General Instructions
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of t e appliance can damage it or urt t e user. Assure
t at you use t e appliance for t e use for w ic it is designed; we
refuse any responsibilities as for t e damages by an incorrect use
or a bad manipulation.
1. Make sure t e power used corresponds wit t e one
indicated on t e rating label and t e socked as effective
eart connection.
2. Use t e iron only for needed use as descried in t e instruction
manual.
3. Do not use t is appliance outside
4. Close supervision is necessary w en any appliance is used
near c ildren.
5. Burns can occur from touc ing ot metal parts, ot water or
steam.
6. Keep t e iron out of reac of c ildren.

9. T e filling aperture must not be opened during use
10. T e plug must be removed from t e sock-outlet before t e
water reservoir is filled wit water.
11. Unplug t e steam station from t e mains electrical supply :
-Before cleaning
-Before filling wit water or emptying t e water tank
-Immediately after use
12. Do not pull t e cord to unplug t e appliance.
13. Never operate t e steam station wit damaged power cord or
plug, or after it as fallen or been damaged in any way. To
avoid t e risk of electric s ock, do not disassemble t e iron,
take it to a qualified serviceman for examination and repair.
14. If t e supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by t e
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a azard. (*)
15. Do not let cord touc ot surfaces.
16. To protect against a risk of electric azards, do not immerse
t e iron in water or any ot er liquid.
17. T e steam station must be used and rested on a stable
surface.
18. T e steam station must be connected to a ground socket.
19. T e steam station is not to be used if it as been dropped, if
t ere are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
20. Never use t e appliance wit t e damaged wall socket.
21. If you use t e steam station wit an extension cord, make
sure it as a eart plug and t at it supports t e power of t e
unit. Pay attention t at no one gets in t e way.

22. T is appliance can be used by c ildren aged from 8 years and
above and persons wit reduced p ysical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if t ey ave
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of t e
appliance in a safe way and understand t e azards involved.

maintenance s all not be made by c ildren wit out
supervision.

24. Keep t e steam station and its cord out of reac of c ildren

25. Only qualified and aut orized persons are aut orized to carry
out repairs to your appliance. Any repairs not in accordance
wit standards could significantly increase t e level of risk for
t e user!
26. Never add perfume, vinegar or ot er c emical liquid to t e
tank; it can damage t e appliance.
27. Risk of burns: T e soleplate becomes extremely ot during
use. Do not touc it because you could get burned. Be careful
w en using t e steam function as well. it could burn you.

provided.

USE
1. Take out t e water tank (4) and fill it to t e MAX level.
2. Turn on t e steam station by turning ON/OFF switc (2), t e Indicator lig t of power (3) is on.
3. Adjust t e iron t ermostat to t e MAX for steam ironing.
NOTE: during t e refilling operation, be careful t at t e water does not overflow.

STEAM IRONING
1. Set t e iron temperature to t e “COTTON-LINEN” steam position, by turning t e knob (1). All
types of fabric can be ironed at t is temperature.
2. Wait for t e indicator lig t of steam (9) go on and wait for t e steam button lig t (10) go off.
Pus button (3) on t e iron to release continuous steam form t e oles on t e soleplate.
3. To stop continuous steam, please press t e s ort steam button (12).
4. For s ort steam, press t e s ort steam button (12). Release t e button and t e steam will
stop.
NOTE: during initial operation of t e iron, a few drops of water mixed wit steam may come out of t e
soleplate until t e temperature stabilizes. It is advisable to direct t e first jets of steam onto
an old clot until a uniform stable jet of steam is obtained.
W en you ave used up all t e water in t e tank, do as follows:
•Switc off t e on/off switc (2).
•Press t e steam request button on t e iron (3) so as to fully ex aust t e steam supply from t e tank.
•Put t e iron back to t e iron rest (5)
•Disconnect t e power supply cable from t e power outlet.
•Carefully refill t e tank as above description.
CLEANING AND CARE
Be sure to always disconnect t e appliance from t e power outlet.
Normal tap water can be used. However, as ard water by its nature contains limestone, w ic may cause
a build-up of lime scale in t e tank, in ard water areas we recommend to use vinegar solution
(75%water+25%vinegar) to clean t e tank.
To clean t e body of t e appliance, simply use a moist clot . Do not use solvents or detergents w ic may
arm t e body material.
