Step 3 –Attach Siding to End Frames:
All pieces of Siding are more heavily embossed on one side than the other side. Your will need to decide which
side will face outward. The End Panel Siding has been cut to create right and left sides (Fig A). Glue the End Panel
Siding to the outside of the End Panel Frames. Align End Panel Siding flush to bottom of the End Panel Frame as
indicated in Fig. B. The tabs at the top of the End Panel Frame will not be covered by the End Panel Siding (Fig.
C). The back notches in the End Panel Frames will be covered by the End Panel Siding (Fig. C). The assembled End
Panel Frames and Siding will be used in Step 5.
Step 4 –Attach Roof Frame:
It may be helpful to use masking tape to hold the glue joints together during Step 4. If the Roof Frame has
warpage, it can be slightly flexed to straighten. A flat Roof Frame will make assembly easier. The Roof Frame
attaches with tab and slot joints, indicated by circles in Fig. A, B & C. Apply glue along the top edge of the Back
Wall Frame as indicated by arrows in Fig. A, and the tab and slot joints. When glued in place, the Roof Frame will
be flush with the Back Wall Frame (Fig. C), and the Roof Frame will not be flush with the front edge of the Tall
Lumber Racks as indicated in Fig. B
Step 5 –Attach End Panels:
The assembled End Panels attach to each end of the completed structure.
There are 3 tabs at top of the End Panels which align with the slots in the
Roof Frame. There are 3 slots at the back of the End Panel which align
with the 3 tabs on the Back Wall Frame. The bottom of the End Panel fits
into the notch in the Base. Glue the End Panels at all contact points (Fig.
A).
