The LC1510 is a dual function DTV-capable
TV/computer monitor which combines a TFT
display with the latest LCD technology for
phenomenal clarity, contrast and color purity.
With 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, adaptive
comb filter and 350:1 contrast ratio, the
LC1510 LCD display enables a 120 degree
viewing angle. It receives NTSC television
signals and digitally upconverts them to 1024
x 768 XGA.
Sound Sophistication
The LC1510 incorporates industry standard
MTS Stereo with SAP (NTSC only) for stereo
television sound. SAP is used to transmit the
soundtrack of a different language for a TV
program. You can also conveniently change
the settings of the bass, treble and the
balance to suit your personal preferences,
either manually or via remote operation.
Simplicity
The LC1510 is designed to compliment your
living environment. With its swivel/tilt stand,
or its VESA spec mounting holes, the set will
be able to fit in virtually anywhere. All of the
beauty is meaningless however, if it can’t be
used, so the LC1510 is designed to be simple.
The soft touch front panel controls are
innocuous, yet fully functional. Automatic
programming allows all possible channels to
be preset rapidly. They can even be
reprogrammed, deleted or added. For even
greater convenience, the LC1510 has a sleep
timer, as well as a vacation timer for turning
the set on and off whenever you like. The
CaptionVision (closed captioning) can be
easily activated. But most of all the
compelling reason to own the Marantz
LC1510 can be summed up in two words:
