1. INTRODUCTION
The thermometer is a waterproof folding thermometer which offers
handy, practical and strong support when carrying out temperature
measurements. The thermometer is ideally suited to core temperature
measurement thanks to a robust metal folding joint and a long, stable
measurement probe. The thermometer features IP67 class protection
and can be used under all conditions. It can also be easily cleaned
under running water and has a rubber-coated surface for non-slip
handling. The thermometer has a large, illuminated display for easy
and error-free viewing of measurement data under poor lighting
conditions.

3. FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTION:
 On/off switch: With fold out/in probe (ca.90˚) to turn on/off the
thermometer, To save battery life, the thermometer will automatically
turn off after approximately 4 minutes with not operating
 [MIN/MAX] button: show the temperature of memory Maximum (MAX)
minimum (MIN) value
 [˚C/˚F] button: switch temperature display unit
 [HOLD] button: press this button one, “Hold” will appear on the display.
To return to normal mode, press the button again.
Pressing the [Hole] button then fold out the probe from power off
status to cancel the auto power off function.
4. BATERRY REPLACEMENT
 As battery power is not sufficient, LCD will display “low battery”
replacement with AAA.
The battery is located under the cover at the rear of the thermometer.
Open battery cover, then take out the battery from instrument and
replace with two new AAA battery and place the battery cover back.
