5. Body with mount and tilt mechanism removed.
6. Attach screen to mount.
Place the mount and tilt mechanism on the rear of the
screen and select the hole centres which position the
horizontal bar centrally to the screen.
Fix the mount and tilt mechanism to the screen.
7. Hang screen on trolley & re-attach retaining plate.
Using a minimum of 2 people depending on screen
weight, pull out the plunger as the screen bar is lowered
into the channel, ensuring the white nylon spacers are
positioned tightly to the ends of the channel.
Allow the plunger to locate into a stop position, relieving
the weight of the screen.
Re-attach the retaining plate over the channel.
8. Taking the weight of the screen, pull out the plunger and tilt the screen into the
horizontal position.
9. Re-attach gas strut.
Ensuring the screen is horizontal, place the washer on the gas strut thread and
then pass through the hole in the body. Tighten an m8 nyloc threaded nut on the
inside of the body, using 2 spanners.
10. Installation Complete.
