La sceratrice VAPOR 15 può contenere 15 favi da nido D.B. o l’equivalente in favi da melario oppure opercoli.
La sceratrice VAPOR 30 può contenere 30 favi da nido D.B. o l’equivalente in favi da melario oppure opercoli.
Consente di recuperare la cera senza dover tagliare il favo dal telaino, salvando così l’infilatura e permettendo il riutilizzo
dei telaini ancora validi. È composta da:
- una vasca rettangolare in acciaio inox che funge da contenitore per l’acqua da portare in ebollizione (3);
- un vassoio di raccolta cera con scarico all’esterno (8);
- un cestello portatelaini in lamiera forata inox (9);

Porre la sceratrice sopra una sorgente di calore (fornellone a gas, fornacella o simili).
Riempire la vasca versando nel tubo ricurvo di carico l’acqua fino al livello.
Disporre i favi o la cera da fondere nel cestello interno in maniera ordinata.
Accendere la fonte di calore disponibile sotto la vasca.
Dopo alcuni minuti la cera comincerà a defluire dal condotto d’uscita e si raccoglierà nella vaschetta in dotazione.
Controllare periodicamente, durante la lavorazione, il livello dell’acqua all’interno della vasca e rabboccare se necessario.
Non lasciare la sceratrice senza acqua sopra la sorgente di calore.
Al termine, spento il fornello, estrarre il cestello e svuotarlo dai detriti; questa operazione fatta a caldo rende più agevole
la pulizia.

The wax melter VAPOR 15 can contain up to 15 brood frames D.B. or an equivalent number of supers or cappings.
The wax melter VAPOR 30 can contain up to 30 brood frames D.B. or an equivalent number of supers or cappings.
It enables to recover the wax without having to cut away the comb from the frame. The frame wire will remain intact
allowing still good frames to be re-used. It consists of:
- a stainless steel rectangular tank used as a container for the water to bring to the boiling point (3);
- a wax collector tray (8) with an outside outlet;
- a comb holder basket made of stainless steel perforated plate (9);

Place the wax melter above a heat source (a gas plate, hot plate/burner or another similar device).
Fill the tank by pouring water through the elbowed pipe up to the required level.
Place the combs or wax to melt in the internal basket so that the load is evenly distributed.
Light up the heat source below the tank.
Wait a few minutes for the wax to start flowing out of the outlet pipe to be collected in the special tray.
During the operation, regularly check the water level in the tank and top up if necessary.
Do not allow water to run out in the wax melter while the machine is above a source of heat.
At cycle end, turn off the burner, take out the basket and empty it of any residues; this operation is carried out more
easily when the device is still warm.

Le chaudière à cire VAPOR 15 peut contenir 15 cadres de nido D.B. ou l’équivalent en cadres de hausse ou en
opercules.
La chaudière à cire VAPOR 30 peut contenir 30 cadres de nid D.B. ou l’équivalent en cadres de hausse ou en
opercules.
Elle permet de récupérer la cire des cadres entiers, en sauvegardant ainsi le montage et permettant de réutiliser les
cadres encore en bon état. Elle est composée par :
- une cuve rectangulaire en acier inox qui sert de récipient pour l’eau à amener à ébullition (3) ;
- un plateau de collecte de la cire avec évacuation à l’extérieur (8);
- un panier porte-cadres en tôle d’inox perforée (9) ;

Placer la chaudière à cire au-dessus d’une source de chaleur (grand réchaud à gaz, réchaud ou similaires).
Remplir le bac en versant dans le tube de chargement courbe l'eau jusqu'au niveau.
Placer soigneusement les cadres ou la cire à fondre dans le panier interne.
Allumer la source de chaleur disponible sous la cuve.
Après quelques minutes, la cire commencera à couler dans le conduit de sortie et arrivera dans le bac fourni prévu à cet
effet.
Contrôler périodiquement, durant le travail, le niveau de l’eau dans la cuve et en rajouter si nécessaire.
Ne pas laisser la chaudière à cire sans eau sur la source de chaleur.
Au terme, une fois que le réchaud est éteint, extraire le panier et le vider des détritus ; cette opération faite à chaud
facilite le nettoyage.

Der Wachsschmelzer VAPOR 15 kann bis zu 15 Brutwaben Dadant Blatt oder die gleichwertige Menge an Honigwaben
oder Deckeln aufnehmen.
Der Wachsschmelzer VAPOR 30 kann bis zu 30 Brutwaben Dadant Blatt oder die gleichwertige Menge an Honigwaben
oder Deckeln aufnehmen.
Er ermöglicht ein Ausschmelzen des Wachses ohne dazu die Wabe aus dem Rähmchen schneiden zu müssen und
ermöglicht demnach die erneute Verwendung der Rähmchen. Das Gerät bestehet aus:
- einer rechteckigen Edelstahlwanne, in der das Wasser enthalten ist, das bis zum Siedepunkt erhitzt wird (3);
- einer Wachs-Sammelwanne mit Abfluss nach außen (8);
- einem Rähmchenkorb aus gelochtem Edelstahlblech (9).

Stellen Sie den Wachsschmelzer auf eine Hitzequelle (Gasbrenner, Brennofen oder ähnliches).
Füllen Sie das Wasser bis zum angegebenen Stand über die gekrümmte Zufuhrleitung ein.
Ordnen Sie die Waben oder das zu schmelzende Wachs in den Innenkorb.
Aktivieren Sie die Hitzequelle unter der Wanne.
Nach wenigen Minuten beginnt das Wachs aus der Abflussleitung zu fließen und wird in der entsprechenden Wanne
gesammelt.
Prüfen Sie während der Bearbeitung regelmäßig den Wasserstand in der Wanne und füllen Sie ggf. Wasser nach.
Lassen sie den Wachsschmelzer keinesfalls ohne Wasser auf der Hitzequelle stehen.
Nehmen Sie, nachdem die Arbeit beendet und die Hitzequelle deaktiviert wurde, den Korb heraus und leeren Sie die
Rückstände aus; bei noch warmem Gerät erfolgt die Reinigung mühelos.

El extractor de cera VAPOR 15 puede contener 15 cuadros de nido Dadant Blatt, el equivalente en cuadros de alza u
opérculos.
El extractor de cera VAPOR 30 puede contener 30 cuadros de nido Dadant Blatt, el equivalente en cuadros de alza u
opérculos.
Permite recuperar la cera sin necesidad de cortar el cuadro del marco, salvando así el enhebrado y permitiendo la
reutilización de los marcos en buenas condiciones. Está compuesto por:
- una cuba rectangular de acero inoxidable, que contiene el agua que se debe llevar a ebullición (3);
- una bandeja colectora de cera, con descarga hacia fuera (8);
- una cesta portamarcos de chapa perforada inoxidable (9).

Coloque el extractor de cera sobre una fuente de calor (anafe, hornilla o similar).
Llene la cuba, vertiendo agua en el tubo curvo de carga hasta alcanzar el nivel.
Coloque los cuadros o la cera para fundir en la cesta interna, en forma ordenada.
Encienda la fuente de calor debajo de la cuba.
Después de algunos minutos, la cera comienza a fluir a través del conducto de salida y se acumula en la cubeta
suministrada.
Durante la elaboración, controle periódicamente el nivel del agua dentro de la cuba y, si es necesario, restablézcalo.
No deje el extractor de cera sin agua sobre la fuente de calor.
Una vez terminado el trabajo, después de apagar el anafe, extraiga la cesta y elimine los residuos; si se realiza en
caliente, esta operación facilita la limpieza.

La garanzia comprende la riparazione o la sostituzione gratuita dei componenti della macchina riconosciuti difettosi di
fabbricazione o nel materiale, dalla ditta Lega o da una persona espressamente autorizzata. La garanzia decade per i
danni provocati da incuria, uso errato o non conforme alle avvertenze riportate nel manuale d’istruzioni, per incidenti,
manomissioni, riparazioni errate o effettuate con ricambi non originali Lega, riparazioni effettuate da persone non
autorizzate dalla ditta Lega srl, danni intervenuti durante il trasporto da e per il cliente. Sono escluse dalla garanzia tutti i
componenti elettrici (motori elettrici, comandi ecc.), tutte quelle parti soggette ad un normale logorio e le parti estetiche.
Tutte le spese di manodopera, d’imballo, spedizione e trasporto sono a carico del cliente. Qualsiasi pezzo difettoso
sostituito, diverrà di nostra proprietà. Un eventuale guasto o difetto avvenuto nel periodo di garanzia o dopo lo scadere
dello stesso, non dà in nessun caso diritto al cliente di sospendere il pagamento o a qualsiasi sconto sul prezzo della
macchina. In ogni caso la ditta Lega srl non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni derivanti dall’uso improprio della
macchina.

shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the incorrect use of the machinery.

vers le client. Sont exclus de la garantie tous les composants électriques (moteurs électriques, commandes etc.), toutes
les parties sujettes à une usure normale et les parties esthétiques. Tous les frais de main-d’œuvre, d’emballage,
d’expédition et de transport sont à la charge du client. Toute pièce défectueuse remplacée devient notre propriété.
Aucune panne éventuelle ni défaut se produisant durant ou après la période de garantie ne donne le droit au client
d'interrompre le paiement ni de prétendre une quelconque remise sur le prix de la machine. Dans tous les cas,
l’entreprise Lega srl décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages dérivant d’une utilisation impropre de la machine.

Elektroteile (Elektromotoren, Steuerteile usw.), alle Verschleißteile und Ästhetikteile. Alle Kosten für Arbeitskräfte,
Verpackung, Spedition und Transport gehen zulasten des Kunden. Alle ausgetauschten defekten Teile gehen in unser
Eigentum über. Eventuelle Störungen oder Defekte, die während der Garantielaufzeit oder nach deren Ablauf auftreten,
geben dem Kunden keinesfalls das Recht, die Zahlung aufzuheben bzw. irgendwelche Rabatte auf das Gerät zu erzielen.
Die Firma Lega srl übernimmt auf jeden Fall keine Verantwortung für Schäden, die aus einem sachwidrigen Gebrauch
des Geräts entstehe.
