DUAL TRUE CONVECTION
Two fans combined with two built-in heating elements provide 30% faster
preheat time* with the added benefits of even heat distribution for overall
uniform baking and roasting
- Convection Bake provides even heat distribution and results when baking
simultaneously on multiple racks.
- Convection Roast is great for large, tender cuts of meat because heat
circulates evenly around all sides for thorough cooking.
- Healthier Roast Convection foods are cooked slowly at a lower temperature
to melt away fat, then cooked at high heat briefly for browning and
carmelization. The result is a healthier meal.
