SAFETY INFORMATION
This exercise equipment is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply whenever you
operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before you assemble, operate, or
use this equipment. Note the following safety precautions:
Assembly
Check you have all the components and tools.
Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and
separate them into their groups.
Keep children and animals away from the work
area; small parts can cause choking if swallowed.
Make sure you have enough space to layout the
parts before starting.
The assembly of this equipment is best carried out
by 2 people.
Assemble the item as close to its final position (in
the same room) as possible.
Position the equipment on a clear, level surface.
Dispose of all packaging carefully and responsibly.
Using
Do not use the equipment near water or
outdoors.
Always keep children and pets away from the
equipment. Do not leave children unattended in
the same room with the equipment.
Before using the equipment to exercise, always
warm up with stretching exercises.
This product is intended for domestic use only.
If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest
pain or any other abnormal symptoms STOP the
workout at once.
CONSULT A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY
Only one person at a time should use the
equipment.
Keep hands away from all moving parts.
Do not wear loose flowing clothing that could
become caught in the equipment. Running or
aerobic shoes are also required when using the
equipment.
Use the equipment only for the intended use, as
described in this manual. Do not use attachments
not recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not place any sharp objects on or near the
equipment.
Disabled persons should not use the equipment
without a qualified person or doctor in
attendance.
Never operate or use the equipment if it is
damaged or not functioning properly.
Examine the equipment frequently especially the
easily damaged parts. The safety level of the
equipment can only be maintained if it is
examined regularly. Replace any defective
components immediately. Do not use the
equipment until it has been repaired.
Parents and others responsible for children must
be aware that playing on the equipment could be
dangerous and lead to possible injury. Children
must not be left unattended with the equipment.
A spotter is recommended during exercise.
Max Training Weight 286kg.
Your product is intended for use in clean dry
conditions.
You should avoid storage in excessively cold or
damp places as this may lead to corrosion and
other related problems that are outside of our
control.
This product conforms to: (BS EN ISO 20957)
PARTS 1.2.4 class (H) - Home Use - Class (C).
This product is not suitable for therapeutic
purposes.
This exercise product has been designed and
manufactured to comply with the latest (BS EN
ISO 20957) British and European Safety Standard.

SAFETY INFORMATION – WORKOUT AREA
Free area should not be less than 0.6m greater than the training area in the directions from which the
equipment is accessed. The free area must also include the area for emergency dismount. Where
equipment is positioned adjacent to each other the free area space may be shared. Keep unsupervised
children away from the equipment.
Warning: Before beginning any exercise programme, consult your doctor. This is especially important
for individuals over the age of 35, or persons with pre-existing health problems. You MUST read all
instructions before using any fitness equipment. We assume no responsibility for personal injury or
property damage sustained by or using this product.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
1. Attach Left & Right Upright Supports (#2 & #3) to Rear Mid Stabiliser (#1) and Upper Mid Connect Beam
(# 6). Secure each of them with 4pcs M10 x 75mm Hex Bolts (#9), 8pcs ¢10mm Washers (#11) and 4pcs
M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10).
2. Attach Rear Right Stabiliser (#5) to bottom of Right Upper Right Support (#3), secure with 2pcs of M10 x
75mm Hex Bolts (#9), 4pcs ¢10mm Washers (#11) and 4pcs M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10). Using the same
process, install Rear Left Stabiliser (#5) to bottom of left Upper Right Support (#3).
3. Attach Rear Right Upper Frame (#8) to top of ¢76mm Right Upright support (#3), secure with 2pcs of
M10 x 75mm Hex Bolts (#9), 4pcs ¢10mm Washers (#11) and 2pcs M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10). Use same
process to install Rear Left Upper Frame (#7) to bottom of left Upper Right Support (#2).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 2
1. Attach Left Cable Cross Sleeve (#20) and Right Cable Cross Sleeve (#21) into 50mm Guide Tube (#17).
2. Attach bottom side of Mid Vertical Support (#16), 50mm Guide Tube Assembly (#17) and Front Foot
(#21) to the Rear Right Stabiliser (#5) in step 1. Secure with two Bottom Connect Brackets (#18), 10pcs
M10 x 75mm Hex Bolts (#9), 20pcs ¢10mm Washers (#11) and 10pcs M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10). (See Diagram
B next page).
3. Attach top side of Mid Vertical Support (#16), Right Upper Pulley Frame (#14), 50mm Guide Tube
Assembly (#17) and Upper Block (#22) to Rear Right Frame (#7) in step 1.Secure with two Upper Connect
Brackets (#13), 9pcs M10 x 75mm Hex Bolts (#9), 18ps ¢10mm Washers (#11) and 9pcs M10 Aircraft Nuts
(#10). (See Diagram A next page).
4. Repeat Process 2 and 3 to install left side frame.
5. Attached Chin Upper Frame (#12) to the mid-way of the frame, secure each side to left and right Upper
Connect Brackets (#14) with 2pcs M10x80mm Hex Bolts (#23), 4pcs ¢10mm Washers (#11) and 2pcs M10
Aircraft Nuts (#10).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 3
1. Slide 1pc Rubber Bumper (#28), 1pc Left Safety Hook (#30), 1pc Rubber Bumper (#28) and 1pc Lining
Bearing (#27) from top of the ¢25mm Guide Rod (#26) to bottom in turn.
2. Attach ¢25mm Guide Rod (#26) assembly bottom side to ¢25mm Guide Rod Bottom Holder (#24) and
secure with 1pc M16 Aircraft Nut (#38) from bottom. Then attach the ¢25mm Guide Rod Bottom Holder
(#24) to the Bottom Connect Bracket (#18), align the holes and secure with 2pcs M10x80mm Hex Bolts
(#23), 4pcs ¢10mm Washers(#11) and 2pcs M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10).
3. Attach ¢25mm Guide Rod (#26) assembly top side to the Upper connect Brackets (#13), and secure with
1pc ¢25mm Guide Rod Upper Holder (#25), 2pcs M10x80mm Hex Bolts, 4pcs ¢10mm Washers (#11) and
2pcs M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10).
4. Repeat processes 1, 2 & 3 to install Right Side ¢25mm Guide Rod Assembly.
5. Attach the Olympic Bar Assembly (#39) to the two Lining Bearing (#27), align the holes of the Olympic T
Bar Connect Bracket (# 75) and the hole on the Line Bearing (#27) and secure each of them with 4pcs
M8x16mm Allen bolts (#40) and 4pcs ¢8mm Washers (#41). (See below diagram C).

Step 4
1. Please note the M16x60mm Hex Bolts (#37) were pre-assembled onto the Weight Stack Base Frame (#1)
and Weight Stack Upper Frame(#6).
2. Loosen the M16x60mm Hex Bolts (#37) on the Weight Stack Upper Frame (#6)to make sure the Weight
Stack Guide Rods (#31) can be put into the weight stack Bottom and Upper Frame (#6).
3. Screw the 2pcs Weight Stack Guide Rods (#31) to the right side with 2pcs M16x60mm Hex Bolts (#37) on
the Weight Stack Bottom Frame (#1), make sure not to over tighten so the Weight Stack Guide Rod can
move freely. Slide 1pc Rubber Bumper (#28) from the top of each Weight Stack Guide Rod (#25) to the
bottom. Slide 13pcs Weight Stack (#35) from top of 2pcs Weight Stack Guide Rods (#31) to bottom.
4. Slide the 1pc Weight Stem (#34) from the top of the Weight Stack Guide Rods (#31) onto the Weight
Stack (#35). Insert the Weights Select Rod (#32) into the centre hole of the Weight Stem (#34)and Weight
Stack (#35), align the holes and fix the Weight Stem (#34) to the Weights Stack Rod (#32) with Slip Pin (#33)
by using the hammer.
5. Tighten 2pcs M16x60mm Hex Bolts (#37) on the Weight Stack Upper Frame (#6) into the top holes of the
two Weight Stack Guide Rods (#31). Tighten the Bolts.
6. Repeat above process to install left side of the Weight Stacks Sets.

Step 5
1. Attach one side of the 2600mm Zero Counterweight Cable (#45) to the bracket on the Squat Bar Connect
Bracket (# 77), align the holes and secure with 1pc M8x20mm Hex Bolt (#46), 2pcs Ø8mm Washers (#41)
and 1pc M8 Aircraft Nut (#47).
2. Draw the Cable (#45) upward and put 1pc Ø90mm Pulley (#43) underneath the cable then attach the
Cable (#45) and Pulley (#43) to the pulley bracket on front side of the Rear Left UpperFrame (#8), align the
holes and secure with 1pc M10*45mm Hex Bolt (#44), 2pcs φ10mm Washers (#11) and 1pc M10 Aircraft
Nut (#10).
3. Draw the Cable (#45) backward and put 1pc Ø90mm Pulley (#43) inside of the Cable (#45), attach the
Cable (#45) and Pulley (#43) onto the pulley poster welding in the mid-section of Rear Left Upper Frame
(#8) then secure with 1pc M10x45mm Hex Bolt (#44) and 1pc φ10mm Washers (#11).
4. Draw the Cable frontward then put 1pc Ø90mm Pulley (#43) underneath the cable then attach the Cable
(#45) and Pulley (#43) to the pulley bracket on rear side of the Rear Left Upper Frame (#8), align the holes
and secure with 1pc M10*45mm Hex Bolt (#44), 2pcs φ10mm Washers (#11) and 1pc M10 Aircraft Nut
(#10).
5. Attach the Weight Rod (#42) to the end of the 2600mm Zero Counterweight Cable (#45).
Then slowly put the Cable (#45) and the Weight Rod (#42) into the ¢76mm Left Vertical support (#2).
6. Repeat above process to install right side 2600mm Zero Counterweight Cable (#45).

Step 6
1. Draw the ring end of the 4150mm Cross Over Cable (#50) through the centre of the two pulleys on the
Left Cable Cross Pulley Bracket (#19); keep the ball end of the Cable (#50) outside of the two pulleys on the
Cable Cross Pulley Bracket (#19).
2. Draw the Cable (#50) upward then put 1pcs of the Ø90mm Pulley (#43) underneath the Pulley (#43).
the attach the Pulley into the front side of the two left side of the 2pcs Upper Connect Brackets(#13), ( See
the Cable Loop Diagram 2) Aline the holes then secure with 1pcs M10x75mm Hex Bolt (#9), 2pcs φ10mm
Washers (#11), 2pcs 18mm Pulley Bushings (#48) and 1pcs M10 Aircraft Nut (#10).
3. Draw the Cable (#50) backward then put 1pcs of the Ø90mm Pulley (#43) underneath the Pulley (#43).
the attach the Pulley into the center of the two left side of the 2pcs Upper Connect Brackets(#13), ( See the
Cable Loop Diagram 2) Aline the holes then secure with 1pcs M10x75mm Hex Bolt (#9), 2pcs φ10mm
Washers (#11), 2pcs 18mm Pulley Bushings (#48) and 1pcs M10 Aircraft Nut (#10).
4. Draw the 4150mm Cross Over Cable (#50) downward the put the Cable (#50) through the center of two
pulleys on the Double Floating Pulley Bracket Assembly (#49). Hanging the Double Floating Pulley Bracket
Assembly (#49) at this step.
5. Draw the 4150mm Cross Over Cable (#50) upward then attach the ring end of the Cable (#45) to the
bracket which welding underneath the Rear Left Upper Frame(#8), secure with 1pcs M8x20mm Hex Bolt
(#46), 2pcs Ø8mm Washers (#41) and 1pcs M8 Aircraft Nut (#47).
6. Repeat above process to install right side of the 4150mm Cros

Step 7
1. Attach ring end of the L6950mm Weight Cable (#53) to one of the holes on the right side of the Left Cable Cross
Pulley Bracket (#20), secure with 1pc M8x20mm Hex Bolt (#46), 2pcs Ø8mm Washers (#41) and 1pc M8 Aircraft Nut
(#47). (See above Cable Loops Diagram 3)
2. Draw the Cable downward and put 1pcs Ø50mm Pulley (#52) onto the Cable (#53), then put the Cable (#53) and
Pulley (#52) into the centre 2pcs of the left Bottom Connect Brackets (#18), align the holes then secure with 1pc
M10x75mm Hex Bolt(#9), 2pcs Ø10mm Washers (#11), 2pcs 26mm Pulley Bushings (#51) and 1pc M10 Aircraft Nut
(#10).
3. Draw the Cable (#53) backward through the bottom gap of the ¢76mm Left Vertical support (#2). Put 1pc Ø50mm
Pulley (#52) onto the Cable (#53) then put the Cable (#53) and Pulley (#52) into the centre of the 2pcs Left Bottom
Connect Brackets (#18) and Rear Left Stabiliser (#4), align the holes and secure with 1pc M10x75mm Hex Bolt(#9),
2pcs Ø10mm Washers (#11), 2pcs 26mm Pulley Bushings (#51) and 1pc M10 Aircraft Nut (#10).
4. Draw the Cable (#53) upward then put the Cable (#50) through the centre of two pulleys on the Double Floating
Pulley Bracket Assembly (#49) - (Which was hanging at Step 6).
5. Draw the Pulley downward, attach 1pc φ90mm Pulley (#43) onto the Cable (353) then attach the Cable (#53) and
Pulley (#43) to the pulley bracket welding on the Rear Left Stabiliser (#4). Align the hole and secure with 1pc
M10x45mm Hex Bolt (#44), 2pcs φ10mm Washers (#11) and 1pc M 10 Aircraft Nut (#10).

6. Repeat Process 4 to install the Cable (#53) and another Pulley (#43) to the pulley bracket welding on the left side of
the Weight Stack Base Frame (#1).
7. Draw the Cable (#53) upward and put two Φ50mm Pulleys (#52) underneath the Cable (#52) and secure each of
them to the pulley bracket welding on the Weight Stack Upper Frame (#6) and secure each of them with 1pc
M10x45mm Hex Bolt (#44), 2pcs φ10mm Washers (#11), 2pcs 12mm Bushings (#69), and 1pc M10 Aircraft Nut (#10).
Draw the bolt end of the Cable (#53) downward then secure the bolt end of the Cable (#53) into the upper opening of
the Weight Select Rod (#42).
7. Repeat above process to install right side of the L6950mm Weight Cable (#53).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 8
1. Attach two Weight Cages (#55) to the Left & Right ¢76mm Right Vertical supports (#2). Secure each
of them with 2pcs M6x10mm Philips Screws (#56).
2. Align the holes between the two Weight Cages (#55) and secure with 2pcs M8x20mm Hex Bolts (#46),
4pcs Ø8mm Washers (#41) and 2pcs M8 Aircraft Nuts (#47).
3. Attach the 2pcs Storage Hooks (#57) to each Weight Cage (#55). Secure each of them with 2pcs
M4x20mm Philips Bolts (#58), 4pcs Ø4mm Washers (#59) and 2pcs M4 Aircraft Nuts (#60).
4. Secure 3pcs Weight Plate Poster (#54) to Left & Right ¢76mm Right Vertical supports (#2).
