up, the loading process can take several minutes.
