Assembly Instructions
Remove all
contents
from the carton packaging. Make sure all
parts are present before
attempting assembly.
Once
the grill is
fully assembled, go back check and make certain all the bolts are tighten. Tighten again
by the screwdriver provided if it is
necessary.
Estimated Assembly
Time:
It will takes less than
40
minutes to assembly the grill
Step 2
Align the holes on cart back board (4) with
the holes on the right and left side of back
cart assembly respectively.
Screw a M6x12mm bolt ( A) with a M6
washer (E) into each pre-drilled hole.
Tighten until secure.
Step 1
Note: Before beginning assembly, make certain the
wheels of the cart assembly are locked.
A
lign the holes on back up rail(3) with the holes on left
and right panel of cart assembly(1) respectively .
Screw a M6x50mm bolt (C) ,attaching with a lock
washer(D) and a M6 washer (E)into each pre-drilled hole.
Tighten until secure.

Fist:
Insert

Step 5
Install
body
assembly(7)
upon
cart assembly.
Screw
a
M6x20mm
bolt(B),
and along with
a
lock
washer(D)
and
a
M6
washer(E)
into
each
pre-drilled
hole.
Pass
the
hose
and
side
burner
valve
through
the
top
left
gap
in
the
left
cart
panel.
Tighten
until
secure.

lign the hole in top hinge of the side
burner shelf(9-1) with the hole in
bottom hinge of the side burner
shelf(9-2) ,then insert a pin(M)through
the hole to connect the the lid and the
base.
Insert a hair pin in the holes on the en

lign the hole in hook (23) with the
hole in side burner shelf(9-2) ,then
screw a bolt(F) into each pre-drilled
hole.

lign the hole in side lid handle(24)
with the hole in the side burner
shelf(9-1), then screw a bolt (A) along
with a lock washer (D) and a
washer(E) into each pre-drilled hole.

Step 7
A
lign the holes on the burner shelf (9) with the
holes on the left side panel of cart assembly.
Screw a M6x20mm bolt (B) into each pre-drilled
hole.
Tighten until secure.
Repeat the same procedure for the right side
shelf (8).

A
lign the holes on the side burner valve
with the holes on the side shelf and side
burner knob support (21).
Screw a M4x12mm bolt (F) into each
pre-drilled hole.
Tighten the bolts with the screwdriver.
Insert the side burner knob (22) onto the
valve shaft.

prevent
fire

testing
for
a
leak:
1.
Always
perform
the
“leak
test
“on
page
15
before
lighting
the
grill
and
each
time
the
cylinder
is
connected
for
use.
2.
Do
not
smoke
or
allow
other
sources
of
ignition
in
the
area
while
conducting
a
leak
test.
3.
Conduct
the
leak
test
outdoors
in
a
well-ventilated
area.
4.
Do
not
use
matches,
lighters
or
a
flame
to
check
for
leaks.
5.
Do
not
use
grill
until
all
leaks
have
been
sopped,
if
you
are
unable
to
stop
a
leak,
disconnect
the
natural
gas
supply
valve,
and cal
l
for
gas
appliance
service
or
your
local
natural
gas
supplier.
Checking
for
Leaks
1.
Make
a
2-3
oz.
of
leak
solution
by
mixing
one
part
liquid
dishwashing
soap
with
three
parts
water.
2.
Make
sure
control
knobs
are
in
the
“OFF”
position.
3.
Spray
some
solution
on
the
connection
points
of
the
natural
gas
hose.
4.
Inspect
the
solution
at
the
connections,
looking
for
bubbles.
If
no
bubbles
appear,
the
connection
is
secure.
.
5.
If
bubbles
appear,
you
have
a
leak.
Go
to
step
6.
6.
Disconnect
natural
gas
hose
from
gas
supply
and
side
burner
valve
connection
and
reconnect
,
make
sure
the
connection
is
secure.
7.
Retest
with
solution.
8.
If
y
ou
continue
to
see
bubbles, re
p
lace
the

uick release connector or/and natural

as hose.

1.

lid

drippings
fall
onto
the
hot
heat
distribution
plate
or
burners
and
ignite.
Some
flaring
is
normal
and
desirable,
as
it
helps
impart
the
unique
flavors
associated
with
grilled
foods.
Controlling
the intensit
y
of
the
flare-ups
is
necessary,
however,
in
order
to
avoid
burned
or
unevenly
cooked
foods
and
to
prevent the

with

LP
tank
valve.
