Definitions

WARNING – Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, could result in
death or serious injury.
CAUTION – Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, may result in
minor/moderate injury.
NOTICE – Addresses practices not related to personal injury, such as product and/or property
damage.
WARNING-- To reduce the risk of serious personal injury:
This product is not intended for use by children. Close supervision is necessary when using
this product near children.
Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 650 lbs (294.8 kg) on the product.
Do not stand or jump on the product or use it as a stepladder.
Ensure all parts of the product are securely attached before use.
Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer.
CAUTION-- To reduce the risk of personal injury:
This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use for seating
an adult; do not use outdoors or for any other purpose.
Do not use this product if it malfunctions or is damaged. Do not attempt to examine or
repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing;
take the product to a repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair.
NOTICE-- To reduce the risk of product and/or property damage:
At least every month, inspect the product for loose hardware, retighten as necessary, and
inspect for damage. Discontinue use if the product is damaged or if a part shows any sign of
instability.

To Assemble
TOOL REQUIRED: Allen Wrench (included).
Two persons required for assembly.
1. Assemble armrest (A) and backrest frame (B)
with long screw (G) M6*30mm,locking by
wrench 4mm (I) See Fig.1.

2. Assemble seat frame (C) and armrest (A) with long screw (G) M6*30mm, locking by
wrench 4mm (I) See Fig.2&3.
3. Assembly the other side as step1&2 ,see Fig.4&5.
4. Align the holes of the Seat Plate (D) and the underside holes of the Seat Frame,
assemble the seat plate and the seat frame with short screw (H)M8*20mm,locking by wrench
5mm (J).

5. Put the assembled Seat frame &back frame onto the cylinder (E) and press down to secure
the Seat Frame in place. See Fig.8&9

To Disassemble the Chair
Two persons required for disassembly.
1. Brace/immobilize the Base
2. Lift and remove the Seat frame &back frame from
the cylinder (see Fig.10)
3. Angle and brace the Base . Gently tap the
bottom of the cylinder by Rubber mallet
(excluded) until the cylinder is released
from the Base. See Fig.11

Care and Maintenance
• To clean, wipe the product with a soft, damp cloth.
NOTICE: Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals or pads to clean the product.
• At least monthly, inspect the product for damage, instability, or wear.
WARNING: Discontinue use of the product if it is damaged or shows any signs of instability
or wear.
