Thank you for purchasing your new Logitech®Pure-Fi Elite™. Your Pure-Fi Elite™is a high-fidelity, all-in-one
speaker system designed for the Apple iPod®.
To set up your Pure-Fi Elite™system, do the following (see the Quick Start Guide included in your Pure-Fi Elite™
package for more details):
1. Attach a Universal Dock adapter.
2. Attach the antennas.
3. Attach the remote holder.
4. Plug it in.
5. Complete the Guided Setup.

Listening to Your iPod
To listen to your iPod:
1. Plug your iPod into the Universal Dock.
2. Use the iPod menu to select the songs you want to listen to.
3. Press Play on your iPod.
Pure-Fi Elite™will automatically turn on, switch to the iPod input and start playing.
Note: You can navigate through your playlist directly on the iPod or by using ( , ,) on
the remote.
iPod Playlist Presets
To save an iPod playlist as a preset:
1. Press ‘iPod’ to switch to the iPod input.
2. Press and hold the desired preset button (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6) for 1 second.
3. Use ( ) or ( /) to select a playlist. Press select ( ).
4. Use ( ) or ( /) to select whether the playlist should be shuffled. Press select ( )
to accept the selection.
To play an iPod playlist preset:
1. Press ‘iPod’ to switch to the iPod input.
2. Press the desired preset button (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6).
Note: Your Pure-Fi Elite™remembers iPod playlist presets by the name of the playlist. If you have
multiple iPods with the same playlist names, your iPod playlist presets will work with all of your iPod
devices.

Operating the Radio
Your Pure-Fi Elite™includes both AM and FM radios.
To listen to the radio:
1. Press the ‘AM’ or ‘FM’ button to switch to the
desired radio band.
2. Use ( ) or ( /) to change the station.
Note: To automatically scan for the next station, press
and hold ( /) until you hear a beep.
Radio Presets
To save a station as a preset:
1. Change to the desired station.
2. Press and hold the desired preset button
(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6) for 1 second.
To change to a preset station:
1. Press ‘AM’ or ‘FM’ to switch to the desired radio
band.
2. Press the desired preset button (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6).
RDS Information
Many FM stations broadcast RDS information – which
includes the station call letters and text information
(such as the current song). To view RDS information:
1. Change to the desired FM station.
2. Press select ( ) several times — until the RDS
information appears.
Note: Not all stations broadcast RDS information.
If the RDS information does not appear when expected,
the station is not broadcasting it.

Using the Auxiliary Input
To use the 3.5mm auxiliary input:
1. Connect your source device to the auxiliary input.
2. Press ‘aux’ to switch to the aux input.
3. Press Play on your source device.
Note: Depending on your source device, you may need
to purchase an adapter cable.
Adjusting the Volume
To adjust the system volume:
1. Use ( / ) or the ( - / + ) buttons on
the remote.
To mute the volume:
1. Use ( ) on the remote.
Note: When listening to the iPod, pressing ( ) will
also pause the iPod.
Setting the Clock
When turned off, Pure-Fi Elite™will display the current
time in a large screen format.
To activate the large clock display while Pure-Fi Elite™
is on:
1. Tap select ( ) several times — until the large
clock display appears.
To set the current time:
1. Press and hold the time ()set button for
1 second.
2. Use ( /) to change the time. Press select
( ) to accept the change.
Note: When viewing other display screens (such as
the iPod track display or radio frequency), the clock is
displayed in the upper-left corner of the display.
Display Screens
Depending on your preference, Pure-Fi Elite™can display
many different types of information. The following
display screens are available:
1. Radio Frequency (radio only)
2. RDS Information (FM radio only)
3. Clock (all inputs)
4. Spectrum Analyzer (all inputs)
To switch between the different screens, press
select ( ).
Sleep Timer
Pure-Fi Elite™includes a sleep timer that will
automatically turn Pure-Fi Elite™off after a set period
of time.
To activate the sleep timer, press ‘sleep’ on the remote.
To increment the timer, press ‘sleep’ repeatedly – until
the desired time is reached.
You can turn off the sleep timer in one of two ways:
• Press ( ). This will also turn Pure-Fi Elite™off.
• Repeatedly press ‘sleep’ until the display reads
‘Off’. This will leave Pure-Fi Elite™on.

Speaker Menu
Your Pure-Fi Elite™contains a menu that allows you to
adjust various settings to your personal preference.
To activate (or exit) the menu, press and hold select
( ) for 1 second or press menu ( ) on the
remote.
To adjust the active menu setting, use ( ) or
(/).
To advance to the next menu setting, press select
( ).
The list of available menu options is:
1. Bass Level: Adjusts the amount of bass.
2. Treble Level: Adjusts the amount of treble.
3. Brightness (on): Adjusts the brightness level
of the display and buttons when Pure-Fi Elite™
is on.
4. Brightness (off): Adjusts the brightness level
of the display and buttons when Pure-Fi Elite™
is off.
5. iPod Backlight: Adjusts the behavior of the iPod
backlight. Options include: the default iPod
behavior (‘On Keypress’) and on while playing.
6. Clock Format: Change the clock display format
(12 or 24 hour).
7. Select Language: Change the language used in
the Pure-Fi Elite™menus.
Other Features
Charging Your iPod
Your iPod battery will charge automatically when your iPod
is in Pure-Fi Elite™’s Universal Dock.
Shuffle Mode
The shuffle button will switch the iPod’s shuffle mode on
and off. The shuffle indicator on the iPod display ( )
illuminates when in shuffle mode.
Repeat
The repeat button changes the current iPod repeat
state. Options are repeat off, repeat all, and repeat one.
The repeat indicator on the iPod display illuminates when in
repeat all ( ) or repeat one ( ) modes.
StereoXL
Pure-Fi Elite™includes a proprietary ‘StereoXL’ feature that
dramatically widens the sound stage beyond the physical
boundaries of the speaker. To turn StereoXL on and off,
use the StereoXL button ( ) on the remote.

Video Pass-thru
If you have an iPod with photo or video capabilities, you can use your Pure-Fi Elite™to display your photos
or videos on an external TV. To do so.
1. Connect one end of a composite or S-video cable to the back of your Pure-Fi Elite™.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your TV.
3. Only use one video out jack at a time.
Note: Video pass-thru works with iPod with video (5G) only.

Acoustic Features
The Pure-Fi Elite™system uses an advanced, high-fidelity acoustic design. The acoustic system uses:
• (2) 1” ventilated soft-dome tweeters
• (2) 4” reinforced high-power, long-throw, polypropylene woofers
Pure-Fi Elite™’s sound field can be adjusted to your personal listening preferences — using the bass,
treble and StereoXL adjustments described above.
Getting to know your Pure-Fi Elite™
Troubleshooting
My iPod is in the Dock and playing, but I can’t hear any music.
• Make sure that Pure-Fi Elite™is on.
• Make sure that the iPod input is selected.
• Make sure that the volume level on Pure-Fi Elite™is at least half way up. Use ( / ) on the speaker
to adjust.
• Try turning off the Sound Check feature on your iPod.
• Download the latest version of iTunes (available at apple.com) and upgrade your iPod to the
latest iPod firmware.
• To test the iPod output, try with headphones.
There isn’t a Universal Dock adapter for my iPod.
• If you have a newer iPod, a Universal Dock adapter for your iPod should have been included with your iPod
when you purchased it.
• If you have a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd generation iPod, you need to use the Aux input connector on the back of
Pure-Fi Elite™. (1st / 2nd generation iPod models do not have a dock connector. 3rd generation iPod models
are not supported by the Pure-Fi Elite™’s Universal Dock.)
The AM radio reception is poor.
• Use the external AM antenna.
• Make sure to disconnect the wires for the internal AM antenna before connecting the external antenna.
The FM radio reception is poor.
• Use the external FM antenna.
• Make sure that the antenna is fully extended. Leaving the antenna coiled up will result in poor reception
Music played through the Aux input sounds distorted.
• Make sure the cable is completely plugged into Pure-Fi Elite™and your source device.
• Turn down the volume level on your source device.
The remote isn’t working.
• Point the remote directly at Pure-Fi Elite™.
• Make sure the remote sensor isn’t being blocked. (It is located below the iPod.)
• Try using a fresh set of batteries.

The backlit controls are too bright / dim.
• Turn Pure-Fi Elite™on.
• Press menu ( ) on the remote.
• Press select ( ) twice - so ‘Brightness (on)’ appears.
• Use ( ) or ( /) to adjust the brightness level while Pure-Fi Elite™is on.
• Press select ( ) - so ‘Brightness (off)’ appears.
• Use ( ) or ( /) to adjust the brightness level while Pure-Fi Elite™is off.
Will the iPhone work with Pure-Fi Elite™?
To use the iPhone with Pure-Fi Elite™, you will need to purchase a Universal Dock adapter from Apple.
When you connect your iPhone, your iPhone will present you with the option to go into Airplane Mode,
which turns off the communication capability of the iPhone while it is connected to the speaker. If you choose
not to enter Airplane Mode, you can make and receive calls, but you may experience some occasional audio
interference while listening to music.
The shuffle and repeat buttons do not appear to work.
The buttons do function correctly. However, on some iPod models, the shuffle or repeat indicators will not
appear on the iPod screen when you press the shuffle or repeat button. They will only appear after the
song changes.
The video port doesn’t work.
The video port on the back of Pure-Fi Elite™only supports the “iPod with video” (or 5G) model. It does not
work with the iPod nano, iPod classic, iPod touch, or iPhone.
My iPod screen says “OK to disconnect” or “Accessory attached.”
Depending on your iPod model, these messages will appear when setting or playing iPod playlist presets.
Once you have set the preset – or the music has started playing – the iPod screen will return to normal.

Logitech Hardware Product Limited Warranty
Logitech warrants that your Logitech hardware product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years, beginning
from the date of purchase. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary under local laws.
Remedies
Logitech’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at Logitech’s option, (1) to repair or replace the hardware,
or (2) to refund the price paid, provided that the hardware is returned to the point of purchase or such other place as Logitech may direct
with a copy of the sales receipt or dated itemized receipt. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable
law. Logitech may, at its option, use new or refurbished or used parts in good working condition to repair or replace any hardware product.
Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer
or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from (1) accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair,
modification or disassembly; (2) improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions or connection
to improper voltage supply; or (3) use of consumables, such as replacement batteries, not supplied by Logitech except where such restriction
is prohibited by applicable law.

Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend you visit the support section at www.logitech.com for technical assistance. Valid warranty
claims are generally processed through the point of purchase during the first thirty (30) days after purchase; however, this period of time may
vary depending on where you purchased your product – please check with Logitech or the retailer where you purchased your product for details.
Warranty claims that cannot be processed through the point of purchase and any other product related questions should be addressed directly to
Logitech. The addresses and customer service contact information for Logitech can be found in the documentation accompanying your product

Der AUX-Eingang
So nutzen Sie den 3,5-mm-AUX-Eingang

So aktivieren Sie die große Uhranzeige, wenn Pure-Fi Elite™
eingeschaltet ist:
1. Drücken Sie mehrmals “Auswählen” ( ) bis
die große Uhr angezeigt wird.
So stellen Sie die Uhrzeit ein:
1. Halten Sie die Taste zum Einstellen der Zeit
() eine Sekunde lang gedrückt.
2. Ändern Sie die Zeit mit ( /) Drücken Sie
‘Auswählen’ ( ), um die Änderung zu bestätigen.
Hinweis: In anderen LCD-Modi (z. B. iPod-Titelanzeige

LCD-Modi
Je nach Einstellung kann Pure-Fi Elite™verschiedene
Informationen auf dem LCD anzeigen. Folgendes kann
angezeigt werden:

2. RDS-Daten (nur UKW-Radio)
3. Uhr (alle Eingänge)
4. Spektrumanalysator (alle Eingänge)
Drücken Sie zum Umschalten zwischen den einzelnen
Modi “Auswählen” ( ).
Schlafmodus
Pure-Fi Elite™ist mit einem Zeitgeber ausgestattet, der
das Gerät automatisch nach einem gewissen Zeitraum
ausschaltet.
Drücken Sie zum Aktivieren des Energiesparmodus auf
der Fernbedienung die Taste “Sleep” (Schlafen). Drücken
Sie zum Verlängern des Zeitraums dieselbe Taste
mehrmals, bis der gewünschte Wert erreicht ist.
Sie haben zwei Möglichkeiten zum Deaktivieren des
Schlafmodus:
• Drücken Sie ( ). Dabei wird auch Pure-Fi Elite™
ausgeschaltet.
• Drücken Sie auf der Fernbedienung mehrmals
“Sleep”, bis “Aus” angezeigt wird. Pure-Fi Elite™

Pure-Fi Elite™besitzt ein spezielles Menü, über das Sie
die verschiedenen Einstellungen anpassen können.
Zum Ein- (oder Ausschalten) des Menüs halten Sie

Andere Funktionen
Aufladen des iPod
Die iPod-Batterie wird automatisch aufgeladen, wenn der
iPod am Universal Dock von Pure-Fi Elite™angeschlossen ist.
Mischmodus
Das Drücken der Mischtaste schaltet den Mischmodus des
iPod ein und aus. Der Mischanzeiger auf dem iPod-LCD
( ) leuchtet auf, wenn der Mischmodus aktiviert ist.
Wiederholen
Die Wiederholtaste dient zum Umschalten des aktuellen
iPod-Wiederholmodus. Die möglichen Optionen sind
“Aus”, “Alle wiederholen” und “Einen wiederholen”.
Der Wiederholanzeiger auf dem iPod-LCD leuchtet auf,
wenn “Alle wiederholen” ( ) oder “Einen wiederholen”
() aktiviert ist.
StereoXL
Pure-Fi Elite™ist mit der proprietären Funktion “StereoXL”
ausgestattet, die das Klangbild weit über die Abmessungen

Nutzen Sie dazu die oben beschriebenen Einstellungen für Tief- und Hochtöne sowie StereoXL.
Einführung zu Pure-Fi Elite™
Fehleranalyse
Der iPod ist im Dock und die Wiedergabe läuft, aber ich höre keine Musik.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Pure-Fi Elite™eingeschaltet ist.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der iPod-Eingang gewählt ist.
• Überprüfen Sie auch hier, ob die Lautstärke auf Pure-Fi Elite™mindestens auf den Mittelwert eingestellt
ist. Drücken Sie ggf. ( / ) am Lautsprecher.
• Deaktivieren Sie die Funktion “Sound Check” am iPod.
• Laden Sie die aktuelle Version von iTunes (erhältlich von apple.com) herunter und aktualisieren Sie den iPod
mit der neuesten iPod-Firmware.
• Testen Sie die Ausgabe des iPod mit einem Kopfhörer.
Für meinen iPod gibt es keinen Universal Dock-Adapter.
• Bei neueren iPod-Modellen sollte ein Universal Dock-Adapter im Lieferumfang enthalten sein.
• Für 1st-, 2nd- oder 3rd-Generation-iPods müssen Sie den AUX-Eingang an der Rückseite von Pure-Fi
Elite™verwenden. (iPod-Modelle der 1. und 2. Generation weisen keinen Dockanschluss auf. iPods der 3.
Generation werden nicht vom Universal Dock von Pure-Fi Elite™unterstützt.)
Der MW-Radioempfang ist schlecht.
• Verwenden Sie die externe MW-Antenne.
• Vergessen Sie nicht, die interne MW-Antenne zu trennen, bevor Sie die externe anschließen.
Der UKW-Radioempfang ist schlecht.
• Verwenden Sie die externe UKW-Antenne.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Antenne vollständig abgewickelt ist, da sonst der Empfang gestört werden
kann.
Über den AUX-Eingang wiedergegebene Musik klingt verzerrt.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Kabel vollständig an Pure-Fi Elite™und dem Quellgerät angeschlossen ist.
• Verringern Sie die Lautstärke am Quellgerät.
Die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht.
• Zeigen Sie mit der Fernbedienung direkt auf Pure-Fi Elite™.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Fernbedienungssensor (unterhalb des iPod) nicht blockiert wird.

Funktioniert das iPhone mit Pure-Fi Elite™?
Damit Sie das iPhone mit Pure-Fi Elite™einsetzen können, müssen Sie einen Universal Dock-Adapter von Apple
erwerben. Wenn Sie das iPhone anschließen, wird eine Option zum Aktivieren des Flugzeugmodus angezeigt,
der die Kommunkationsfunktionen des iPhone deaktiviert, während es mit dem Lautsprecher verbunden ist.
Wenn Sie den Flugzeugmodus nicht aktivieren, können Sie Anrufen tätigen und empfangen, aber beim
Musikhören kann es gelegentlich zu Tonstörungen kommen.
Die Tasten zum Mischen und Wiederholen scheinen nicht zu funktionieren.
Die Tasten funktionieren ordnungsgemäß, aber auf bestimmten iPod-Modellen wird das Misch- bzw.
Wiederholsymbol nicht auf dem Display angezeigt, wenn Sie die entsprechende Taste drücken, sondern nur
nachdem der nächste Titel aufgerufen wurde.
Der Videoanschluss funktioniert nicht.
Der Video-Anschluss auf der Rückseite des Pure-Fi Elite™unterstützt nur das Modell “iPod with video” (5G).
iPod nano, iPod classic, iPod touch und iPhone werden nicht unterstützt.
Der iPod meldet, dass ein Gerät angeschlossen ist oder das Gerät getrennt werden kann.
Abhängig vom iPod-Modell, werden diese Meldungen angezeigt, wenn Sie eine iPod-Wiedergabelisten-
Voreinstellung einrichten bzw. wiedergeben. Wenn Sie Voreinstellung gespeichert haben bzw. die Wiedergabe
begonnen hat, wird die Meldung ausgeblendet.

Lecture audio avec l’iPod
Pour lancer la lecture audio avec l’iPod:
1. Branchez l’iPod sur le dock universel.
2. Sélectionnez les morceaux à lire dans le menu de l’iPod.
3. Appuyez sur la touche de lecture de votre iPod.
Pure-Fi Elite™s’active automatiquement en mode iPod et démarre la lecture.
Remarque: vous pouvez parcourir votre sélection musicale directement sur l’iPod ou en utilisant
les boutons ( , ,) de la télécommande.
Préréglages musicaux de l’iPod
Pour enregistrer une sélection musicale en tant que préréglage:
1. Appuyez sur le bouton iPod pour sélectionner l’entrée pour iPod.
2. Maintenez le bouton de préréglage de votre choix (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6) enfoncé pendant
une seconde.
3. Utilisez ( ) ou ( /) pour choisir une sélection musicale. Appuyez sur le bouton
de sélection ( ).
4. tilisez les boutons ( ) ou ( /) pour sélectionner le mode aléatoire. Appuyez sur
le bouton de sélection ( ) pour accepter la sélection.
Pour lire un préréglage musical de l’iPod:
1. Appuyez sur le bouton iPod pour sélectionner l’entrée pour iPod.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de préréglage de votre choix (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6).
Remarque: votre dispositif Pure-Fi Elite™enregistre les préréglages de votre iPod sous le nom de
la sélection musicale qui leur correspond. Si vous disposez de plusieurs iPods ayant les mêmes
noms de sélections musicales, vos préréglages musicaux fonctionneront sur l’ensemble de vos
iPods.
Utilisation de la radio
Le système Pure-Fi Elite™inclut les bandes radio AM
et FM. Pour écouter la radio:
1. Appuyez sur le bouton “AM” ou “FM” pour
sélectionner la bande radio voulue.
2. Utilisez ( ) ou ( /) pour changer de station.
Remarque: pour accéder automatiquement à la station
suivante, maintenez le bouton ( /) enfoncé
jusqu’au bip.
Préréglages radio
Pour prérégler une station:
1. Réglez le dispositif sur la station de votre choix.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de préréglage de votre choix
(1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6) tout en le maintenant enfoncé
pendant une seconde.
Pour lire une station de radio préréglée:
1. Appuyez sur le bouton AM ou FM pour sélectionner
la bande radio de votre choix.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de préréglage de votre choix
(1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6).
Informations RDS
De nombreuses stations FM diffusent des informations
RDS, telles que les lettres d’appel de la station et d’autres
informations textuelles (le nom du morceau en cours,
par exemple). Pour afficher les informations RDS:
1. Réglez le dispositif sur la station FM de votre choix.
2. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur sélection ( ), jusqu’à faire
apparaître les informations RDS.
Remarque: certaines stations ne diffusent pas
d’informations RDS. Si les informations RDS
n’apparaissent pas, cela signifie que la station ne diffuse
pas ces informations.

Utilisation de l’entrée auxiliaire
Pour utiliser l’entrée auxiliaire 3,5 mm:
1. Connectez le dispositif source sur l’entrée auxiliaire.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton Aux pour sélectionner l’entrée
auxiliaire.
3. Appuyez sur la touche de lecture de votre dispositif
source.
Remarque: le dispositif source utilisé peut nécessiter l’achat
d’un adaptateur.
Réglage du volume
Pour régler le volume du système:
1. Utilisez les boutons ( / ) ou ( - / + ) de la
télécommande.
Pour couper le son:
1. Utilisez le bouton ( ) de la télécommande.
Remarque: lorsque vous écoutez votre iPod, le bouton ( ) vous permet également de mettre
la lecture en pause.
Réglage de l’horloge
Lorsqu’il est hors tension, le système Pure-Fi Elite™affiche sur
son écran l’heure actuelle grand format.
Pour activer l’horloge grand format lorsque le système Pure-Fi
Elite™est sous tension:
1. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton de sélection ( ),
jusqu’à afficher l’horloge grand format.
Pour définir l’heure en cours:
1. Maintenez le bouton de réglage de l’heure ( )
enfoncé pendant 1 seconde.
2. Utilisez ( /) pour changer l’heure. Appuyez sur le bouton de sélection ( ) pour accepter
le changement.
Remarque: dans les autres modes d’affichage (comme la fréquence radio ou les pistes de l’iPod),
l’horloge s’affiche dans l’angle supérieur gauche de l’écran.
Modes d’affichage
Selon vos préférences, Pure-Fi Elite™peut afficher
différents types d’informations. Vous disposez de
différents modes d’affichage:
1. Fréquence radio (radio uniquement)
2. Informations RDS (radio FM uniquement)
3. Horloge (toutes les entrées)
4. Analyseur de spectre (toutes les entrées)
Pour choisir un mode d’affichage, appuyez sur le
bouton de sélection ( ).
Minuteur de mise en veille
Le minuteur de mise en veille intégré permet de
désactiver automatiquement le système Pure-Fi Elite™
après une durée déterminée.
Pour activer ce minuteur, appuyez sur la touche de veille
de la télécommande. Pour modifier la durée du minuteur,
appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton de veille, jusqu’à
atteindre la durée souhaitée.
Vous pouvez désactiver le minuteur de veille de deux
manières différentes:
• Appuyez sur ( ). Ce bouton entraîne également
la mise hors tension du système Pure-Fi Elite™.
• Appuyez sur le bouton de veille à plusieurs reprises
jusqu’à ce que l’écran indique que la répétition de
l’alarme est désactivée. Le système Pure-Fi Elite™
reste alors sous tension.

Menu des haut-parleurs
Le dispositif Pure-Fi Elite™comporte un menu permettant
de régler les divers paramètres selon vos préférences.
Pour activer (ou quitter) ce menu, appuyez sur le bouton
de sélection ( ) tout en le maintenant enfoncé
pendant une seconde ou appuyez sur le bouton Menu
() de la télécommande.
Pour régler le paramètre actif du menu, utilisez
( ) ou ( /).
Pour passer au paramètre suivant du menu, appuyez sur
le bouton de sélection ( ).
Les options disponibles sont les suivantes:
1. Niveau des graves: permet de régler le niveau des
basses.
2. Niveau des aigus: permet de régler le niveau des
aigus.
3. Luminosité (activée): permet de régler le niveau
de luminosité de l’écran et des boutons lorsque
l’Pure-Fi Elite™est sous tension.
4. Luminosité (désactivée): permet de régler le
niveau de luminosité de l’écran et des boutons
lorsque l’Pure-Fi Elite™est hors tension.
5. Rétroéclairage de l’iPod: permet de contrôler le
comportement du rétroéclairage des boutons.
Les options possibles sont les suivantes:
comportement de l’iPod par défaut (à l’appui sur
une touche)et activé pendant la lecture.
6. Format horaire: permet de modifier le format de
l’horloge (12 ou 24 heures).
7. Sélection de la langue: permet de modifier la
langue utilisée pour les menus du système Pure-Fi
Elite™.
Autres caractéristiques
Charge de l’iPod
La batterie de l’iPod se charge automatiquement
lorsque celui-ci est logé dans le dock universel du système
Pure-Fi Elite™.
Mode Aléatoire
Le bouton de lecture aléatoire permet d’activer et de
désactiver le mode de lecture aléatoire sur votre iPod.
L’indicateur de lecture aléatoire ( ) s’illumine sur l’écran
de votre iPod lorsque le mode de lecture aléatoire est activé.
Répétition
Le bouton de répétition modifie l’état du mode de répétition
en cours d’utilisation sur l’iPod. Les options possibles sont
les suivantes: répétition désactivée, répétition de tous
les morceaux, répétition d’un seul morceau. L’indicateur
de répétition s’illumine sur l’écran de votre iPod lorsque
les modes de répétition de tous les morceaux ( ) et de
répétition d’un seul morceau ( ) sont activés.
StereoXL
Pure-Fi Elite™intègre la fonctionnalité brevetée StereoXL qui permet d’étendre la scène sonore au-delà
des limites physiques de vos haut-parleurs. Pour activer ou désactiver le mode StereoXL, servez-vous
du bouton StereoXL ( ) de la télécommande.
Relais vidéo
Si vous possédez un iPod doté de fonctions photo et vidéo, vous pouvez utiliser le système Pure-Fi Elite™
pour afficher vos photos ou vos vidéos sur un téléviseur. Pour ce faire...
1. Connectez l’une des extrémités d’un câble Composite ou S-vidéo à l’arrière du système Pure-Fi Elite™.
2. Branchez l’autre extrémité du câble au téléviseur.
3. N’utilisez qu’une seule prise de sortie vidéo à la fois.
Remarque: le relais vidéo fonctionne uniquement avec l’iPod avec vidéo (5G).
