Congratulationsforyourpurchase.
CUT 40 ,CUT60aremadebyinternationalmostadvantagedinvert
technology.50Hz/60Hzfrequencyisinvertedtohigh frequency(frequencyisover
100KHz)byV-MOSFET,thenreducevoltageandcommutecurrent,inverterpower
supplygeneratespowerfulDCweldingcurrentthroughPWM technology.Because
invertertechnologyofswitchpowerisused,volumeandweightofmaintransformer
hasreducedsubstantiallyandefficiencyhasbeenincreasedby30%.
Piloting arcsystemcanstrikearceasilywithprincipleofhigh frequency
oscillation.Ithasfunctionsthatitcansupplygasaheadandturnoffgasdelayed.

Airregulatorinstallation andoperation
1. FirmlytightandsealthecopperairholeatINandOUTterminalbyhigh pressure
rubbertubefirmly.
2. Tightandsealthemeterwithmeterface rubbertube.
3. Fixtheconnecting shelfwithscrewastheregulatorposition.
4. Getdowntheplasticscrewandfixtheregulatorontheshelf.
5. Turnontheairvalve,turnupthepressureadjusting knob,Turnthepressureto
ratedvolume(meterinsideshowsKG),and thenputdowntheknob.(+means
increasing pressure,--meansdecreasingpressure.)
6. Scaleofthemeterisasfollow.Thevolumeinthepictureis6kg.
7. If thewaterinthegasfilteringbottleistoo much,pleaseturnonthewatervalve
toletthewatergoout.

Inputcableconnection (encloseinstallingdiagram)
1. Everymachinehasbeendisposedapowercablewhichmustbeconnectedto
coordinatedvoltageclassincomplianceaccordingtoinputvoltageofcutting
machine.Ifcuttingmachinewhosepowervoltageis220Visconnectedwrongto
AC380V,thatwillcausecomponentsofinter-machineareburnedup.
2. Makesurepowercableisconnectedtopowerswitchreliablyandpreventfrom
oxidizing.
Makesurepowervoltageisinsidethewavedrange.
Outputcableconnection
1. Makesuretubeofpressedairisconnectedtocopperconnectorbyhigh-pressure
rubbertubefirmly.
2. Makesurecopperscrewofanotherendoftorchisconnectedtogas-electrify
integrationterminalthentightenthemclockwiserelation(preventfrom leakinggas).
Mobileplugofanotherendofearthcableisconnectedtopositiveterminaloffront
panelthentightenit.
3. Makesureairplugoftorchisconnectedtoswitchconnectorofpanel(Ifitis
pilote-arccutter,pilote-arccableoftorchisconnectedtoterminalofpilote-arc
wiring column.)
CHECK
1. Checkifcuttingmachineisgroundedreliablyaccordingtostandard.
2. Checkifall connectorsareconnectedfirmly.
3. Checkifpowervoltageiscorrect.
OPERATION
1. Openthepowerswitchoffrontpanel; makethepowerswitchisin “on”position.At
thistimeindicatorofpowerswitchison.Screenwillshowthecurrentvolume.
2. Adjustthegaspressureandmakeitisadequatetomachine,openthevalveof
pressedair.
3. Pressthecontrolknoboftorch,electromagneticvalveisstarting,soundofHF
arc-striking canbeheardandburneroftorchshouldflowoutgas(Burnerof
pilote-arccuttershouldspurtfire)
4. Makesurecutting currentisadequatetomachineaccordingtothicknessofcutting
piece.

5. Itis1mm fromcoppertiptoworkpiece(it isfurtherifitisarc-supportingcutter.),
pressknoboftorchandburnandstrikearc,sparksofHFarcstrikingwill
diminishedimmediately. Usercanbegintocut.
INSTRUCTIONNOTES
Operation environment
1. Thecutting machinecamperformsinenvironmentwhereconditionsareparticularly
harshandwithoutsidetemperaturebetween –10and+40degreescentigradewitha
dampness levelofmax80%.
2. Avoidusinginsunshineanddroppingenvironment.
3. Keepmachinedryandavoidwaterintomachine.
4. Donotusethecuttingmachineinenvironmentwhereconditionispollutedwith
highconcentrationofdustorcorrosivegasintheair.
SAFTY
1. Makesuretheworking areaisadequatelyventilated.
Cutting machineislightanditsstructureiscompactandtheelectromagneticfields
generatedthehigh current.Sonaturalwindisnotsatisfytocooldowncomponents,
therearetwoaxial-flowfanininter-machineinordertoforcetocooldownit.
NOTES:Exhaustshuttermustnotinblockorcovered,itis0.3mfrommachineto
environmentobjects.Makesurekeepimprovingventilatedsituation,itisvery
importanttomachine.
2. Noover-load!
Limitedtocuttingcurrentstrictlyaccording tomaxallowablecurrentwithallkinds
ofdutycycles.
Donotexceedloadworkinginordertopreventfromshorting uselifetimeof
cuttingmachineevenburningup machine.
3. Noover-voltage!
Powervoltagerangeofcutting machineisaccording tomaintechnicaldatasheet.

Voltageautomaticcompensationcircuitwillpreventfrom exceedingallowable
arrange.If powervoltageistoohigh,thatwilldamagedtocomponents.Usermust
becarefully.
4. Thereisagroundingscrew,whichismarkedgrounding behindcuttingmachine.
Makesurethemantleisgroundedreliablybycablewhosesectionis6square
millimeterinordertopreventfromleaking electrifyandbringingelectrostatic.
5.Interheat-variablecomponentisstartingifmachineisexceededindutycycles.
Thatwill cause-cutting machinewillstop working suddenlyandinterreddiodeis
lit.Userneednotbreakthecircuitandthefanmaycontinueworkinginorderto
cooldownthemachine. Oncetemperatureisreducedtoallowablearrange, machine
canbeoperatedagain.
CUTTINGNOTES
1. Makesurecoppertipmustnotconnecttoworkpiecedirectlywhenuseriscutting.
Torchshouldbeinclinedandit is1mm frominter-holeofcoppertiptoworkpiece
inordertoprotectcoppertip.
2. Asarc-supporting cuttingmachine,ifarc-supportingfrequencyisdownorthereis
noarcsupporting, usermaybegetridofoxidizedfilmofinterelectrodebyabrasive
paper.Thenmachinewillbeoperatednormally.
MAINTENANCEANDCHECK TROUBLE
Maintenance
1. Removedustbycompressedairregularly.If cuttingmachineisplacedin
environmentwhereconditionispollutedwithsmokeanddust,cuttingmachinemust
beremoveddusteveryday.
2. Pressureisadequatetocuttinginordertoprotectlittlecomponents.
3. Checktheelectrifyconnectorsandmakesuretheconnectorsareconnectedfirmly
(speciallyconnectandinsertcomponents),tightentheconnectors
4. Avoidwaterintomachineandmachinebecomedamp, orthemachinemustbedried
intimeandmeasuredinsulationbymeter.Afterthereisnoproblem,themachine

canbeoperated.
5. If themachinewillnotbeusedlongtime,itshouldbeputinitsownpackingbox
andstoreindryenvironment.

poorcontact.
3. Checkiffourtimesvoltage rectifierdiode isstricken.
4. CheckifHFelectric capacity102/10KVisleaking.
