7. Do not sit or stand on desktop at any time.
8. Keep the cord and furnishing away from heated surfaces.

1. Working height is 26.5” to 42” for Lillipad 42 and 27” to 48” for Lillipad 48
2. Do not put load on desktop when operating below working height.
3. Maximum Load in working height range is 75lbs

1. Keep desktop between 3” to 10” from wall to
avoid contact with plug when going to or from
stored position.
2. Workstation should be positioned facing wall no
further than 10” from wall to avoid a trip hazard
with the power cord.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt, max 15-amp circuit and has a grounding plug that looks
like the plug illustrated in Figure 1. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same
configuration as the plug. No adapter or extension cord should be used with this product.
WARNING: Risk of injury–
Do not place legs underneath desktop
when Lillipad approaches stored position.

Transporting your Lillipad
1. Your Lillipad lowers to 6” in height to be
moved to convenient locations for working or
storage.
2. Only move Lillipad when unplugged and in
stored position
3. store power cord in compartment under
desktop before moving your Lillipad
4. Use two hands to lift your Lillipad holding
from the the foot tube as indicated.
5. Lillipad is meant to be moved on flat indoor
surfaces
•Use proper form when lifting Lillipad by
bending at knees, keeping back straight, and lift
with legs.
•Do not lift with straight legs and bent back
•Be sure there is a clear path with no
obstructions to your set up or storing location
WARNING-Lillipad wheels are not
meant to go up or down stairs, curbs, or
outdoor terrain. Use Two people to
move on stairs and over uneven areas.

Getting Started
1. Place workstation on a level surface clear of any
obstacles.
2. Remove all objects from desktop before raising
from stored position.
3. Remove power cord from storage compartment
and plug into properly grounded wall outlet.
WARNING: Keep desktop at least 3” from wall to
avoid contact with cord when going to or from stored
position.
4. Ensure Red light on power unit is on indicating
desk is powered and ready to go. Desk will not
operate if switch is in the ”OFF” position.
5. Place Wheel block under either front wheel to
secure Lillipad from unwanted movement while
in use.
6. Press and hold the button for 5 secs to
unlock touchpad. Display will change to height
reading.
7. Push button to raise desktop to working
height of 27”

User Tip: “A little help”. If your Lillipad is out of the box for the first time or has been
stored for an extended period, it may need help raising from the 6” height. A gentle lift
at the front center of the desktop with your free hand while pressing the button
will do the trick.

Safety Feature
Before lowering the Lillipad into stored position:
1. Remove all objects from the desktop
2. Make sure no objects are under or around
furnishing
3. Unplug all accessories from integrated power
strip.
4. If using accessory mounts, remove monitors,
monitor arm, and store monitor pole
5. Keep children and pets away from workstation
Lillipad has an integrated safety stop as a reminder to take precautions prior to
lowering from working heights to storage height. A specific code must be entered to
lower the desktop below 27”. Do not share this code with children or anyone who
should not operate this unit.
1. Slowly press the button 3 times
•You will hear one audible “Beep” signaling
that the workstation can be lowered to the
stored position.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the and
buttons to lower the Lillipad.
•Continue lowering to storing height of 6”
•The button alone will not lower the
Lillipad below 27”.
To lower Lillipad below 27”
•If the button is released when lowering the desktop below 27”, the table will
stop. Repeat step #2 to continue lowering. If you hear two audible beeps,
repeat steps #1 and #2.
•The lowering speed of the desktop reduces as it approaches storage height of 6”.
This feature is intentional.
•The table may be raised at any point by pressing the button.

1. Lock/Unlock
The display in the image above indicates the touchpad is in “lock” mode. The touchpad will lock after
20 seconds of no activity.
To Unlock: Press and hold the button (5 seconds) until display changes to the height reading.
To Lock manually: Press and hold the button (5 seconds) until display changes to the image above
indicating that the lock was completed successfully.

2. Reset:
1. Clear desktop and surrounding area of any objects that may interfere with furnishing.
Desktop will raise to maximum height during reset.
2. Simultaneously press and hold and for 3 seconds. Continue pressing the
buttons until desktop height is in the highest position. When finished with the reset, the
control box makes one audible “beep” and the buttons can be released.
3. When finished with the reset, the display will show desk height.
4. Users must conduct a reset when the desk is operated for the first time.

3. Power Saving Function -Waking Up the Touchpad.
•If no buttons have been pressed for 20 seconds, display will lock.
•If no buttons have been pressed for 25 seconds, the system goes to <0.1W standby mode.
Long press any button to wake the system up.
4. Adjusting the Height
•Press or button until the desk reaches the preferred height.
5. Setting the Memorized Position
Lillipad supports a maximum of 2 memory positions.
•Presets cannot be set below 27”
How to program preset position: Adjust the desk to the desired height.
•Press the preferred memory button (1 or 2), with either or for 2 seconds. Once
the display shows P1 or P2, the position is memorized.
•Press (and hold) button 1 or 2 to move the desk to preset position.
CAUTION: Collision detection is not functional during RESET.

The digital display shows the error codes below to suggest the issues that users
may encounter during the operation.
Collision Detection
Always make sure the desk and wheels are clear of all obstructions before raising
or lowering the desktop. As an added precaution, your Lillipad is programmed to
stop movement and reverse direction in the event of encountering uneven
surfaces or obstructions.
If this occurs, the display will blink with the error code of “E04”. Clear all
obstructions and make sure the desk is on an even surface. You can then continue
to raise or lower the desk.

FAQ’s & Troubleshooting
How do I unlock my Lillipad?
Press and hold the Lock Button for 3-5 seconds until the screen display changes
(see Page 6.)
My Lillipad is not waking up.
Once your Lillipad is plugged in, ensure the power switch on the surge
protector is positioned to “reset” and illuminated (see page 4.)
My Lillipad is not lifting from the 6" stored position.
Sometimes Lillipad has a slow start to the day, especially before coffee. If your
Lillipad is just out of the box, or has been stored for an extended period, it may
need a little boost! Position your left hand to the center of the desktop, while
pressing the Up Arrow with your right hand, provide a slight upward lift with
your left hand and it should rise and function normally (see page 4.)
How do I lower Lillipad below the 27" safety Stop?
When lowering Lillipad to the stored position, the system will intentionally stop
at 27" on Lillipad 48 and 26.5" on Lillipad 42 (see page 5.)
Clear the surrounding area of any objects, furry friends, and roommates.
Make sure no plugs are in your surge protector and all equipment is removed
from the desktop.
Enter this code to lower:
1) Slowly click and release the Lock button 3 times, Lillipad will 'beep'
2) Simultaneously press and hold the Lock + Down buttons to lower Lillipad to
storage height.
Note: If at any point you hear two beeps. You will then have to re-enter steps 1
& 2 to lower Lillipad. Review full manual for further instructions.
Lillipad is unlike any height adjustable desk. Our integrated features make it
portable, collapsible, and storable. Below are a few FAQ's but it is required that
you read the full instruction manual before using and adhere to all user
instructions and safety precautions. If multiple people will be using your Lillipad,
make manuals available and provide training to ensure proper and safe use of
the product.
