Governing
Law.
The
law
of
the
state

your
residence
shall
govern
this
Limited
Warranty
and
any
disputes
between
us
except
to
the
extent
that
such
law
is
preempted

inconsistent
with
applicable
federal
law.
Fees/Costs.
You
do
not
need
to
pay
any
fee
to
begin
an
arbitration.
Upon
receipt
of
your
written
demand
for
arbitration,
LG
will
promptly
pay
all
arbitration
filing
fees
to
the
AAA
unless
you
seek
more
than
$25,000
in
damages,
in
which
case
the
payment
of
these
fees
will
be
governed
by
the
AAA
Rules.
Except
as
otherwise
provided
for
herein,
LG
will
pay
all
AAA
filing,
administration
and
arbitrator
fees
for
any
arbitration
initiated
in
accordance
with
the
AAA
Rules
and
this
arbitration
provision.
If
you
prevail
in
the
arbitration,
LG
will
pay
your
attorneys'
fees
and
expenses
as
long
as
they
are
reasonable,
by
considering
factors
including,
but
not
limited
to,
the
purchase
amount
and
claim
amount.
Notwithstanding
the
foregoing,
if
applicable
law
allows
for
an
award
of
reasonable
attorneys'fees
and
expenses,
an
arbitrator
can
award
them
to
the
same
extent
that
a
court

If
the
arbitrator
finds
either

substance
of

claim

the
relief
sought
in

demand
is
frivolous
or
brought
for
an
improper
purpose

arbitration
conducted
solely
on

basis

documents
submitted

telephonic

by
an

person
hearing

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Subject

the terms below, LG Electronics Australia Pty
ltd
(LG) will, for one (1)
year from date
of
purchase, authorise a free
of
charge repair or replacement (at
LG's discretion)
of
your LG television accessory
if

in
LG's opinion, it needs repair
because
of
a manufacturing or materials defectappearing and notified to LG in
accordance with this warranty, within such period.
This
LG
manufactur
er
's warranty only applies to service within Australia and New
Zealand to units purchased within Australia and NewZealand. This warranty is
nottransferable and applies to the original purchaser only. No LG employee,
product retailer
or
Authorised Service Centre has authority to vary the terms
of
this
warranty. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods
of
the
same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair
the goods.
PLACE
OF
SERVICE
Repairs underthe terms
of
this warranty will be conducted at an
LG
Authorised
Service Centre. Transportation costs to and from the Service Centre are not
covered by this Warranty. Service Centres are open during normal business hours,
Monday to Friday. LG'sAuthorised Service Centre may charge
an
additional fee for
service outside these hours.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES
NOT
COVER
This LG manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
• Maintenance, repair
or
replacement
of
parts
or
consumables due to normal
wear
and tear.
• Repair
of
cosmetic or physical damage.
• Accident, neglect, misuse orAct
of
God.
• Alterations or repairs made by someone other than an LG Authorised Service
Centre.
• Unauthorised modifications
or
other acts, including spills
of
food or liquid or
water (liquid ingression), or external interference which is not a manufacturing
or material fault.
• Use
of
the product beyond its intended purpose
or
in manner that does not
comply with
the user instructions.
• Damage ordefects caused by use of
or
in connection with accessories,
software and/or services not manufactured, supplied
or
authorised by LG

manufacturer's warranty are additional to other rights
and remedies that you may have under law.
