1. Introd ction.
We co gratulate you o the excelle t choice! We wish you ma y pleasa t mome ts with your ew fireplace. If your choice is a fireplace
it is made a d tested i accorda ce with the requireme ts of the Europea sta dard EN 13240, if your choice is a i sert it is made a d
tested i accorda ce with the requireme ts of Europea sta dard EN 13229. They both respo d to the approved tech ical
docume tatio .
You may expect that you will have the opportu ity to use your fireplace for the purpose with which it was made, for a lo g period of
time, a d with the least possible servici g. That is why we have a request for you, which is o ly for your be efit:
Do not leave the instr ctions nread. The assembly and the exploitation of a fireplace or an insert are connected with
different legal obligations, which are explained in this instr ction. According to the laws and reg lations for safety, when
sing an appliance of s ch class, the b yer and the ser are obliged, with the help of this instr ction, to inform themselves
for the assembling and the right operation of the appliance.
The correct i stallatio , careful exploitatio a d care for the applia ce are of great ecessity for its perfect fu ctio i g a d lo gevity.
The co ve ie ce of mai te a ce, the high level of usability of the fuels a d the excelle t performa ce i co ti uous bur i g allow the
usage of the applia ce as a room heater of full value addi g a comfortable atmosphere arou d the live fire.
Respecti g all the directio s i this i structio guara tees that your applia ce will provide you with a lot of joy. By keepi g the
i structio i a good co ditio , you will always be able to i form yourself about the right mai te a ce of the applia ce before the

Appliance assembling

2.1. Fireplace.
The tech ical parameters of the fireplace are give i Appe dix №1.
I stallatio diagrams for a fireplace with i tegral boiler are give i Appe dix №2.
It is ecessary the followi g co ditio s to be kept i order to e sure a safe a d correct work of the fireplace:
•The fireplace should be i stalled i rooms with sufficie t air flow which is required for the combustio .
•Not every fireplace could be co ected to a y chim ey. Before assembli g the fireplace check if the static pressure a d the
chim ey dime sio s co forms to the eeded parameters for the fireplace. If the fireplace does ot co form to the chim ey, it
will lead to a lower bur i g rate a d polluti g the glass with soot.
•The chim ey should be high e ough (at least 5 meters). O ly o e more fireplace ca be co ected to the same chim ey. The
flue draught should be higher tha 10 Pa, a d for fireplaces with a boiler up to 15 Pa. If the chim ey is too high (the draught
exceedi g 35 Pa) the it is ecessary to mou t a suppleme tary valve to reduce the draught.
•The chim ey should be very well i sulated, with i side diameter at least ø 150 mm or with a sectio area at least 200 сm

•The fireplace should ot be co ected to a chim ey whe there is a solid fuel boiler co ected to it.
•The floor, where the fireplace is placed, should be flat a d horizo tal, made of o -combustible materials (mosaic, marble,
terracotta, etc.). If the floor is ot heat resista t (carpets, li oleums or others of the same ki d) a stable, o -combustible
platform should be used, made of steel, glass or sto e plates.
•If there are a y combustible materials or co structio s, the fireplace should be away from them to the specified dista ce, or
to dispose of a additio al i combustible scree .
•After the i stallatio of the fireplace it is attached to the chim ey through chim ey pipes. The co ectio s betwee the
separate chim ey pipes a d the socket should be tight. The chim ey pipe should ot e ter i to the chim ey.
2.2. Insert.
Tech ical parameters of the i sert are give i Appe dix №1. I stallatio diagrams for a i sert with i tegral boiler are give i
Appe dix №2.
Please, observe all the requireme ts show i poi t 2.1. I additio , it is ecessary to observe the followi g co ditio s:
•It is recomme ded, the assembli g of the i sert to be do e by compete t i stallatio compa y.
•At the i stallatio of the i sert, co ectio to the chim ey a d buildi g of the surrou d thermo resista t a d inflammable
materials should be used o ly.
•The i sert ca be i stalled i to special recess or it ca be revet by a special surrou d with walls a d ceili g. The floor, where
the i sert will be placed, should be smooth a d leveled, made of o -combustible materials (mosaic, marble, terracotta, etc.)
a d possessi g e ough loadi g capacity. If the floor is ot stable a suitable rei forced co crete plate has to be do e. The insert
has to be fixed to the base.
It is ecessary to e sure e ough dista ce betwee the i sert a d surrou d, as well as e abli g the atural air co vectio .
•The walls of the surrou d have to be well i sulated agai st overheati g a d thermal losses. The i sulatio material has to be
foiled a d to have a temperature resista ce from 700°С up to 1200°C.
•It has to be providi g air co vectio by special ve tilatio grilles.
•A suitable temperature resista t fa ca be i serti g i to the ve tilatio system to improve the heati g efficie cy.
•If your i sert is fit with a i tegral boiler, all additio al compo e ts like pump, valves, etc., have to be placed i a visible a d
easy for access places. Servici g apertures have to be provided.
•The fireplace should be i stalled i rooms with sufficie t air flow which is required for the combustio .
