Charging
Please fully charge your watch before initial use.
Insert the USB plug of the charging cable into a
USB charger.

Attach the other end to the charging contacts on
the back of the watch.

Installing the Fitdock App
Note: Fitdock app is only compatible with smartphones,
not tablets or PCs.

watch to pair. Or tap "IW1 Lite" to search
the device for pairing.
Turn on the
Bluetooth of
your phone.

● Wake the screen

Hold
● Hold the home screen to change
the watch face
● Swipe to go to different interfaces

● Swipe the screen to the right to
return to the previous interface
