1. Before use
Dear valued customer,
Thank you for choosing phone Call. Please read this manual carefully before using the
device to ensure best performance.
Phone Call complies with national and European legal requirements. To maintain this
condition and to ensure safe operation, you must carefully read these instructions.
This product consists of an AP (Access point), console, handset, headset (earphones and
microphone) for the handset, phone call (call button with intercom function), phone bell
(call button) and monitor. The data and audio transmission to the radio receiver is wireless
with a frequency of 2.4 GHz.
Note: This device does not guarantee information completeness of the data transmission.
Radio interference might arise.
All components of the Phone Call System are suitable only for use in dry rooms.
All company and product names are trademarks of their respective owners. All rights

2. Use and maintenance
After unpacking the device, check that the components are intact and not
damaged during transport. If you are unsure, do not use the device, but contact
qualified personnel. Keep the packaging material (plastic bags and boxes) out of
reach of children.
Only use the supplied power adapter plugs. Do not use other adapters, as
otherwise the battery cells can be damaged.
Connect the device with the included power adapter. Make sure that the voltage is
220-230 volts.
The device works properly in an environment with a temperature between 0° ~
+50°.
Do not use the device barefoot.
Do not touch the device with wet hands.
Do not pull the power cable or the device to pull the plug.
Do not plug several devices in the same outlet to avoid overheating or fire
Pull the plug from the outlet, before cleaning the device or performing other
maintenance work.
Children or people with disabilities must use the device only under supervision.
Do not use the receiver (pager) in the vicinity of electromagnetic sources, in order
to avoid possible interference.
Cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids and medical devices can be exposed to
interference.
Turn off the equipment in the event of malfunction and do not attempt to make
changes on your own. Contact the distributor for repairs.

Although Phone Call and the associated parts are protected against spray water,
they must not be directly brought into contact with water, as they are not
waterproof.
Dispose of batteries and devices in an ecological manner.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the product.
The product must not be altered of modified. The safety and operating instructions
must be strictly observed. The not only protect the device, but especially protect
your health. Therefore, read the entire manual carefully before using the product.
Keep the manual for future reference.
3. Features and functions.
The Phone Call System is a paging system with a new concept and the latest
wireless IT technology. It is the world's first wireless paging system with sound
transmission.
This product consists of AP (Access Point), Phone Call (call button with intercom
function), Phone Bell (call button), Handset (mobile transmitter and receiver),
Headset (earphones and microphone) for the handset, Console (stationary
transmitter and receiver) und Monitor (caller ID). The components can be freely
combined.
The signal and sound transmission to the radio receiver is wireless with a
frequency of 2.4 GHz.
Up to 250 phone calls and phone bells can be installed together in one system.
Up to 99 handsets and consoles can be installed together in one system.
Up to 20 monitors can be installed together in one system.
4. Functions and components.
4.1 Functions: The Phone Call system is an independent digital wireless network.
Through the Access Point, two-way-communication between
handset/console to Phone Call as well as between handset/console and
handset/console is possible.
A communication hub in the center is necessary. In addition, you can
choose which components you want to use.

5. Product overview, description of use.
5.1 AP (Access Point): Data transmission and repeater
Supplied with:
1 AP, 1 adapter AC220V/DC6V, 2 double-sided adhesives for mounting on wall, 2
screws for mounting on wall (alternative), 1 screwdriver .

5.1.1 AP installation und transmission range:
-Choose a favorable location:
Vibration-free
No direct sunlight. This can interfere with radio transmission and limit the
transmission range. Source of heat can also lead to malfunctions or
defects.
In the middle of the building and about 2.5 –3 meters high from the
ground.
Do not install the antenna perpendicular to the ground, but tilt it about 30°
to the ground.
-Up to 3 APs (1 main AP, 2 auxiliary APs) can be installed in a group.
-Die range for the standard AP is up to 50m indoors, 150m outdoors. The
range is dependent on interference factors.
Standard AP : up to 50 m indoors / ca. 150m outdoors
Special AP(Option) : up to 80 m indoors / ca. 250m outdoors
-The actual achievable range will depend on a variety of different parameters.
The surrounding properties have different effects on the range, e.g., obstacles
in the form of walls, trees, and other electronic devices within the radio
communication routes.
Assembly
1. Fasten the antenna with the screws.
2. Search for a favorable location
3. Attach the AP with the double-sided adhesives.
3. Connect the adapter with an electrical outlet.
4. Connect the plug with the AP connection.
When attaching the APs, use the included double-sided adhesives. If the double-
sided adhesive does not suffice, attach the APs with the two screws (Refer to the
hole distance of 5.3cm from the drawing below)

5.1.2 AP operating test.
When you connect the AP with power, the LED lamp displays as follows:
-Normal operations: LED light flashed in the following rhythm: 2 sec ON, 1
sec OFF
-Incorrect operations: LED light flashes in the following rhythm: 0.2 sec
ON, 0.2 sec OFF
5.1.3 Setting the DIP switches.
-For one AP: Set the main AP ID = 0.
-For three APs: main AP ID = 0, auxiliaryAP ID = 1, auxiliary AP ID = 2
-GID(Group ID) setting of auxiliary APs: The GIDs of the auxiliary APs must always
be the same as the GID of the mainAP

5.2.1 Register Console with Access Point (AP):
The console must be first registered with the main AP, since the entire data
transfer is done through the main AP.
The factory setting is set so that the console is automatically registered at the
nearest AP.
Press the MENU button for 6 seconds. The display will show F.F.F.F. Press any
key to automatically register the console with the main AP.
5.2.2 Store the call number of Phone Call and Phone Bell at the Console.
1) Press the MENU button for 1 second.
2) The display will show „CA.id“.
3) Press the OK button. The display will show „C001“.
4) Use the number button to enter the digit for the hundreds. Press OK.
5) Use the number button to enter the digit for the tens. Press OK.
6) Finally enter the last single digit. Press OK.
7) Then press the Phone Call (or Phone Bell) button within 4 seconds. You are
done.
8) To control the success: Press the Phone Call (or Phone Bell) button and
verify that the Console displays the signal.
5.2.3 Response time to Phone Call signals
The factory setting is 7 seconds. You can choose response times between 1 and 10
seconds. That means:After the Phone Call signal comes in, the call must be
answered within this time interval. After this time interval, Phone Call is
automatically set to OFF, to put the device in energy saving mode.
To change the response time, see the "Co.rt" Menu for handset and console.
*** Note*** Warn signal for battery replacement for Phone Call/Bell: If after the call
signal DingDong, a "PigPigPig" sound is heard, then you need to replace the
battery of the respective Phone Call/Bell.
5.2.4 Signal (only send signal) und Call (talk)
Signal from Console to Console/Handset (1 to 1):

1) With the numbers key (10), enter the caller ID number. „00“ means: call all
participants.
2) Press "CALL" button.
3) The signal reaches the addressee with vibration.
Call from Console to Console/Handset (1 to 1):
1) With the numbers key (10), enter the caller ID number. „00“ means: call all
participants.
2) Press the „TTT“ button (14). Keep pressed to talk, release to listen.
Note: If the addressee does not pick up after the pre-set time, the ID number is
automatically reset to "00". "00" means: Talking to all participants.
5.2.5 CALL RX “ON/OFF” function
Setting the call signal of Phone Call/Bell ON/OFF.
1) Switch ON: Call signal is received.
2) Switch OFF: Call signal is not received.
5.2.6 Handset RX „ON/OFF“ function:
Setting the call signal of the handset ON/OFF.
1) Switch ON: Call from handset to console ON.
2) Switch OFF: Call from handset to console OFF.
5.2.7 Call from Handset to Console (1 to 1)
Call from Handset to Console
1) Press the "CALL" button.
2) The display will show „HC.xx“. The last single digit flashes. Choose the
number with buttons (9) and (10). Press OK.
3) The digit for the tens flashes. Choose the number with buttons (9) and (10).
Press OK.
4) Use the PTT button: press the button to talk, release to listen.
5) The 1-to-1 conversation is only possible, if the call is answered within the
preset time (factory setting: 7 seconds).
Redial Handset to Console
1) Press the "CALL" button.
2) The display will show „HC.xx“.
3) Use the PTT button: press the button to talk, release to listen.
5.2.8 Joint menu of Console/Handset
1. CA.id(Call id): Set the ID number of Phone Call/ Bell

1) Press the Menu button, until Ca.id is displayed.
2) Press the OK button
3) Insert a three-digit number with the numbers key (see handset
illustration)
4) Press the Phone call or Phone Bell within 4 seconds. Done!
2. Co.rt(Connect Ready Time): Set the Phone Call response time (time within
which the call from handset/console must be answered)
1) Press the Menu button, until Co.rt is displayed.
2) Press the OK button
3) Insert the response time (0 –10 sec)
4) Press the OK button. Done!
3. CA.VL(Caller Volume): Set the volume of Phone Call.
1) Press the Menu button, until CA.VL is displayed.
2) Press the OK button
3) Insert the volume (0 –10).
4) Press the OK button. Done!
4. H.gid(Handset und Console GID): Set the GID (Group ID) of handset/console
manually
1) Press the Menu button, until H.gid is displayed.
2) Press the OK button
3) Insert the 4-digit GID number
4) Press the OK button. Done!
5. Hd.id(handset und console ID): Set the ID of handset/console manually
1) Press the Menu button, until H.id is displayed.
2) Press the OK button
3) Insert the 2-digit ID number
4) Press the OK button. Done!
5. LAng(Language): Set the audio language setting- German, English or OFF
1) Press the Menu button, until LAng is displayed.
2) Press the OK button
3) Choose the language: German=“ger“, English=“Eng“ none=“OFF“
4) Press the OK button. Done!
5.2.9 Console Menu
1. re.AL(Real Time Voice Play): ON=hear the conversation partner at the same
time, OFF= hear the conversation partner with time delay
If the console, handset and/or phone call are too close to each other, acoustic
feedback might arise. To avoid this, choose OFF.

2. Vo.VL(Voice Volume): Set the voice volume

5.3.1 Register handset at Access Point (AP).
The handset must be first registered with the main AP, since the entire data
transfer is done through the main AP.
Press the MENU button for 6 seconds. The display will show F.F.F.F. Press any
key to automatically register the handset with the main AP.
5.3.2 Store the call number of Phone Call/Bell at the Handset:
1) Press the Menu button for 1 second.

2) The display will show „CA.id“.
3) Press the OK button. The display will show „C001“.
4) Use the number buttons und to enter the digit for the hundreds. Press
OK.
5) Now enter the digit for the tens. Press OK.
6) Finally enter the last single digit.Press OK.
7) Then press the Phone Call (or Phone Bell) button within 4 seconds. You are
done.
8) To control the success: Press the Phone Call (or Phone Bell) button and
verify that the handset displays the signal.
5.3.3 Response time to Phone Call signals
The factory setting is 7 seconds. You can choose response times between 1 and 10

1) Press the CALL/CLR button
2) With the keys Up(+) (9) and Down(-) (10), enter the caller ID number.
"00" means: call all participants.
3) Press the Call button
4) The signal reaches the addressee with vibration.
5) Press the "TTT" button (5): Keep pressed to talk, release to listen.
Note: If the addressee does not pick up after the pre-set time of 7 seconds,
the ID number is automatically reset to "00". "00" means: Talking to all
participants.
5.3.5 Joint menu of Console/Handset
1. CA.id(Call id): Set the ID number of Phone Call/ Bell

1) Press the Menu button, until Ca.id is displayed.
2) Press the OK button.
3) Insert a three-digit number with the numbers key
4) Press the Phone call or Phone Bell within 4 seconds. Done!
2. AL.OF(All Off): All signals from Phone Call/Bell are not received.
1) Press the Menu button, until CALL is displayed.
2) Press the OK button.
3) With the Up(+) button , select „AL.OF“.
4) Press the OK button –done!
3. AL.On(All on) Menu: All signals from Phone Call/Bell are received
1) Press the Menu button, until CALL is displayed.
2) Press the OK button.
3) With the Up(+) button , select „AL.On“.
4) Press the OK button –done!
4. CELL(Cell) Menu: Limit the number of Phone Calls/Bells, that receive a signal
with the handset.
(enter start and end number)
1) Press the Menu button, until CALL is displayed.
2) Press the OK button.
3) With the Up(+) button , select „CELL“.
4) The display will show „b001“.
5) With the Up(+) button and the OK button, select the desired start
number
6) Press the OK button.
7) Repeat steps 4-6 for selecting the end number.
8) Press the OK button –done!
5. Co.rt(Connect Ready Time): Set the Phone Call response time (time within
which the call from handset/console must be answered)
1) Press the Menu button, until Co.rt is displayed.
2) Press the OK button
3) Insert the response time (0 –10 sec)
4) Press the OK button. Done!
6. CA.VL(Caller Volume): Set the volume of Phone Call.
1) Press the Menu button, until CA.VL is displayed.
2) Press the OK button
3) Insert the volume (0 –10).
4) Press the OK button. Done!
7. H.gid(Handset und Console GID): Set the GID (Group ID) of handset/console
manually.

5.4.1 Register Monitor with Access Point (AP):
Same as for other components, the monitor must also first be registered with
the main AP.

The factory setting is set so that the monitor is automatically registered at the
nearest AP.
Press the MENU button for 6 seconds. The display will show F.F.F.F. Press
any key to automatically register the monitor with the main AP.
The Phone Call System can also be used with an AP, if the call system only
consists of Monitor and Phone Bell.Also in this case, an AP can be installed
at a later stage to extend the transmission range.
To store the Phone Bell numbers with the handset see 5.3.2, with console
see 5.2.2.
Store Phone Bell number, if only Monitor and Phone Bell is use (without AP).
1) Press the OK button for 1 second.
2) The display will show „001“.
3) Use the Up(+) button to enter the digit for the hundreds. Confirm with
the OK button . Repeat the procedure for the digit for the tens and the
last single digit.
4) Confirm with the OK button . The display flashes.
5) Press the Bell button. The monitor rings. Done!
Delete Phone Bell numbers
1) Press the OK button for 1 second.
2) The display will show „001“.
3) Use the Up(+) button to enter the digit for the hundreds. Confirm with
the OK button . Repeat the procedure for the digit for the tens and the
last single digit.
4) Confirm with the OK button . The display flashes.
5) Press the Bell button within 4 seconds.
6) The display will show "000 00 00". The number is deleted –done.
Selection of ringtone
1) Each time when you press the button , the ringtone will change. The
selected ringtone is automatically saved.
Check saved ringtone
1) Press the Up(+) button , to check whether the saved ringtone rings.
Set up ranges of bell numbers (e.g., if you use Phone Call separately for
separate floors)
1) Press the Up(+) button for 2 seconds.
2) The display will show "001".
3) With the Up(+) button , chose the start number and confirm with the
OK button .
4) Now insert the end number. Confirm with the OK button

Insert GID(Group ID)
1) Press the OK button for 4 seconds.(ignore the number display)
2) The display will show "001".
3) Insert the 4-digit GID number "id.xxxx"
4) The monitor will automatically restart. Done!
5.5 Phone Call: Call button with intercom function

5.5.1 Register Phone Call with Access Point (AP):
Phone Call must first be registered with the main AP. If you conduct the
factory setting, Phone Call is automatically registered at the nearestAP.
Conduct factory setting:
1) Press the call button 7 times in a row.
2) You will hear a sound „pik pik pik“.
3) Press the call button one time. Phone Call will automatically search for
an AP (After conducting the factory setting, the all numbers and volume
remain the same)
Volume setting
See CA.VL menu of handset/console (5.2.8; 5.3.5.)
Battery exchange: 2x 1.5V Alkaline, C type.

1) Loosen the two screws with the supplied screwdriver.
2) Remove the cover and insert two new batteries, paying attention to the
correct poles.
3) Attach the cover back on: First insert the lower part of the cover.
4) Hold the cover and simultaneously push up.
5) In the normal case, you will hear a sound "pik pik pik"
6) Reattach the cover using the screws.
*** Note*** Warn signal for battery replacement for Phone Call/Bell: If after the call
signal DingDong, a "PigPigPig" sound is heard, then you need to replace the
battery of the respective Phone Call/Bell.

Battery exchange:
a. Take off the button holder with the provided keys.
b. Loosen the screws with the screwdriver
c. Take out old batteries and insert new batteries, paying attention to the
correct poles.
6. Care
Clean all components of the Phone Call System with a damp cloth only. Do not use
cleaning agents containing alcohol. Do not use a dry cloth! There is a risk of static charge.

8. Warranty
The guarantee of "Phone Call" is two years.
The warranty period starts from date of purchase. As proof of date, please keep the
receipts, or invoice. If an item is for repair without a proof of date such as the receipt, the
repair may be charged. This is also the case if items are not sufficiently packaged. Within
the warranty period all defects caused by material or manufacturing defects will be repaired
free of charge.
The guarantee does not cover damage due to improper use, wear and tear, or due to
interference by third parties or due to force majeure. The warranty does not cover
consumables (batteries, packaging, etc.) and not those defects that affect the value or
usability of the device only insignificantly. Claims for damages are excluded, as long as
they are not based on intent or gross negligence by the manufacturer. Our customer
service is available to you even after the warranty period has ended. After the warranty or
for damages for which no guarantee can be accepted, you will receive a cost estimate.

9. Troubleshooting:
Since this product is a wireless radio communication device, the signal reception
may be temporarily affected by ambient noise.
Problem
Solution
The audio or signal transfer between the
components does not work or is of poor
quality (e.g. partial interruption of the
conversation)
1. Verify that the AP is correctly
connected to the power supply.
2. Verify that all LED lights blink normally.
See 5.1.2 AP function test.
*** The auxiliary AP only works if the
main AP operates normally.***
If Phone Call is not functioning normally.
1. Check the battery.
(Use two 1.5V. C. alkali batteries)
2. Check the AP.
3. Inform A/S
If Handset is not functioning normally.
1. Check the battery.
2. Check if the volume is properly set.
3. If you are using the Headset make sure
it functions properly.
4. Check the Handset Menu settings.
5. Check the AP.
6. Inform A/S
If Console is not functioning normally.
1. Verify that the console is correctly
connected to the power supply.
2. Check the volume of the Console.
3. Check the CALL RX resp. HANDSET
RX switch.
