Model assembly:
Wewill startbycutting servohatsinthe outerwing sections.Makethesecompartmentsabittighter,sothatthe
servowouldgo fast in. Inthe innerparts, makeshallowcutsforservocables.
Startthe wing assemblybycutting slotsforplywood wing joints.Cutthe sameslotintobothinnerparts. Insert the
joint and glue the centerand innersectionstogether.
Cutslotsforcarbon reinforcementintoouterand innerwing sections.Useasharpknife,cutting verticallytothe
wing surface.Insertthe carbon-fiberstripe intothe slotand glue itbysparsecyanoacrylateglue.Letthe stripe
overtop approxymately10mm overthe wing edge.Glue the wing sectionstogethernow.Usepolyurethane glue
(inside)and cyanoacrylateglue (periphery zone).Cutslotsintoaileronsand glue the controlcranksintothem.Use
cyanoacrylateglue. Usethe iron wireforaileron pushrods.
Makethe cutforabowden inthe rearpartofthe fuselage.Glue the elevatorbowden intoit. Glue togetherthe
cross cutted lowerpartoffuselage.Do notglue the rearlowerpartyet, itwill be glued lateron,aftersettleing and
glueing the wing.
Ifnecessary, cut aremoveablecoverinthe front upperpart ofthe fuselage. Lock it byplasticscrewwithfemale.
Carefullyglue rearand centerfuselage partstogether. Usecyanoacrylateincombination withpolyurethane glue.
Adapt the engine mounting according tothe used engine. Glue it tothe front part ofthe fuselage using epoxyglue.
Do not forget tomakesomebleederholesforengine, batteriesand regulatorcooling. Glue thisunit tothe center
part ofthe fuselage.
