Repeat and Random functions cannot be controlled via theunit; they can only be
controlled using thebuttons on your iPod/iPhone.
As long as theunit is plugged in to awall socket, it will charge your iPod/iPhone
no matter which function you are using.
Aux
1. Press [ FUNCTION ] and select AUX.
2. Connect an external audio device to the3.5 mm stereo jack.
Set theclock
1. Press [ POWER ] to place theunit in standby mode.
2. Press [ MEM/SET ] for at least 2 seconds, thehours will flash.
3. Press [ |◄◄ ] or [ ►►| ] to set thehours.
4. Press [ MEM/SET ], theminutes will flash.
5. Press [ |◄◄ ] or [ ►►| ] to set theminutes.
6. Press [ MEM/SET ] once again briefly to finish.
Alarm
1. Press [ POWER ] to place theunit in standby mode.
2. Press [ SLEEP/AL ] for at least 2 seconds, thehours and aclock symbol will flash
on thedisplay. Thealarm symbol will also appear on thedisplay.
3. Press [ |◄◄ ] or [ ►►| ] to set thehours.
4. Press [ SLEEP/AL ], theminutes will flash.
5. Press [ |◄◄ ] or [ ►►| ] to set theminutes.
6. Press [ SLEEP/AL ] quickly, the alarm function symbol will flash.
7. Press [ |◄◄ ] or [ ►►| ] to select the alarm function as a signal, radio (aerial
symbol) or iPhone (iPhone symbol).
8. Press [ SLEEP/AL ]. Thetime will be displayed and aclock symbol in thetop left
corner indicates that thealarm is activated.
9. To check thealarm time, press [ SLEEP/AL ]. Pushit once again to show thecurrent time.
10. To activate or deactivate thealarm, press [ SLEEP/AL ] twice in quick succession.
Snooze
• Press [ SNOOZE ] to temporarily turn off thealarm when it sounds.
• The alarm will sound again after 9 minutes.
• To turn thealarm off completely, press [ POWER ].
Display lighting
To turn thedisplay lighting on/off, press [ SNOOZE ].
Sleep timer
With theunit switched on, press [ SLEEP/AL ] to select thesleep time:
120, 90, 60, 30 or 15 minutes.
