Lightfox (“Manufacturer”) warrants to the original buyer (“User”) that its Vega & Rigel Series
LED Light Bars sold hereunder shall be free from material defects in workmanship or materials
and conform to Lightfox's specifications for this product under normal application, installation,
use and maintenance conditions from the date sold and for the duration (the “Warranty Period”)
of 5 YEARS.
If it fails to operate during the limited warranty period due to defects in materials or
workmanship, Lightfox will, at its option, replace it with the same or similar product, or issue a
refund. This limited warranty is provided by Lightfox and there are no other warranties,
expressed or implied, except as required by law, including warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a specific purpose, that are provided for herein, however all such implied warranties,
if any, are limited to the duration of this specific limited product warranty. Oral statements or
representations about the product do not constitute warranties.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Defects caused by normal wear and tear, inadequate maintenance, transportation, storage or
failure to observe installation or maintenance instructions set forth in the Lightfox's instructions.
Damages to parts or products resulting from tampering, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence,
unapproved modifications, fire or other hazards; improper operation; unauthorized repairs,
submersion, theft or vehicle crash.
Damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, consequential damages, incidental
damages, or damages for loss of use, loss of profits, loss of time, inconvenience, or other
losses, etc) arising out of the misuse, or inability to use a Lightfox product.
CLAIMS:
No returns will be credited without an authorization. If a Lightfox product is suspected of being
defective, you'll need to provide proof of purchase (e. g. a screenshot of the order) and a picture
of the damaged goods in their entirety to
[email protected] or the seller you purchased
from for evaluation. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this limited
warranty.
