GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of t e appliance can damage it or urt t e user. Assure
t at you use t e appliance for t e use for w ic it is designed; we
refuse any responsibilities as for t e damages by an incorrect use
or a bad manipulation.
1. Before use c eck t at t e voltage of your wall outlet
correspond to t e rated voltage manner.
2. If t e supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by t e
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a azard(*)

SPECIAL MEASURES
Warning:
- Keep fingers, air clot ing and utensils away out of containers
w ile blending to reduce t e risk of severe injury to persons or
damage to t e blender.
- Never MIX ot oil or fat.
- Never immerse t e appliance base in water
- Mixer operating period: for 1 cycle max not exceeding: 5 min

DESCRIPTION
Before use:
Ensure you t e plug is removed from main supply before attac ing and removing accessories.
USE
The dough hooks/beater: ideal for preparation of hea y yeast, dough or cake batter
Max operation period per time cannot exceed 5 minutes, one cycle.
1. Ensure t e speed setting is on “0” position and c oose t e accessory you want to use.
Note: beaters are ideal to whisk egg white / dough hooks are ideal to knead
2. Fix t em on and eld mixer by pressing and turning until t ere are engaged in t e rig t position.

Note:
•The amount of hea y yeast shall not exceed 500g
•72g of water being added for each 100g of flour
3. Turn t e variable speed button to select t e desired speed setting (1 to 5).
4. Stop t e and- eld blender by turning t e button on “0”, unplug.
5. Press t e eject button down to release t e doug ook or t e egg beater.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug t e appliance and remove t e detac able part.
Do not use abrasi e cleaner or detergents.
2. Was t e detac able beaters and doug ooks in warm soapy water.
3. Wipe t e base wit a damp clot . Never immerse it in water for cleaning as an electric s ock may
occur.
4. Dry t oroug ly.
