3. Bediening
Controle voor gebruik
LET OP! Het is belangrijk dat de heftafel voorafgaand aan ieder gebruik wordt
gecontroleerd op gebreken, indien er sprake is van een defect, dient de hefta-
fel onmiddellijk buiten gebruik te worden gesteld tot dit defect is verholpen.
Het niet opvolgen van deze instructie kan leiden tot ernstig lichamelijk letsel
en/of schade aan materialen/eigendommen. Controleer de heftafel vooraf-
gaand aan ieder gebruik op de volgende punten:
1. Controleer de heftafel op lekkages, scheuren, beschadigingen, tekenen van
slijtage en vervormingen.
2. Controleer of de cilinder geen olie lekt.
3. Controleer of de tafel recht omhoog gaat en dat deze niet scheef staat.
4. Controleer of de wielen allemaal soepel lopen.
5. Controleer of de remmen functioneren.
6. Controleer of alle verbindingen, bouten en moeren nog goed vast zitten.
Gebruik
LET OP! Deze heftafel mag alleen worden gebruikt op een harde, vlakke en
stabiele ondergrond. Wanneer de tafel stilstaat/niet wordt verreden, wordt
aangeraden om deze op de rem te zetten, dit om onbedoeld bewegen te
voorkomen. De achterste zwenkwielen zijn voorzien van een rem, deze werkt
als volgt:
Wanneer de klip naar onderen wordt gedrukt, bedient men de rem. Wanneer
men de klip omhoog beweegt, wordt de rem weer van het wiel gehaald.

Bediening
1. Zet de verrijdbare heftafel op de rem.
2. Plaats de te heffen last centraal op de heftafel.
3. Haal de remmen van de achterwielen af en verrijdt vervolgens de heftafel
met last in de laagste positie naar de plek van bestemming.
4. Zet vervolgens de heftafel weer op de rem en pomp vervolgens met de
voet de voetpedaal op en neer tot de last de gewenste hoogte heeft bereikt.
5. Wanneer de werktafel tot de maximale hoogte is geheven, zakt deze een
heel klein stukje.
6. Klap vervolgens de veiligheidsstop naar beneden om onbedoeld zakken
van de heftafel te voorkomen.
7. Wanneer men klaar is, pomp de heftafel dan een klein stukje omhoog, klap
de veiligheidsstop omhoog en laat de heftafel vervolgens rustig en voorzich-
tig weer zakken.
4. Onderhoud
LET OP! Controleer de heftafel voorafgaand aan IEDER gebruik op gebreken
zoals beschreven in het hoofdstuk Bediening, Controle voor gebruik. Daar-
naast dient met de heftafel na ieder gebruik te reinigen, dit om vervuiling,
extra slijtage en/of corrosie tegen te gaan. Het niet opvolgen van deze
instructies kan leiden tot ernstig letsel en/of schade aan materialen.
Maandelijks onderhoud
Smeer alle onderdelen welke op de afbeelding hiernaast zijn weergegeven
maandelijks, let goed op of dit dient te gebeuren met olie of vet, dit is in de
afbeelding aangegeven.
LET OP! In de afbeelding is de LT50L afgebeeld, de LT3HHM
heeft dezelfde smeerpunten, alleen dienen bij de LT3HHM
alle verbindingspennen (scharnierpunten) van het
schaarmechanisme gesmeerd te worden.
Jaarlijks onderhoud
Vervang jaarlijks de hydrauliek olie in de cilinder.

6. Garantie
1. De garantie treed in werking op de datum vermeld op de aankoopnota en
heeft een geldigheid van 12 maanden.
2. De garantie is niet overdraagbaar zonder een schriftelijke verklaring van
toestemming van Uw leverancier.
3. Zonder aankoopnota kan geen aanspraak op garantie worden gemaakt.
4. Garantie is alleen van toepassing als het product volgens de bijgeleverde
gebruiksaanwijzing gebruikt wordt en uitsluitend voor het doel waarvoor het
is ontworpen.
5. Er mogen geen wijzigingen aan het product worden uitgevoerd.
6. De garantie is niet van toepassing bij onoordeelkundig gebruik.
7. Eventuele verzendkosten vallen niet onder de garantie bepaling.
8. Reparaties dienen uitsluitend door Uw leverancier te geschieden. Elk door
derden uitgevoerde reparatie(s) zullen (zal) de aanspraak op garantie doen
vervallen.
9. Reparaties gedurende de garantie periode zal de geldigheid niet verlen-
gen. Wel wordt een garantie op de reparatie van drie maanden afgegeven
mocht de reguliere garantietermijn vervallen.
10. De eventueel uit te voeren onderhoudswerkzaamheden, beschreven in de
gebruiksaanwijzing, dienen tijdig uitgevoerd te worden.
11. Voor garantie kunt u enkel terecht bij het verkooppunt waar u het artikel
heeft aangekocht.

3. Control
Control before use
WATCH OUT! It is important that the lifting table is checked for defects prior
to each use, if there is a
defect, the lifting table should be decommissioned immediately until this
defect has been rectified.
Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious bodily injury and/or da-
mage to materials/property.
Before each use, check the lifting table at the following points:
1. Check the lifting table for leaks, cracks, damage, signs of wear and deforma-
tions.
2. Make sure the cylinder doesn’t leak oil.
3. Make sure that the table goes straight up and that it is not skewed.
4. Make sure the wheels are all running smoothly.
5. Make sure the brakes are working.
6. Make sure that all joints, bolts and nuts are still securely attached.
Use
WATCH OUT! This lifting table should only be used on a hard, flat and stable
surface.
When the table is stationary/not ridden, it is recommended to put it on the
brake, to prevent accidental movement. The rear swivel wheels are equipped
with a brake, which works as follows:
When the cliff is pressed down, the brake is operated.

Control
1. Put the moveable lifting table on the brake.
2. Place the load to be lifted centrally on the lifting table.
3. Remove the brakes from the rear wheels and then
drive the load-loaded lifting table to the destination.
4. Then put the lifting table back on the brake and then pump the foot pedal
up and down with the foot until the load reaches the desired height.
5. When the work table is raised to the maximum height, it drops a very small
piece.
6. Then fold the safety stop down to prevent accidental drops from the lifting
table.
7. When one is ready, pump the lifting table up a little, fold up the safety stop-
per and then lower
the lifting table gently and gently again.
4. Maintenance
WATCH OUT! Check the lifting table prior to ANY use for defects as described
in the Operation, Control
before use section. In addition, the lifting table should be cleaned after each
use, in order to prevent pollution, extra wear and/or corrosion. Failure to follow
these instructions may result in serious injury and/or damage to materials.
Monthly maintenance
Grease all the parts shown on the image next to it monthly, make sure this
should be done with oil or grease, this is indicated in the image.
WATCH OUT! In the image the LT50L is shown, the LT3HHM has the same lu-
brication points, only the LT3HHM should rub all the connecting pins (hinges)
of the scissor mechanism.
Annual maintenance
Replace the hydraulic oil in the cylinder every year.

6. Warranty
1. The warranty takes effect on the date indicated on the purchase note and
has a validity of 12 months.
2. The warranty is not transferable without a written declaration of consent
from your supplier.
3. No claim to warranty can be made without a purchase note.
4. Warranty only applies if the product is used in accordance with the accom-
panying instructions and only for the purpose for which it was designed.
5. No changes to the product may be made.
6. The warranty does not apply in case of injudicious use.
7. Any shipping costs are not covered by the warranty provision.
8. Repairs should only be carried out by your supplier. Any repair(s) carried out
by third parties will (will) void the claim for warranty.
9. Repairs during the warranty period will not extend its validity. However, a
three-month repair warranty will be issued should the regular warranty peri-
od expire.
10. Any maintenance work to be carried out, described in the instructions for
use, should be carried out in good time.
11. For warranty, you can only go to the point of sale where you purchased the
item.
