Our story
Dutch design brand LEFF amsterdam was founded
in 2011. After making our debut in the industry by
creating a series of iconic interior timepieces, our
focus gradually shifted towards different product
ranges. Working from our studio in the city center of
Amsterdam, we now create unconventional watches
and speakers by developing concepts in collaboration
with renowned designers from around the world.
We started making timepieces in an era in which time
is all around us, because we think clocks are simply
amazing products. We believe clocks are the perfect
example of functional beauty, as they’re technical
instruments that have the potential to be art pieces
at the same time. However, this wasn’t the only
reason for us to start creating clocks and watches.
Arno Ruijzenaars: “Nobody really needs a clock.
This challenges us even more to create something
beautiful that everyone still wants to have.”

Please choose your desired option on how to display
your inverse and follow the associated steps.

WARNING: As the inverse is heavy, we strongly
recommend that assembly and installation is
carried out by two qualied persons.

Rotating the dialboard
To hang your inverse horizontally, the dialboard
needs to be rotated. Please follow the steps below.
A.) Place your inverse with mirror facing down onto
the foam sheet (included in packing) to prevent it from
getting damaged.

B.) Unscrew the 4 screws with the Allen key (included in
packing) and gently lift the dialboard from the frame.

C.) Rotate the dialboard a quarter (90 degrees) to the left
-or- a quarter to the right to get the desired clock display as
shown on page 13.

D. ) Gently place the dialboard back into the frame and
re-attach the 4 screws with the Allen key.

Open the movement cover on the backside of the clock and
insert the AA battery (included in packing) in the battery
holder. Set the time by turning the wheel on the movement.

Installing on the wall
4. Every display option has a different way of installing
on the wall. Please nd your chosen option and follow
the associated steps.
NOTE: LEFF amsterdam can not be held liable if the
inverse should fall on someone or break.
When leaning your inverse

the clock stands stable and
cannot slide away.
We strongly recommend to
place the inverse on a non-
slippery surface.

Measure distance “X” to
dene the positions of the
screws on the wall.
Use the indicated keyhole
slots to hang the inverse
vertically -or- horizontally.
Make sure the screws are
rmly anchored into the wall
and that the wall can bear
the weight of the inverse!

IMPORTANT: As wall materials vary, screws for
xing your inverse to the wall are not included.
For advice on suitable screw systems, contact
your local hardware store.

NL Onderhoud
-Inverse niet blootstellen aan direct zonlicht, extreme temperatu-
ren, hoge luchtvochtigheid of vloeistoffen.
-Inverse niet schoonmaken met schoonmaakmiddelen. Gebruik
enkel een milde glasreiniger om de spiegel schoon te maken.
-Zorg dat het houten frame niet in contact komt met (schoon-
maak)vloeistoffen. Dit kan het hout beschadigen.
-Houten frame enkel schoonmaken met een zachte droge doek.
Garantie
5 jaar garantie op materiaal- en productiefouten (met uitzondering
van de batterij ). Garantie is uitsluitend geldig op vertoon van het
aankoopbewijs. Zie onze website voor de garantiebepalingen.
EN Maintenance
-Do not expose inverse to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures,
high humidity or liquids.
-Do not clean inverse with cleaning agents. Only use a special mild
glass cleanser to clean the mirror.
-Make sure that the wooden frame does not come into contact
with cleaning liquid or other uids, since these can damage the
wood.
-Only use a soft dry cloth to clean the wooden frame.
Warranty
5 year warranty against material and workmanship defects
(except battery).The warranty is only valid if a proof of purchase is
provided. See our website for more information regarding
warranty procedures.
Maintenance & Warranty

DE Wartung
-Die inverse darf nicht direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, extremen
Temperaturen, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit oder Flüssigkeiten ausge-
setzt werden.
-Reinigen Sie die inverse nicht mit Reinigungsmitteln. Verwenden
Sie nur einen speziellen milden Glasreiniger, um den Spiegel zu
reinigen.
-Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Holzrahmen nicht mit Reinigungsüs-
sigkeit oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Kontakt kommt, da diese
dem Holz schaden können.
-Verwenden Sie nur ein weiches trockenes Tuch, um den Holz-
rahmen zu reinigen.
Garantie
5 Jahre Garantie auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler (ohne Bat-
terie). Garantie ist ausschließlich gültig bei Vorlage einer Quittung.

FR Entretien
-Ne pas exposer inverse à la lumière directe du soleil, à des
températures extrêmes, à une forte humidité ambiante ou à des
liquides.
-Ne pas nettoyer inverse à l'aide de produits de nettoyage.
Uniquement utiliser un produit doux pour le nettoyage des vitres
pour nettoyer le miroir.
-Veiller à ne pas projeter de liquide (de nettoyage) sur le cadre en
bois. Cela pourrait endommager le bois.
-Nettoyer le cadre en bois uniquement à l'aide d'un tissu sec
et doux.
