
Connect to Wi-Fi networks
1. Click the network icon in the s stem tra . A list of available wireless networks is displa ed.
2. Select a network available for connection. Provide required information, if needed.
Set up a Bluetooth connection
You can connect all t pes of Bluetooth-enabled devices to our Chromebook, such as a ke board, a mouse,
a smartphone, or speakers. To ensure successful connection, place the devices at most 10 meters (33 feet)
from our Chromebook.
1. Click the Bluetooth icon in the s stem tra . A list of available Bluetooth devices is displa ed.
2. Select a Bluetooth device, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Change the display language
When starting our Chromebook for the first time, ou are prompted to select the displa language. This
setting can be changed if ou need to use a different language.
1. Click the setting icon in the s stem tra , and then click Advanced ➙ Languages and input.
2. In the Languages section, click next to the language that ou want to use, and then click ove to the
top.
Notes:
• If the language ou want to use is not shown in the list, click Add languages.
• You need to sign out and then sign in for the changes to take effect.
• Each signed-in user can set their own displa language.
Change input methods
You might need to add an input method to t pe text in a particular language and switch between input
methods.
Add an input method
1. Click the setting icon in the s stem tra , and then click Advanced ➙ Languages and input.
2. In the Input method section, click anage input methods, and then select input methods as ou prefer.
Switch between input methods
You can press Ctrl + Space to switch to our previous input method, and press Ctrl + Shift + Space to switch
between available input methods, or ou can switch between input methods b doing the following:
1. Click the setting icon in the s stem tra , and then click Advanced ➙ Languages and input.
2. In the Input method section, click the name of the input method to enable it.
Use multimedia
Use our Chromebook with the built-in components (camera, speakers, and audio features) or connected
external devices (an external projector, monitor, and HDTV).
Use audio
To enhance our audio experience, connect speakers, headphones, or a headset with a 3.5-mm (0.14-inch),
4-pole plug to the audio connector.
