PROBLEM
Motor does not run when POWER BUTTON is
pressed.
Coins do not sort properly.
LCD Counter does not display anything and/ or will
not count.
Coins are spilling over into OVERFLOW TRAY
before COIN TUBES are full.
LCD blinks before reaching $99.99.
Coin drawer will not open.
TROUBLESHOOtING GUIDE
CAUSE
AC Adapter is not inserted correctly.
AC Adapter is not plugged into the outlet.
Occasionally older, used coins become
bent, worn, nicked or extremely soiled.
Bank is not on a level service.
Batteries are not inserted.
Batteries are inserted backwards.
Preformed coin wrapper(s) are dam
aged or bent, not allowing the coins to
drop in.
Preformed coin wrappers are not pushed down all the
way to the bottom of the COIN TUBES.
COIN TUBE TRAY is not in operating position.
Too many coins being sorted at one time.
Coins are stacked sideways in coin tubes.
SOyjTION
Check AC Adapter for proper installation.
Remove these coins and try again.
Place bank on desk or table, do not tip.
Insert batteries as pictured on Pg. 1.
Check wrappers for damage and replace.
Check preformed wrappers and make sure they
are pushed all of the way into the COIN TUBES.
Lightly push In on COIN TUBE TRAY until It
stops in operating position.
Press the reset button and hold.
Turn coin tube to an angle that will allow the
drawer to open.
