Step 1 –Assemble Lumber Racks to Base:
Align all Lumber Racks flush with the edge of the Base (Fig. C) and flush
with the bottom of the Base (Fig. D). The alignment is important when the
attaching the Back Wall Frame and Roof Frame in Steps 2 and 7. Starting
with the slot closest to the end of the Base, glue a Short Lumber Rack into
the slot (Fig. A). Glue a Tall Lumber Rack into the next slot in the Base.
Continue gluing the Lumber Racks by alternating a Short Lumber Rack and
a Tall Lumber Rack (Fig B). When completed, a Short Lumber Rack will be
positioned at each end of the Base.
Step 2 –Attach Back Wall Frame to Lumber Racks & Base:
Apply glue to the bottom rail of
the Back Wall Frame as indicated
by the black arrow and white line
in Fig. A. With the glue side up,
position pieces as shown and lay
the Base onto the Back Wall
Frame (Fig. A). The tabs on the
Short & Tall Lumber Racks fit into
the slots in the Back Wall Frame (Fig. B). Using a box cutter or small screwdriver to reach between the arms of
the Lumber Racks, position the tabs into the slots (Fig. C). Apply glue to the top tabs and slots on all the Lumber
Racks indicated by the arrows in Fig. D. Glue can be applied from the back and across the tab and slot joints. The
middle tab and slot joints can be glued in Step 6 when the Back Wall Siding Panel is glued in place.

Step 3 –Attach Siding to End Frames:
All pieces of Siding are more heavily embossed on one side than the other side. Your will need to decide which
side will face outward. The End Panel Siding has been cut to create right and left sides (Fig A). Glue the End Panel
Siding to the outside of the End Panel Frames. Align End Panel Siding flush to bottom of the End Panel Frame as
indicated in Fig. B. The tabs at the top of the End Panel Frame will not be covered by the End Panel Siding (Fig.
C). The back notches in the End Panel Frames will be covered by the End Panel Siding (Fig. C). The assembled End
Panel Frames and Siding will be used in Step 5.
Step 4 –Attach Roof Frame:
It may be helpful to use masking tape to hold the glue joints together during Step 4. If the Roof Frame has
warpage, it can be slightly flexed to straighten. A flat Roof Frame will make assembly easier. The Roof Frame
attaches with tab and slot joints, indicated by circles in Fig. A, B & C. Apply glue along the top edge of the Back
Wall Frame as indicated by arrows in Fig. A, and the tab and slot joints. When glued in place, the Roof Frame will
be flush with the Back Wall Frame (Fig. C), and the Roof Frame will not be flush with the front edge of the Tall
Lumber Racks as indicated in Fig. B
Step 5 –Attach End Panels:
The assembled End Panels attach to each end of the completed structure.
There are 3 tabs at top of the End Panels which align with the slots in the
Roof Frame. There are 3 slots at the back of the End Panel which align
with the 3 tabs on the Back Wall Frame. The bottom of the End Panel fits
into the notch in the Base. Glue the End Panels at all contact points (Fig.
A).

Step 6 –Attach Back Wall Siding Panel to the Back Wall Frame:
All pieces of Siding are more heavily embossed on one side than the other side. Your will need to decide which
side will face outward (Fig. A). Apply glue to the Back Wall Frame as indicated by the white line in Fig. B. Align all
four edges of the Back Wall Siding Panel to the Back Wall Frame (Fig. C).
Step 7 –Attach Roof:
Dry fit before attempting to assemble. The Roof aligns flush to the back edge of the structure as indicted by the
circle in Fig. C. Flip the structure upside down onto the Roof to check the length of the Roof overhang (Fig. B).
The Roof may be trimmed to the desired length and width. Apply glue to the Roof Frame as indicated by the
white lines in Fig. A. Flip the structure upside down and carefully align the Roof as shown in Fig. B and Fig. C.
Step 8 –Attach the H Beams to the Base:
Using the slots in the Base for
alignment (Fig. A), center an H Beam
over a slot and position one end of
the H Beam against the Lumber Rack
(Fig. B). Repeat until all 15 H Beams
have been glued in place (Fig. C).
