このたびはベビー・ノイスをお買いあげいただき誠にありがとうございました。
主翼及び尾翼の簡単な組み立てで飛行可能なように工場にてパワーユニット、サーボの搭載が終了しています。
組み立て作業に問題はないと思いますが、念のため必要と思われる部分を写真で説明しています。
参考にしてください。
ベ ビ ー・ノイ ス は 、基 本 的 に シ ミュレー タ で 離 陸・上 周 飛 行・着 陸 が で き る 人 で あ れ ば 、必 ず 飛 ば す こ と
が出来ます。しかしながら見た目にどんなに上手に作られた機体でもシミュレータのように初めから
まっすぐ飛ぶ機体はありません。従いまして、組立経験、飛行経験のないフライヤーは、必ず中上級者
のアドバイスをもとに組立、飛行を行っていただくようお願いいたします。
ラジオコントロール飛行機はトイではありません。一歩間違えると自分だけではなく第三者に生命及び
物的危害を加えることになってしまいます。
なお空港近くや人口密集地、150メートル以上の高度、また人ごみの上空を飛行することは改正航空法で
禁じられています。法を順守し安全なフライトを楽しんでください。

Thank you for purchasing the Baby Noice. As most of the components are installed or ready to install, so
we believe that you will not have any problem in the assembly.
But this instrucon manual will give you a beer understanding for some important steps. Please read
carefully before you start.
The Baby Noice is one of those models that everyone who achieved the flight basics by the flight simulator,
can fly because it is stable, gentle and easy to control. However it does not fly stable from the first flight
even it looks accurately built. So we strongly recommend you to have the assistance of the experienced
flyer for the first flight.
Fly and enjoy this Baby Noice according to the rules of each country.

Specificaঞon
Kit includes
Control throws

１． 主翼は左右２分割になっています。通常の飛行には十分な強度がありますが、もしアクロバティックな
飛行もするという場合には、必ずエポキシで左右の主翼を接合してください。
2．水平尾翼、垂直尾翼の固定は、瞬間接着剤で十分ですが、必ず90度になるよう確認してから
接着を行ってください。
3．ラダーリンケージロッドは、押す時に少したわみが出ますが、飛行上問題はありません。
5．主翼形状がクラークＹのため、パワーを上げると自然に上昇します。ノーズ が
上がりすぎる場合は、モーターマウントの後ろに2ミリ程度の板あるいは
ワッシャーを差し入れて、モーターにダウンスラストを付けてください。
4．尾輪はラダーにピアノ線で接着されていますが、ハードなランディングを行うと
ピアノ線が外れる場合があります。外れた場合は再度接着の上、適度な補強を
お願いいたします。（説明書Page4に補強方法が記載されていますので、参考にしてください）

カンザシの角が直角のほうをセンターピースに5分間エポキシで接着
してください。カンザシの角が丸いほうは主翼に差し込まれますが、
主翼を2分割にする場合は接着しません。
主翼を1ピースにする場合は、カンザシ、ルートリブ全体にエポキシを
塗って完全に接着してください。
エルロンサーボのリード線をセンター部の穴から引き出し、カンザシ、
後部のアライメントピンを合わせて、M3ボトルで固定します。
左右の主翼をセンター部に固定して完了。
センター部と左右の主翼間にはわずかにすき間ができる場合がありま
すが、飛行上は問題ありません。
Notes
Assemble the main wing.
Glue the main wings by the epoxy if you fly acrobaঞc
Glue the tail wings to the fuselage by CA , check 90 degree each other.
A slight distorঞon of the linkage wire has no problem at the flight.
See the page 4 to strengthen the tail gear fiমng.
Increase the motor thrust down angle if the aircra[heads up sharply.
Glue the square end of the wing joiner into the wing center piece using 5
minutes epoxy. Repeat this process for other side of the wing center piece.
Do not glue the round corner end of the wing joiner, this end must be
inserted into the main wing. (need to glue this end too when you fly acrobaঞc).
Route the extension cable of the servo through the hole and insert wing
joiner into the main wing, then secure the main wing to the wing center
piece using M3 screw.
Repeat both side of the wing and complete the main wing assembling.

水平尾翼の中央スリットに、
垂直尾翼を差し込みます。
胴体上部のスリットに出来上がった
尾翼を刺し込みます。この時はまだ
接着しないでください。
胴体下部のスリットにテールフィン
を差し込みます。
この時同時にラダー側についている
ヒンジを差し込んでください。
ここまで完成してから、
各パーツが
交わっている箇所と ヒンジへ低粘度
瞬間接着剤を垂らして固定します。
水平尾翼と垂直尾翼が90度になっていることを確認して、低粘度瞬間
接着剤を交わった個所に垂らします。あまり多く垂らすと思わぬところに
流れてしまいますので慎重に作業を行ってください。
使う部品を取り出します。
もしフィルム がたるんでいるときは 適 宜ヒート
ガンあるいはアイロンで修正してください。

Place the related parts including fuselage and
use the heat gun or iron to remove if any wrinkle
of the film.
Insert the verঞcal fin into the
center slits of the stabilizer.
Insert the assembled tail wing into
the slit of the upper side of the
fuselage.
Insert the tail fin into the slit of the
lower side of the fuselage. Insert a
rudder hinge into the tail fin too.
Glue all the tail wing and tail fin
with fuselage together by CA.
Make sure the angle (90 degree) of the both parts and glue them by CA

500ミリリンケージロッドのＺ型に曲げられた方を各サーボホーンの外側から2番目の穴に取り付け、サーボ側
からロッドを差し込みます。（サーボホーンを外した状態で作業してください）
ラダーとエレベーターに装着されたロッドストッパーの穴に差し込みます。各サーボホーンをサーボに戻します。
水平、垂直が取れている状態を確認してロッドストッパーのイモねじを締めて固定します。
きれいに胴体に尾翼が装着されました。
テールギア（尾輪）の補強
付属イージーヒンジを図のように折り曲げ、外角を
カットしてラダーと尾輪のピアノ線を包むように
中粘度瞬間接着剤で接着します。
なお接着する部分のフィルムをカットしたほうがより
確実です。

Follow to the figure bellow. Cut and fold the plasঞc easy
hinge (included) and wrap it the tail gear wire with the
rudder and glue by CA.
(Beer to remove the film under the hinge before glue)
Insert the z shape side of the 500mm long pushrod into the 2nd outer hole of the elevator servo arm, then put the
pushrod to the guide tube in the fuselage. (do this step a[er removing the servo arm from the servo). Then insert
the end of the pushrod to the rod keeper of the control horn of the elevator. Temporarily connect the elevator servo
and ESC to the receiver and turn on the transmier. Making sure the trims on the transmier are centered, connect
the baery to the ESC, if necessary remove and re-mount the servo arm, so the servo arm should be perpendicular.
Finally hold the elevator to get the neutral and ঞghten the set screw of the rod keeper. Repeat above steps for the rudder

モーター関連
モーターの取付け（裏からの写真）
モーターマウントの後部を胴体側の切り欠きにぴったり
合わせてください。
モーターの取付け（上からの写真）
下穴を軽くキリなどでもんでから付属のタッピングビスでモーターマウントを
取付けしてください。上記のようにモーターマウント後部を胴体側切り欠きに
合わせると、左写真のように上から見たときにわずかにモーターが右を向き
ます。（サイドスラストと云います。）
アンプとの接続
写真のようにアンプのラベルを上に向けた状態でモーターから
のケーブルと平行に接続することで
モーターは反時計回りに回
るはずです。この段階で必ず反時計回りに回転するか受信機及び
バッテリーを接続して確認してください。確認後写真のように細い
カラータイラップあるいは目印をそれぞれのケーブルに装着して
ください。
ケーブルを一旦外してからアンプを胴体の中に入れ、丸穴
からアンプのケーブルを引き出します。
同じカラーのタイラップに従って、ケーブルを再度接続すれ
ば、間違えることなく完成します。

A[er fixing the motor to the motor mount by 4 x M3 screw,
set the motor mount to the fuselage. Make sure the back-end
of the motor mount be aligned to the notch of the motor
mount base.

Fix the motor mount to the motor mount base by 4 x M3 tapping screw(included).
You idenঞfy the direcঞon of the motor sha[turns slightly to the right (so-called the
side thrust)
Disconnect the cables and insert the ESC to the fuselage, then
connect 3 cables again (connect same color marking each other)
Connect the Motor and the ESC (view from the boom)
Connect 3 cables of the ESC to the 3 cables of the motor.
Temporarily connect the receiver and the baery and turn on the
transmier, then move slightly up the throle sঞck (remove the
propeller before doing this step), then the motor should turn
counter-crock wise, otherwise the connecঞon of any 2 wires
should be changed. Once the motor turns correctly (CCW),
then aach the small marking tag (color ঞe-wrap or color tape) to
the 3 cables of the motor and the ESC

主翼の取付け
主翼の取付け：
ナイロンボルトの長さを首下20mmにカットして
ワッシャを入れて固定します。
Adjust the baery pack posiঞon to fit the center of
gravity
Fix the landing gear by rubber band (included) Balance point should be around 60mm a[of the
leading edge.
(Adjust the baery posiঞon to meet this balance point)
Use 2xM4 Nylon bolt and washer (included) to fix the
main wing. (cut the nylon bolt to 20mm long)

受信機の搭載：
ベルクロで受信機を固定します。
受信機と各サーボの接続
（Futabaの場合）
:
右エルロンサーボは6chへ、左エルロンサーバは
1chへ接続してください。
その上で、送信機のメニューにある
「フラッペロン」をACT（有効）にします。
エレベータサーボは2chへ、ラダーサーボは4ch
へ接続します。
スピードコントローラーからのケーブルは3chに
接続します。

Fix the receiver by the hook- loop tape
Receiver and servo (in case of Futaba R3008)
Connect the right Aileron servo to the channel 6
and the le[Aileron servo to the channel 1.
Then “act” the flaperon funcঞon in the menu of
the transmier.
Connect the elevator servo to the channel 2 and
the rudder servo to the channel 4.
ESC must be connected to the channel 3
