r:Jr Take your blood pressure at the same time(s) every day.
r:Jr Rest 5-10 minutes before taking your blood pressure.
r:Jr Relax for 5-10 minutes between readings.

2. Fasten the velcro tight enough so you can slide
two fingers under the cuff.

3. Sit comfortably with arm resting on a flat surface,
elevated
to heart level, palm up.
4. Set the pressure switch to anumber that is at
least 30mmHg higher than your expected systolic
pressure.
1. Thread cuff end through metal loop and slide cuff
onto
left arm so that bottom edge of cuff is just
above the elbow
crease.
