death or serious injury. Usage of this signal word is limited to the most extreme situations.
WARNING – Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, could result in
death or serious injury.
CAUTION – Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, may result in
minor/moderate injury.
NOTICE – Addresses practices not related to personal injury, such as product and/or property
damage.
WARNING-- To reduce the risk of serious personal injury:
This product is not intended for use by children. Close supervision is necessary when using
this product near children.
Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 500 lbs (226.8 kg) on the product.
Do not stand or jump on the product or use it as a stepladder.
Ensure all parts of the product are securely attached before use.
Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer.
CAUTION-- To reduce the risk of personal injury:
This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use for seating
an adult; do not use outdoors or for any other purpose.
Do not use this product if it malfunctions or is damaged. Do not attempt to examine or
repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing;
take the product to a repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair.
NOTICE-- To reduce the risk of product and/or property damage:
At least every month, inspect the product for loose hardware, retighten as necessary, and
inspect for damage. Discontinue use if the product is damaged or if a part shows any sign of
instability.

surface; ensure all listed parts and hardware are included.

To Assemble
TOOL REQUIRED: Allen Wrench (included).
Two persons required for assembly.
1. Align the holes in the Seat Plate (C) with
the holes in the underside of the Seat
Cushion (B), ensuring that the “FRONT”
label on the Seat Plate faces toward the
front of the Seat Cushion (see Fig. 1).
2. Securely screw the Washers (J) and
Short Screws (H) M8*25mm using the
Allen Wrench (K), attaching the Seat
Plate(C) to the underside of the Seat
Cushion (B)(see Fig. 1).
3. Align the Back Cushion (A) to the
Seat Cushion (B), position the Chair
topside down. Attach the Back
Cushion’s L-Bracket to the Seat
Cushion with four Washers (J) and
four Long Screws (I) M8*32mm(see
Fig. 2).Using the allen wrench (K) .
4. Push the Caster (G) into the Base (F) until secure.
Insert the Screw Lift (D) into the hole in the Base
(F) until it locks securely.Place the Screw Lift
Cover(F) over the Screw Lift. (see fig.3).

5. Place the assembled Seat onto the Screw Lift (D) and press down to secure the Seat in place
(see Fig. 4). Next lift the seat to make sure the seat is secure onto the screw lift and not
removable.
Operating Instructions
• The seat level adjusts between 18"-24" by
seat rotation. (see Fig.5)
• Always adjust seat height from standing
position.
Rotate counter-clockwise to raise the seat.
Rotate clockwise to lower the seat.

To Disassemble the Screw base Lift
Two persons required for disassembly.
1. Raise the seat to the highest level by Turning
counter-clockwise without sitting in the chair.
2. Brace/immobilize the Casters and Base.
3. Lift and remove the Seat from the Screw lift (see
Fig. 6).

Care and Maintenance
• To clean, wipe the product with a soft, damp cloth.
NOTICE: Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals or pads to clean the product.
• At least monthly, inspect the product for damage, instability, or wear.
WARNING: Discontinue use of the product if it is damaged or shows any signs of instability
or wear.

4. Angle and brace the Casters and Base
(see Fig. 7). Gently tap the bottom of
the Screw lift with a Rubber mallet (not
included) until the Screw Lift is released
from the Base.

• Do not exceed the maximum stationary weight capacity of 500 lbs (227 kgs) on the
product.
• This product is not intended for use by children. This product is designed to hold one (1)
adult only.
• This product must be used in its proper fixed position in accordance with the product
specifications.
• Always use the product on a flat, level, dry, stable surface.
• All product parts must be secured in place and the legs must be engaged in a locked
position before use.
• Do not use this product to stand on, as a cart for transporting items, or for any purpose
other than seating one adult.
• Improper assembly of product will affect stability and could result in injury.
• Avoid placing fingers in the product’s hinges, folding points and/or controls as there is a
possibility of pinching or jamming fingers.
• Under no circumstances should any mechanical or structural modification be made to the
product without written instruction from the manufacturer. Any such modification could
result in injury.
• The product should be inspected before each use and you should discontinue using this
product if any part is missing, broken, bent, excessively rusted, altered or otherwise
appears structurally damaged.
Stationary Weight Capacity means the maximum stationary weight that this product can support when used in its
proper fixed position in accordance with the product specifications. Our chairs are designed to hold one person.
