General Instructions
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the a liance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure
that you use the a liance for the use for which it is designed; we
refuse any res onsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use
or a bad mani ulation.
1. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet
corres ond to the rated voltage manner.
2. If the su ly cord is damaged, it must be re laced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
ersons in order to avoid a hazard (*).
3. This a liance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above if they have been given su ervision or
instruction concerning use of the a liance in a safe way
and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and
user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they
are older than 8 and su ervised.
4. Kee the a liance and its cord out of reach of children
aged less than 8 years.
5. A liances can be used by ersons with reduced hysical,
sensory or mental ca abilities or lack of ex erience and
knowledge if they have been given su ervision or

Before first use:
Take out from the acking, clean all the removable arts.
Please clean it with clean water for 2-3 times according to coffee-making rocess: coffee owder is not
necessary for cleaning the coffee machine.
Make espresso coffee with powder:
1. Please switch the control knob to the osition of “ ” (Fig 1).
2. Unscrew the to cover counter clockwise; use glass jar to add water (Fig 2): minimum 2 cu s and
maximum 4 cu s.

Screw the to cover of the coffee machine clockwise (Fig 3)
4. To make small cu coffee, load a s oon of coffee owder inside filter (fig 4), use the end of the
coffee s oon handle to even the coffee ower out and com ress it tightly (Fig 5).
5. Assemble u er ot with filter to the a liance by turning it clockwise
and switching it to the
“Locking” osition (Fig 6)

Put the glass jar on the water an.
7. Turn the ower button on
,
the indicator light is on.
After about 3 minutes, the coffee is flowing
out.
8. When the coffee reaches the required amount, lease switch the control knob to the “PAUSE”
osition and the indicator light is off. The a liance sto s working and your coffee is ready.

9. Switch the control knob to the osition of and discharge the remained ressure.
If you need to use it again, please wait for 3 minutes after releasing the steam.
Warning: Do not turn or take away the filter handle when making coffee in order to avoid scald.
Making cappuccino :
1. Switch the control knob to osition, unscrew the to cover to add the right amount of water,
and screw the to cover of the coffee machine.
2. Pour the ice milk into latte cu . Because the milk volume will ex and 2-3 times after foaming, so
lease select the a ro riate cu .
3. Switch the control knob to the osition of " " and the indicator light is on. After 1 minute, the
steam tube starts to release the steam. When the steam comes out, firstly lease s ray it to clear
away the remaining hot water inside the tube. After seeing the water dro s coming out from the
tube, switch the knob to the "PAUSE" osition.
4. Immerse the to of the steam tube to 1/3 osition of the milk, and switch the control knob to the
osition of " ".
Gradually move the to of the steam tube to the lace where is just beneath the
milk surface, but it could be not higher than the surface.
5. When the milk foam is rich enough, ut the steam tube dee into the milk and make the milk
tem erature rise to about 66℃, and then the milk foaming rocess is com leted. Switch the
control knob to "PAUSE" osition and then remove the cu .
6. Firstly, our the es resso coffee into the coffee cu , and then the foamed milk into the coffee cu .
By now the ca uccino coffee is done.
Note: After making steam in milk, lease make steam one more time to clean steam tube in order to avoid
block. You can use in to dredge steam tube if it is blocked.
WARNING : HANDLE WITH CAUTION – BURN HAZARD
CLEANING AND STORAGE
1. Cleaning filter
Filter should be cleaned after making 100 cu s coffee. Take out filter from filter handle, clean all
arts with hot water and brush, make sure all holes on filter is o en, lease use in to o en the
hole if it is necessary.
2. Descaling:
After making 200 cu s coffee, it is better to descale the a liance.
•Pour the water with descaling liquid into tank.

•Turn the ower button on
,
the indicator light is on.
After about 3 minutes, the liquid is
flowing out. Re eat above ste s 2 times.
Make sure the filter and filter handle are not assembled on machine, and place a container under coffee
nozzle. •Clean the water outlet and steam tube res ectively according to the ste s of making
ca uccino.
•After doing this, re eat the o erations described above, using clean water only, to remove
residues of the solution from the circuit.
•Rinse the tank.
Please wait for 3 minutes after each steps.
Trouble shooting
