Produktbeschreibung
Luftqualitätsregler zur Steuerung des
Lüftungsgerätes in Abhängigkeit der
Luftqualität. Der integrierte Luftqualitäts-
sensor dient zur Konzentrationsmessung
verschiedener Gase und Geruchsstoffe
(z. B. Kohlenmonoxyd, Methan, Wasser-
stoff, Alkohol, Tabakrauch).
Der Sensor besitzt einen linearen 0...10 V
Ausgang welcher durch VOC beeinflusst
wird.

Zusätzlich kann ein potentialfreier
Schaltkontakt, in Abhängigkeit von VOC
und relativer Feuchte, genutzt werden,
dessen Schaltpunkt über je ein Potentio-
meter eingestellt werden kann. Wenn einer
der Potentiometer ganz nach rechts
gedreht wird, wird die jeweilige Messgröße
nicht ausgewertet (VOC oder Feuchte).

4. Montagehinweise
Bei der Montage des Sensormodules ist zu
beachten, dass dieses eine möglichst
ungehinderte Luftzirkulation hat, um die
Messdaten möglichst zeitnah und „echt“
erfassen zu können. Nur bei optimaler
Positionierung des Sensors sind optimale
Sensordaten gewährleistet.
Empfehlungen
Mindestens 50 cm von angrenzenden●Wänden entfernt.
Nicht an Außenwänden in Nischen oder●hinter Vorhängen.
Nicht an Wänden hinter denen sich z. B.●ein Kamin befindet.
Zulässiger Einsatzbereich: Innenräume,●0 - 50°C, 5 - 95% r.F. (ohne Betauung).
Nicht an Orten mit direkter Sonnen-●einstrahlung.

Sachschaden bei Verwendung falscher
Spannung.
Dieses Gerät darf nur mit
Schutzkleinspannung versorgt werden!
1. Leitung zum Montageort fest
verlegen. Zulässige Leitung:
Typ J-YSTY 0,6 – 0,8mm, 4-adrig.
Bei Verwendung des Relais 6-adrig.
2. Öffnen des Sensorgehäuses: Drücken
Sie mit einem Schraubendreher oder
passendem Gegenstand vorsichtig
(ca. 6 mm tief) in den mittleren
unteren Gehäuseschlitz, um die
innere Verschlussklammer zu lösen.
Nun kippen Sie das Gehäuse im
unteren Bereich nach vorne.
3. Montagelöcher durchstoßen und
Markierungen an der zur Montage
vorgesehenen Wand erstellen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die
Kabeleinführung oben liegen muss.
4. Gehäuseunterteil mit min. 2
Schrauben am Montageort befesti-
gen. Geeignetes Befestigungsmaterial
ist bauseitig bereitzustellen.
5. Gerät gemäß Schaltbild anschließen
(siehe Aufkleber im Gehäuse oder
Seite 6) und auf das Gehäuseunterteil
aufstecken bis ein Einrasten zu hören
ist.

6. Inbetriebnahme
1. Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät korrekt
angeschlossen ist. Übereinstimmung
mit den technischen Daten
kontrollieren.
2. Spannungsversorgung einschalten,
die Anzeigeleuchten des Geräts
leuchten kurz hell auf und man hört
ein Schalten des Relais.
3. Funktionstest durchführen:
Beim Anlegen der
Versorgungsspannung leuchtet die
linke LED (VOC, Ventilatorenemblem)
in dieser Reihenfolge:
blau/rot/aus/blau.
Die rechte LED (on/off Relais)
wechselt dabei ebenfalls die Farben
(rot/grün), die Reihenfolge ist hier von
der Relaisstellung/Einstellung
abhängig.
Nach der Startsequenz liegt am 0-10
Volt VOC-Ausgang für etwa 2 Minuten
eine konstante Spannung von 3,0 Volt
DC an,
danach geht der Sensor in den
Messbetrieb, das Ausgangssignal ist
dann abhängig von der Luftgüte.
4. Durch die Montage (warme Hände
o. Ä.) wurde das Gerät ggf. erwärmt.
Warten Sie etwa 15 Minuten, bis sich
das Gerät an seine
Umgebungstemperatur angepasst hat
und reelle Werte für die
Luftfeuchtigkeit verarbeiten kann.
7. Entsorgung
Nicht in den Restmüll! Das Gerät
enthält teils wiederverwertbare
Stoffe, teils Substanzen, die nicht
in den Restmüll gelangen dürfen.
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät nach Ablauf
seiner Lebensdauer nach den in Ihrem
Land geltenden Umweltrichtlinien und
Vorschriften.

4. Mounting instructions
When installing the sensor module it must
be ensured that there is unimpeded air
circulation so that the measurement data
can be recorded in as timely and as "true"
as possible. Optimum sensor data is only
ensured if the sensor is in an optimum
position.
Recommendations
At least 50 cm distance from adjacent●walls.
Not in niches on external walls, nor●behind curtains.
Not on walls that have a chimney behind●them, for example.
Permitted application area: Interior●rooms, 0...50°C, 5...95% rel. humidity.

NOTICE

is used.
This unit may only be supplied with safety
extra-low voltage (SELV)!
1. Lay a permanent cable to the
installation location. Permitted cable:
Type J-YSTY 0.6 – 0.8mm, 4-core.
Under certain circumstances, if using
the relay, at least 5-core.
2. Open the sensor housing: Use a
screwdriver or suitable object to press
(approx. 6 mm down) in the centre,
bottom housing slot to release the
inner locking clamp and tilt the bottom
part of the housing forwards.
3. Push through mounting holes and
produce marks on the wall intended
for installation. Note that the cable
entry must be at the top.
4. Use min. 2 screws to secure the
bottom part of housing to the
installation location. Suitable
mounting material is to be supplied by
the customer.
5. Connect the unit according to wiring
diagram, see sticker in the housing.

6. Commissioning
1. Ensure that the unit is connected
correctly. Check that the technical
data has been adhered to.
2. Switch on power supply, the unit's
display lights briefly light up brightly
and you hear the relay switching.
3. Carry out a function test.
When applying the power supply, the
left LED (VOC, fan symbol) lights up
in the following sequence:
blue/red/off/blue.
The right LED (on/off relay)
also changes colours (red/green), the
sequence here depends on the relay
position/setting.
After the start sequence, there is a
constant voltage of 3.0 Volt DC at the
VOC output for approx. 2 minutes.
Then the sensor switches to
measuring mode, the output signal
depends on the air quality.
4. The unit may have been heated by
installation (warm hands etc.). Wait
around 15 minutes until the unit has
adapted to the ambient temperature
and real values for the air humidity
can be determined.
7. Disposal
Not in domestic waste! The unit
contains in part materials that can
be recycled and in part substances
that should not end up in the
domestic waste.
Once it has reached the end of its working
life, dispose of the unit according to the
environmental guidelines and
specifications valid where you are.

Régulateur de qualité d'air pour
commander l'appareil de ventilation en
fonction de la qualité de l'air. Le détecteur
de qualité d'air intégré sert à mesurer la
concentration de différents gaz et
substances odorantes (p. ex. monoxyde

4. Consignes de montage
Lors du montage du module de détecteur,
veillez à lui assurer une circulation d'air
sans obstacle pour que les données
mesurées soient les plus actuelles et les
plus « réalistes » possibles. Seul un
positionnement optimal du détecteur peut
garantir des données de détecteur
optimales.
Recommandations
Respecter une distance d'au moins●50 cm par rapport aux murs voisins.
Éviter le montage dans des●renfoncements de murs extérieurs ou
derrière des rideaux.

1. Installation permanente du câble vers
le lieu d'installation. Câble autorisée :
type J-YSTY 0,6 – 0,8mm, 4 fils En
utilisant le relais sous certaines
conditions 5 fils au moins.
2. Ouverture du boîtier des détecteurs :
Avec un tournevis ou autre objet
approprié, appuyez avec précaution
(6 mm env.) dans la fente centrale
inférieure du boîtier pour libérer
l'agrafe de fermeture intérieure et
basculez le boîtier vers l'avant au
niveau du bas.
3. Percer les trous de montage et
marquer des repères sur le mur prévu
pour le montage. Veillez à ce que
l'entrée des câbles se trouve en haut.
4. Fixer la partie inférieure du boîtier à
l'aide de min. 2 vis au lieu
d'installation. Le matériel de fixation

boîtier jusqu'à ce que l'encliquetage
soit audible.
6. Mise en service
1. S'assurer que l'appareil est
correctement raccordé. Contrôler la
concordance avec les caractéristiques
techniques.
2. Activer l'alimentation électrique, les
témoins lumineux de l'appareil
s'allument brièvement et on entend le
relais s'enclencher.
3. Effectuer un test de fonctionnement.
Dès que la tension d'alimentation est
activée, la LED gauche (COV,
symbole du ventilateur)
s'allume dans l'ordre :
bleu/rouge/éteinte/bleu.
La LED droite (relais on/off)
change aussi de couleur (rouge/vert),
l'ordre dépend ici de la position du
relais / du réglage.
Après la séquence de démarrage, la
sortie COV 0-10 volts est soumise
pendant 2 minutes environ à une
tension constante de 3,0 volts DC.
Le détecteur passe ensuite en mode
de mesure, le signal de sortie dépend
alors de la qualité de l'air.
4. Le montage provoque le cas échéant
un réchauffement (mains chaudes ou
similaire) de l'appareil. Attendez
environ 15 minutes que l'appareil soit
à température ambiante et puisse
traiter les valeurs d'humidité
effectives.
7. Élimination
Ne pas éliminer avec les ordures
ménagères ! L'appareil contient
des substances recyclables ainsi
que des substances qui ne doivent
pas être mêlées aux ordures
ménagères.
Éliminez l'appareil arrivé en fin de vie en
respectant les directives
environnementales et prescriptions locales
applicables dans votre pays.
