Features
1. Mounting Frame: Provides clean support for Elbow and overlapping flange
installation. Extruded aluminum and aluminum plate, rigidly welded together
on all corners. Matte white finish.
2. Elbow: Seamless; diecast aluminum. Allows 358° horizontal and 70° verti-
cal adjustment.
3. Stepped Baffle: Diecast aluminum. Matte black finish for low brightness.
4. Tortiontite Spring: For easy installation of mounting frame.
5. Housing: Die-formed 22 ga. steel. Finish: Black.
6. Mounting Brackets: Adjustable vertically from outside of housing.
7. Thermal Protector: Meets NEC / UL & CEC / CSA requirements.
8. Lampholder: Steatite for GX/GY 5.3 Bi-Pin MR-16 lamps. 250° C Teflon®
leads.
9. Junction Box: 14 ga. steel, 4" x 3 1/2" x 3" box. Allows inspection from
below.
10. Lamp Guard: Heat resistant clear glass. May be replaced with solid glass
accessory. Lamp manufacturers’ requirement.
11. Transformer Housing: Die-formed steel.
Electrical
Electronic Transformers: Offer reliable operation and are accessible from
below for servicing. 12V. Secondary 75 VA. each lamp.
Dimming Controls: Use only dimmers specifically designed for use with
electronic transformers. Low Voltage fixtures may produce audible sound when
used with dimmers, which may be objectionable in acoustically critical areas.
UL/cUL listed for through branch circuit wiring with maximum of
(4) no. 12 AWG, 90°C.
Finish
All painted finishes are powder coated baked enamel.
Options & Accessories
Accessories: Lamp guard may be replaced with 2”dia. series filters and lenses
only. The use of accessories reduces the lamp wattage rating to 50W. maximum.
