Installation
1. Please connect the WGR-6012 to the LAN-Port of your PC.
And connect the WAN-Port to ADSL/Cable Modem. Then
Power-On the WGR-6012.
2. Installation is now completed. You can now begin to configure
the device.

Check Your Network Settings to login web UI
1. Please make sure your PC can get IP address automatically,
so the router can communicate with your PC during
configuration.
 Select “Control Panel” > “Network Connections”.
 Right click the “Local Area Connection” and choose
“Properties”.
 Select the TCP/IP protocol for your network card.
 Click on the Properties button. You should then see the
following screen and make sure you have selected
“Obtain IP address automatically”
Before you begin, please have your ISP‟s username and
password details ready.

Configuration
Open your WEB browser (Internet Explorer is recommended).
Then enter: http://192.168.1.1
1.Enter the following password.
Password: admin

2. The first time you connect to the router, you should run the
Setup Wizard to configure the Internet Connection.
Select Wizard and click Enter/Next.
This wizard will guide you through the setup in few easy steps.
Click “Finish” to finish the configurations.

Installation
1. Bitte verbinden Sie den LAN-Port des WGR-6012 mit Ihrem PC und
den WAN-Port des WGR-6012 mit Ihrem ADSL/Kabel Modem. Bitte
stellen Sie die Stromversorgung des WGR-6012 sicher.
2. Die Installation ist abgeschlossen. Sie können nun damit beginnen,
das Gerät zu konfigurieren.

Ü berprüfen Sie Ihre Netzwerkeinstellungen für das Login web UI
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr PC die IP-Adresse automatisch
empfangen kann, so dass der Router mit Ihrem PC während der
Konfiguration kommunizieren kann.
 Wählen Sie "Systemsteuerung" > “Netzwerkverbindungen".
 Klicken Sie rechts auf "Local Area Connection" und
wählen Sie dann “Properties”.
 Wählen Sie bitte "TCP/IP-Protokoll" für Ihre
Netzwerk-Karte.
 Klicken Sie dann auf "Properties". Sie sollten nun das
folgende Fenster sehen. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass
"Obtain an IP address automatically" ausgewählt wurde.
Bevor Sie beginnen, halten Sie bitte Ihren ISP-Benutzername
und Passwort bereit.
