▪CP1 pallet must be used. No other pallet type is compatible.
▪Pallet size must be 100 x 120cm, CP1 pallets must be in good condition, free of
nails and sharp objects.
▪Cover the surface of the pallet with a carton board.
▪Pallets must have 2000kg Safety Working Load.

Open the K-Flex box and ensure that the following are in the package:
1. K-Flex
2. Separator

▪Erect the K-Flex on a CP1 pallet.
▪Position the K-Flex to the center of the pallet.

▪Fix the elastic bands to the pallet corners.

▪Pull the loops to yourself and obtain a cubical form.

▪Position the separator at the top of the K-Flex.
▪Fasten and integrate top separator and K-Flex to each other.

Coupling
▪You will need to have a 2” coupling. (DIN EN 14 420–7)
▪Couple the hose to the valve.
▪Ready for filling.

▪Ensure that the valve does not get any stress at any time.
▪Start filling at low speed, 30-50lt per minute for the first 20seconds.
▪Ideal filling time is 5 minutes per 1000lt.

After loading;
▪Remove the hose.
▪Fasten the cap.

Fasten and integrate top seperator, K-Flex and pallet to each other.
▪Position the straps as close as possible to the corner blocks.
▪K-Flex must be tightly fastened/trapped in between the top separator and
pallet.
▪Fasten the K-Flex at all four sides.

IMPORTANT
▪Ensure that K-Flex is filled up to its nominal capacity.

▪Protect K-Flex from direct sun exposure.
▪Indoor storage is recommended for K-Flex, if
not possible, cover the full K-Flex with
tarpaulin.

Handling
This version of K-Flex is stackable two high ONLY.

▪Ensure that containers are in excellent condition.
▪No repair on side walls and no damages on the floor.
▪Foodgrade containers only –free of odors.
▪Sweep the container carefully with a broom.
▪Ensure that nails and other objects that may
damage/puncture the K-Flex are removed.
▪Cover potential uneven areas on the walls and on the
floor with duct tape (thick tape).

▪Bolts on the doors may damage the surface of K-Flex. Cover the sharp edges of
the bolts with silicon and cover the doors with thick carton boards.

▪Remove the cap.
▪Unarm/Rotate the handle.
