UD8004 - Universal High Definition Player
The superbly built and designed UD8004 Universal Disc Player shares many of its features
with the Flagship UD9004 model. Its absolute video integrity ensures excellent Blu-ray playback
- and it actively improves the quality of your DVDs, thanks to the new Anchor Bay video
processing chip optimising the signal with adaptive 3D de-interlacing, noise reduction and detail
enhancement. For the analogue video-out, it applies a 297MHz/12bit DAC.
On the audio side, Marantz has ensured excellent reproduction of both CD and SACD - by
building in a dedicated power supply exclusively for analogue audio. Current Feedback tech-
nology is used for all 8 channels divided over two independent audio boards.
