Sonic Implants’ Orchestral Strings library consists of ensemble violins, violas, cellos and basses. This beautifully rich set of string
instruments features samples for natural ambiance, looped sustains, pizzicato and staccato articulations, plus several bonus Synth
String patches. Superb realism and Sonic Implants’ deserved reputation for distinct playability and quality make these string instruments
true premium perfection.
Keyboard Layout
Each key on a piano keyboard has a name and octave delineation. For example, middle C is C4. One octave above middle C is C5, etc.
(See diagram above.) This is useful in determining how our instruments are laid across a MIDI keyboard.
Note: Middle C is C4, which is the standard for most MIDI keyboards, although on some applications or keyboards refer to middle C as
C3 (Yamaha) or C5.
< Violins - Instrument range is G3-G6.
< Violas - Instrument range is C3-C6.
< Cellos - Instrument range is C2-E5.
< Basses - Instrument range is C1-G4.
< Ensembles - Instrument range is C1-G6.
Instrument Labels are as follows:
< BS - Basses
< CL - Cellos
< VA - Viola
< VL - Violin
< Legato - Instruments consisting of long smooth samples.
< Staccato - Instruments consisting of short samples.
< Pizzicato - Instruments consisting of short plucked samples.
< MW_Xfade - Modwheel Cross Fade is a volume swell controlled by the mod wheel. The lowest point of the mod wheel is the
softest sound of the instrument. As the mod wheel is moved up, the volume increases until the mod wheel is at its highest point
and the loudest sound of the instrument is heard.
< SlowAtk - Slow Attack instruments have a longer attack (the entrance of the note is elongated).

Sonic Network, Inc. End-User License Agreement (EULA)
1) License Grant. Sonic Network, Inc. grants to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, a non-exclusive, nontransferable
right to use each authorized copy of the enclosed Sonic Implants® samples (the “Work”). The Work is the property of Sonic Network, Inc.
and is licensed to you only for use as part of a musical performance, live, broadcasted or recorded. You may not resell or otherwise
distribute the Work or any derivative work thereof, either as it exists on disc, reformatted for use in another digital sampler, or mixed,
combined, filtered, resynthesized, or otherwise edited, for use as sounds, multisounds, samples, multisamples, wavetables, programs
or patches in a game product, sampler, microchip or any sample playback device. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse
engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative Works based on the Work or the written materials. 2) Transfer Restrictions. You
may physically transfer the Sonic Implants Work on this CD, comprised of software programs, documentation and musical instrument
sound recordings, sometimes referred to as sound “samples” of musical instruments and voicing or instrument data associated with the
sound recordings (the “Work”) from one computer to another, provided that the Work is used on only one computer at a time. You may
not electronically transfer the Work over any network or distribute copies of the Work (including written material) to others. This Work may
not be transferred to anyone without the prior written consent of Sonic Network, Inc. 561 Windsor Street, A402, Somerville, MA 02143
Ph. 617-718-0202. 3) Ownership. Ownership of, and title to the Work, (including any copies) will be held by Sonic Network, Inc. Only this
license is purchased by you. 4) Term. This Agreement is effective from the date you open the Work, and will remain in full force until
termination. This Agreement will terminate if you break any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination you agree to
destroy all copies of the Work and accompanying documentation.
