To save battery, Sola enters a deep standby mode when turned o. It may take up to 8 seconds for the light to respond when the charger
is plugged in. If the light does not respond after 8 seconds, rapidly tap the charger against the charge contacts a few times, and then plug
it back in.

4. SOS Mode:
With light o, hold switch“back” for 4
seconds to engage SOS mode. To exit SOS
mode, hold switch in either direction for
2 seconds to turn o, or press the switch
forward and release it to turn light on in
normal mode.
5. Travel Lockout Mode:
With light o, hold switch“forward” for 4 seconds.
The light turns on, then o, and the dashboard
lights ash red 5 times. The light is now in Travel
Lockout Mode and will not turn on. It will charge
as usual in this mode. To exit, hold switch“for-
ward” for 4 seconds. Dashboard lights will ash
green 5 times, and the light turns on.
3. Off:
Hold either direction 2 seconds.

5. Modo de bloqueo durante el transporte:
Apague el foco y presione el interruptor «hacia delante» durante 4 segundos. El foco se encenderá, luego se
apagará, y las luces del panel se encenderán y apagarán en rojo 5 veces. Active el modo de bloqueo para evitar que
el dispositivo se encienda accidentalmente durante el transporte. El dispositivo se puede cargar normalmente du-
rante el modo de bloqueo. Para desactivar el modo de bloqueo, sostenga el interruptor «hacia delante» durante 4

が緑に5回点 滅し、ライトが点灯します。

The mask lter and camera lter is used to block the visible blue light so all you or the camera sees is the
uorescence from the subject. Without them you may see uorescence from very bright subjects, but there is a
great deal that you will miss. *Sold separately
Phosphor Filter
The included phosphor lter turns the blue light white so the Sola Nightsea can be used as a traditional dive light.

1. Unthread bezel.
2. Remove LED plate from 1x5 socket (electrically disconnecting the LEDs from the battery).
3. Keep O-Ring in place and protect from debris.

4. Rotate the LED plate and plug the 1x5 pin connector into
empty slot for air travel.

1. Desenrosque el bisel.

Motion warranty.

• Always store your light fully charged • Always lock the control switch when traveling or in storage • Never leave your equipment in the
rinse bucket. It may be damaged by other equipment • Rinse equipment in fresh water after every dive.

A Product Safety Data sheet is available on Light and Motion’s website at the web address below. You can print this
sheet to show to airline security.
The Sola line of LED lights is engineered with a variety of safety features to prevent the
light from accidentally turning on.
The lights are factory sealed and were designed to never need to be opened. If during transit, airline security requires you to
disconnect the LEDs from the light system, please follow the instructions on the back of the card.
The switch can be locked by rotating it.
The rmware prevents any external magnet from turning on the light.
The light has a temperature sensor to prevent overheating as well as a fail safe to disable the light if the
temperature sensor malfunctions.
