IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical products, especially when
children are present.
WARNING: To avoid the risk of electrical shock, always make sure the appliance is unplugged from the
electrical outlet before moving, servicing, or cleaning.
1. Ensure the voltage rating label on the product is correct accordingly to your main voltage. If not,
check with your retailer and do not connect the appliance to the supply.
2. Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use. If you have to leave, even a short moment, stop
the appliance. Keep out of children or incompetent persons and do not allow them to operate this
appliance.
3. Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions. Do not
use the appliance outdoor.
4. Never insert fingers, hair, metal objects or any other item into the vents and openings of the product,
as an electrical shock, fire, and/or burn hazard may exists.
5. From time to time, check the supply cord for damages. Never use the appliance if supply cord or
appliance show any sign of damage.
6. Do not allow the Power Cord to hang (i.e., over the edge of a table or counter) or place/run the
Power Cord under rugs or in high-traffic areas where it may be tripped over or pulled.
7. Never move or tidy the appliance by pulling the cord.
8. Avoid to use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
9. Keep the appliance and power cord away from heated surfaces.
10. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
11. Do not place this product near flammable materials, surfaces or substances (i.e., curtains, draperies,
walls, gasoline, paint, flammable liquids, etc.), as there may be a risk of fire.
12. Never immerse the product in water or any liquid for any reasons.
13. Do not use accessories not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer. It could constitute a
danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
14. Warranty will be void and null if the set being modified or repair by not authorize service agent
certified by the manufacturer.
15. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
16. Please noted: The product is for household use only. Use the appliance in a well-ventilated and fixed
area. Do not use the appliance on soft surfaces, like a bed. Always, use the appliance on flat, dry
surfaces only.
Specific recommendation:
1. Do not use this dispenser to dispense anything other than water.
2. Wipe up any water spills immediately for each install and remove water bottles.
3. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or unknown quality.
4. The dispenser heats water to a temperature approximately 90. Children, the disabled and the
elderly are at highest risk of being scalded if the dispenser use without supervision.

WARNING: Do not plug in the power cord or turn on the power switches when the water
dispenser is empty.
THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT REPONSIBLE IF THE DISPENSER IS USED NOT
ACCORDING TO THE RECOMMENDATION.

PROPER INSTALLATION AND LOCATION
1. Allow at least 1” (20cm) of space between the back of the water dispenser and the wall for proper air
circulation.
2. Do use the water dispenser best suitably under room temperature between 10°C - 38ºC
3. Install the water dispenser on floor which strong enough to support the dispenser when fully loaded.
Do not install the dispenser direct to sunlight, heat or moisture.
4. When using the bottles holding water, tear off the hygienic label on the lid, place the bottles at the
water intake. Then the core of water guard will automatically open the valve and seal it. When moving
the bottles, the valve will also seal automatically to avoid any possible oozing.
5. When the hot water tap being pressed, bubbles may generated inside the bottle which indicating that
water is flowing into hot water tanks. Keep pressing the hot water tap until water flows out.
6. Caution: Do not connect the electrical power plug, until water comes out of the hot water tap.
7. After water is flowing out from the hot tap, power can be on, the yellow LED indicator on the front
will be light up.
8. The Boil LED indicator in the front dispenser shall be light up, and the heating system is start working.

When the hot water reach 85-90℃ and above, the Boil light will be turn off, The dispenser turn to
keep warm stage. When the hot water temperature drops lower than 80℃, the dispenser will be
reboiling to ensure the temperature is maintain.
CAUTION:
1. The dispenser is design to use under room temperature, kept away from heating wall and cooking
stoves.
2. Do not switch on the dispenser until the water is flow out from the hot water tap.
3. Do not allow children to operate this dispenser without supervision.
4. Do not operate the dispenser when run out of water.
5. Do not operate the dispenser under extension wire, the plug or wire may be over heat. Switch of the
dispenser if the dispenser was leave for no used.
MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLE SHOOTING
To ensure the water quality and to prevent unpleasant tastes in the water follow the following instruction.
Unplug the supply cord, turn off the dispenser and leave it cool before any cleaning job started
1. Remove the water bottle and completely drain the water from the water dispenser.
2. Do not use any detergent or chemicals which may be harmful to health.
3. Use the fresh lemon cut in small sizes, fill with water and leave it inside stainless steel pot for a night.
Plug the supply to boiling water and completely drain the water
4. After the product cleaning, let the product completely dry. Install the water bottle wait until the hot
waters flow out from the hot water tap, then only connect to power supply.
5. If the supply cord on this device is damaged. It must be replaced with original supply cord which is
obtainable at authorized service center.
6. Keep the product in dry and clean place when the product is not in used.
